All three doctors are excellent, and along with their staff have gone the extra mile to solve some really frustrating chronic skin and respiratory issues for my pugs over the past 15 years. Their experience, knowledge base, and ability to seek out new info when needed is unparalleled. Great listeners. I’ve learned so much about caring for my dogs from them. Everyone was very welcoming..... from the receptionist to the dr herself. It was my puppies first time and they all took good care of Freckles. They also listened to my questions and took time with me to answer and to put me at ease. I have no worries with taking Freckles again.

It was time to say goodbye to my baby of about 17yrs. Mike and the staff got me rite in that morning. I was a mess saying goodbye to my cat. Everyone there was so nice and helped me thrue an impossible time. I don't know what I'd do with out them.

Without even being a client(I would if I could!), the staff went out of their way to help talk me through my puppy's first tummy ache. What to look for, when to call my own vet, and even a phone number for online care incase I needed it. I can't thank them enough

Just moved back to the area and was lucky enough to get an appointment for my little Miniature Pinscher who has all kinds of allergies and skin issues. Mike took his time answering a ton of questions and really seemed to care about how I felt as an owner about different treatment options. The office and staff are really nice and very laid back… I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience.

He doesn’t just collect the money and send the techs to do his work like all the other places. And he is the kindest man around. Can’t say enough about this veterinary hospital. Wonderful staff who all seem to love their jobs and Dr Mike was awesome! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area. I called with a sick dog and they did their best to fit me in right away and went above and beyond to do everything we could for my dog! Unfortunately my dog passed away but if we get another puppy we will not hesitate to bring him/her there!

I have been with them for many years (about 10 years.) The staff is always extremely friendly and will do their best to help you and your pet. Mike (DR. Jones) is a top of the line vet hands down. I would 1000% recommend going here to anyone, it's the best care your pet will get.

Absolutely amazing staff. Reasonable rates with excellent care. Edit: This morning I found a kitten that had been hit by a car. I brought it right in without an appointment. Although there was no chance for that poor little thing everyone I encountered was very kind and compassionate. I've been seeing Dr. Jones for years, but it's the little things like this that bring me back. Thank you!

Truly a blessing to of had Dr. Mike care for our chocolate lab, Madison Hope for over 13 yrs. We had to say good bye to our furry friend last week & as sad & heart breaking as is was Dr. Mike and his staff made it easier. I highly recommend his wonderful place!.

This place is THE BEST vet ever! Dr. Jones has taken great care of our two dogs and his office is always very accommodating. There is a reason there is a waiting list to get in there. This is the best Animal hospital in the area.....maybe even the country. I haven't gone further than New York with vets so i cant prove it. But I have gone to almost every other vet in the area. Happy Valley is extremely friendly, honest and up front. They provide the best care for your fur-babies. I love this place.

After 13 years, I made the agonizing decision with my wife to have our beagle, Sadie put down. Many years chasing rabbits and digging out of our fenced in yard had taken a toll on her, and she finally was just laying around until meal time, when she would hobble over, eat, drink, then go lay down til her next meal. The trip to the vet was so hard, as Sadie was curled up in the front seat next to me. I have never had a dog from a pup til the end, but Mike and his nurse made it much easier for me. Their care and genuine compassion was seen in their words and on their faces. Mike cared for Sadie since day one, and I've gotten to know him over the years. Every time I came in with Sadie, Mike was never rushed, always chatted with me, was so affectionate with my dog. Sadie was never apprehensive. The care that Mike and his staff gave her was always 100%. Thank you, Mike for everything, especially our last visit. I will never forget your kindness.
