The people that work at this Dunkin are the nicest ones people around. They are always such in a good mood. I went there today and one of the ladies gave my pupper a pup cup. He loved it! Definitely will be back.As for the actual food…. lol well that’s a different story lol, but whatever it was edible. Coffee was amazing A+++

Worst dunkin ever! Coffee was warm milk and ice. Guy at the drive in told me to apply for a job if I didn't like the service! Gave the drink to my barn cats.

This Dunkin is on my way to work. I’ve given it several tries and each time they make me late and the results are not even worth it. If you don’t use the drive thru you’ll never get helped at the front counter. I got one toasted bagel ONCE. Since it was blackened after I asked for it to be toasted. Then they covered it up with cream cheese like I wouldn’t realize. It’s not that hard. Get more staff. Blame to the location manager and not the actual staff working.

I'm an over-the-road truck driver I was making a delivery to Walmart in Marcy, NY. My truck broke down and unfortunately i was stuck at the he gas station/ truck. From the management to the counter associate they were very friendly they were it was a pleasure ordering and getting my food I was stuck for 5 days and I could say the brightest part of the whole event was going to dunkin' donuts speaking with the the people that were working there. TBH I'm not a fan of Dunkin donuts, i prefer Tim Hortons but i can say that i will stop at that store again when i have a nothParking: There are plenty of wheelchair accessible parking spaces isn't an issue at thisKid-friendliness: They are very friendly warm and friendly environment in their kids are more than they actually pay special attention to kids there and my children were younger I would have no problem taking them there actually the one one person I can't remember her name she had brown hair she was usually she was the one that was opening in the mornings on the weekends when I was there younger she was very good with the kids and I believe she was the manager she had she was a little older long hair brown not glasses she was very warm and friendly with every customer that came in she had a conversation you could tell that you're from a regulars to new people that were coming in she made you feel at homeWheelchair accessibility: It was very wheelchair accessible I don't see any problem that that location where a person in a wheelchair would have any problems

The service was QUICK AT WINDOW- but not efficient at all! My sandwich 🥪 was ICE COLD, and not warm at all! My drink although made correct, it was rather cold and the milk I asked for I DID NOT GET! I know you are on a number crunch- but getting things correct and right are important!!! Not happy this visit or the last one! Same exact thing! I let it go last time!!! This time I wasn’t about too! Very disappointed!

For the love of whatever is dear to you, please check your online orders before driving out, in 4 visits, 4 times I had stuff missing. Also Dunkin support never replies your inquiries and I never gotten refunded for missing items.

Beware, the The drive-thru speaker is now broken and has been so for some time. The last couple times I've been through the drive-thru I've waited over 20 minutes to get my order with only a few cars in front of me. I come here several times a week and no longer will do so, as the employees told me ownership does not want to pay for a new speaker. It's horrible and unacceptable. Love the employees here, however ownership is making poor decisions.

Friday we rolled through and stopped at our traditional place. The one across from the giant bull statue, I think it’d be called a statue. The latte machine was not working! Omgoodness! The two gentlemen working were so kind. They found an alternative and gave me a donut for the cranky guy, also called my husband, waiting in the car. Sunday we went in, as usual, on our way home. Still broken. Oh the horror. The woman working was so pleasant. When I went to pay the store clerk for my road food of choice, they worked on my drink. I went and she gave it to me on the house. They’d get 5 stars if the machine was operational but I thought, “Hey, maybe the powers that be will repair or replace the machine if they see this and get all of their very kind staff a pizza or at the very least, thank them.

This Dunkin location is near my job so I frequent there often. The staff are fairly friendly, but the food/drink quality is poor. I've had their avocado toast...burnt. I tried the grilled cheese melt...gross. The bread was soggy and the cheese tastes disgusting. Microwaved garbage.Waste of money and carbs.
