Prices were higher than should be on some and average on other... My biggest dislike and the reason I will never return the the fact that he doesn't guarantee his saltwater fish. Even the 48 hour is lame on fresh but you can't expect to pay decent money on a fish and have no guarantee. I will not be returning due to this simple fact. On another note I ordered fish before I knew what the policy was and when I saw them, day I was supposed to be there, they were all ammonia burnt. Possibly the worst place to by saltwater fish. Drive another 40 minutes and go to fish finatics... Amazing service amazing selection and a 7 day guarantee pending water quality (which is what this guy should do.)

I went to the store once to get rats and what I saw was just very discomforting.The rats(fancy, dumbo, and a hairless) were all crowded in a small tank. When I chose the two I were getting, they didn't even have a proper box for me to take them home in. It was an old cricket box with a cricket still alive inside.The employee, who was the only one in the store, picked up the cricket and dropped it on the rats in the tank.I definitely think that my rats are not gonna live for long after witnessing their terrible living conditions.

They are very knowledgeable with animals and are always willing to answer any questions. Good selection of fish. They can special order almost anything you want. And the store, tanks, and cages are always clean anytime I go in. And take very good care of the animals they bring in.

Never had an issue. Was told that the feeder fish probably wouldn't last the few days it would take to acclimate the tank and we ended up keeping those fish for over a year. Always gave sound advice and even gave deals on some products. Btw to those that say it smells like dead fish....DUH dumbass it's a fish store. Go to the beach or lake and tell me how it smells.

I wont be going back. My main objective was to buy a bag of dog food, which to my surprise they hardly carry any. They have one brand of dog food which is over $30 for a 15 pound bag, just ridiculous. Now, I decided to walk around and see what other items they had for sale. There was a wide variety of fish, which is ok but I dont own and/or need fish. I own a few rats and a chinchilla and when I walked over to his small animal section I was horrified. He keeps several small animals all together in a tiny 10 gallon tank. When you have 5 or more rats living together in that small of an area it is very stressful for the animals. He even had several jumbo rats living together in a small tank. I was horrified. I will not be returning, ever.

i agree with the vape pollution, but i was equally annoyed with how he tries to get rid of unwanted fish. i think they all deserve good homes, but when I wanted a pleco, he tried to sell me one that was obviously pecked alot his fins, then when I asked for a few marbled angels, he purposely gave me one that I didn't ask for because he knew the markings weren't great and it would be harder to sell, you need to watch this guy closely, ok shop, but don't just take his word for anything.

Amazing help with what I needed, great customer services, wonderful people who work there I will keep going here for all my fish needs!!!!!!!! Also they have amazing selection of fish and the employees know alot about the animals they have or even if they don't they will go out of there way to find out what that animal needs!!!!
