I love this Dollar Tree! I love the arts n crafts stuff among other things. I have gotten lots of the graduation party stuff from here also. The workers are helpful and friendly. It's pretty clean and organized. I go there often. I must not be the only one because I noticed they have to restock often.

Bad customer service!! The lady working at the register is not polite. She is extremely rude to customers and needs to improve her skills. She charged me for an extra item and refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake. One of her coworkers had to come and assisted me. She pointed her finger at me. I had a terrible experience at that store. That woman is very disrespectful and rude to the customers.

This is generally a very good Dollar Tree I would say. It's usually well staffed with people who actually do their job, generally clean, orderly, well stocked, good size and has what you need.Other than it being packed after school hours/rush hour or during the holiday rush, it's normally not too packed. And sometimes the students from the nearby high school come here and tend to be quite annoying.Besides those aforementioned minor inconveniences, this is a very good Dollar Tree in an area that leads into a good neighborhood in Fleetwood.PROS:-Clean, very organized, well staffed, well stockedCONS:-Can sometimes get pretty packed during rush/after school/holidays hours.-Annoying high School students sometimes come in droveVERDICT: Besides some minor annoyances, this is one of the better Dollar Tree stores that I have visited. And one of the main ones I go to in Mount Vernon. Definitely recommend.

Staff is friendly. Not always stocked & organized well, but that’s every Dollar Tree I’ve been to depending on the day and when they get new shipment in. Parking is always a hassle in this area and they often have ppl just waltzing in grabbing what they want off the shelves and walking right out without hiding that they are stealing, which is a shame.

I ran in for Christmas bags & a couple of other items, I spend a total of 8 minutes in the store. I found it to be messy. The cashier was very nice and my wait time was a couple mins.

So this review is for the location on Gramatan Ave. This store is much cleaner & better stocked than the one on Fulton. They also have more than 2 cashiers at a time so check out is far faster. There's always something these stores are out of. This time it was frozen dinners. Oh well.

One cashier as usual, employees standing in the aisle complaining about managers feedback about their work efforts. Yet, the checkout line is leading towards the back of the store and neither one of them stops talking to break the line down 🤔 mmm. Guess the manager was right.

Too early for a line to be in the aisle with people complaining there's only one register open. Saw one person walking around but he said he doesn't do the register. Someone was in the office and never came out to see the cashier was overwhelmed with people and balloon orders. The cashier Luz was very polite and fast even though overwhelmed and stayed professional.

Typical Dollar Tree. In case you're not familiar, Dollar tree stores are the only stores where everything is truly $1. This one is located on busy Gramatan Ave, so there is street parking and it's hard to find a spot. This store is usually pretty well stocked and isn't as cluttered or dirty as some others, which is surprising because it's always busy. There was only one cashier during this visit but she was quick and efficient. They always have seasonal items and a little bit of everything, if you have the time to look.

They recently changed most of their items to $1.25 which is fine but don't call it the dollar tree anymore!!! They had a box of cds that clearly said $1. When I picked out one for purchase the cashier said the price was wrong. After an argument with her and then the manager I got it for $1. I don't play that!! It's the law whatever the price says, they forgot to change it, that's their problem. Never argue with a customer!!!

It was alright. a little to small in there and line was long cause at the time had 1 line open. Also they have too many things in the way thats not unpacked.(maybe this day there was things in the way was my first time there so it may not be like that all the time)I wouldn't go back just cause its to many ppl in such a small space also cashier was very nice.

I love the place for it's great bargains, but u have to look good for them bcuz most of them aren't on the shelves, 80%of the merchandise is still in the boxes it came in, in the middle of the isles!!!!! So if u can deal with that and the parking situation, never any parking spots due to the fact that they don't enforce the parking for Deals customers only parking lot. The last thing and probably most annoying situation is the CHECKOUT LINE!!! 90% OF THE TIME ITS SO LONG OU T GOES THE LENGTH OF THE STORE AND THEN DOWN A ISLE AND GOD FORBID U ASK THE MANAGER TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP THE POOR GIRL THAT'S BY HERSELF ON THE REGISTER AND FALLING FURTHER BEHIND ALL DUE TO THE FACT THAT SOMEONE CAME IN TO BUY BALLOONS!!!!! LIKE I SAID I LOVE THE BARGAINS BUT I DON'T LOVE HOW THE STORE IS RAN AND HOW THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED . SO IF U MUST GO DO LIKE I DO AND GO LATE IN THE DAY LIKE AT 9PM . ITS THE ONLY TIME U WILL FIND PARKING AND THE CHECKOUT LINE ISN'T A FOOTBALL FIELD LONG.. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY SHOPPING!!!!!

Love this store but working here is driving me insane I can’t understand how grown people can be so ignorant about the littlest things.there’s a coin shortage everywhere not just dollar tree but you grown adults come in there and act up everyday.Most people are regular customers do you know how stuff goes y’all complain about the price going up a quarter it’s a freaking dollar store and by the way the employees didn’t change the prices so stop asking us take it up with corporate

There is security near by and the service there is awesome but i gave this a 4 stars and not a 5 stars because it didnt really have a lot of things to offer but it mostly did, just maybe what i was looking for wasnt in stock.For the most part this is a good store every things 1 dollar

This dollar tree is very disorganized and it seems like there's always more merchandise in boxes by the shelves then actually on the shelves were it's supposed to be. Customer service is bad as well.

You can get a lot of necessities there for only a dollar 25. Some of the quality might not be the very best but it is worth shopping there.
