Pharmacy lines are short and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful with questions and requests. Note that the entrance at the corner of Fleetwood & Grand is permanently locked. You will need to enter this CVS via its parking lot on the W Grand St.

If you’re looking to buy milk here, run, don’t walk away. It will be spoiled. This is a health hazard, for crying out loud!Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a CVS because of something that could have been avoided if the staff knew what they were doing. I think some of them need new careers because they suck at what they're doing now. Either that, they were poorly trained, or they never finished high school. Maybe that's why most CVS locations are rated so damn low! Even the name CVS is a lie because the letters stand for convenience, value, and service. Convenient? Yes. Good value? Depends. Service? No, for the love of god, no. Maybe they should change the meaning of the letters to "Chex Mix, Viagra, and spoiled milk." I know I’m being harsh here, but selling customers spoiled milk is unacceptable and I want the staff to know that.Do better, CVS; I know you can!Keep in mind, the one star rating is ONLY for the milk department. Matter of fact, I’d give it zero stars if I could. Careless, incompetent, and non-trustworthy embarrassment to drug stores worldwide.With that being said, everything else about this store is fine. The staff are actually quite pleasant to talk to, they're just bad at checking expiration dates which is why I wrote this review.I'll come back here to get my meds, but yeah, don't even think about getting milk here. I'll be buying milk at Stop & Shop from now on because they actually do things right. I highly advise you do the same.

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional most have a bad attitude and their lack of interest in helping customers is very obvious. They told me my insurance was not working when it was and they clearly just didn’t want to be bothered and looked at me like I was lying when I told them it was working. Had to go there again the next day and waste my time simply because they didn’t want to do their job and try verifying my insurance again.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. CVS pricing is just ridiculous and a lot pricier. You can def find most items cheaper at other stores. However, it is convenient to grab last minute items quickly.

Pharmacy lines are too long. Representatives and pharmaceuticist in the pharmacy department are not courteous at all. The rest of the employees at the store are usually helpful.

Low key (or maybe just regular) racist and unprofessional. If you’re not white, they can’t be bothered to do the minimum. Called corporate and confirmed they wrongfully denied me a vaccine I needed during my pregnancy for my unborn child. That will be my first and last visit.

My visibly 8 month pregnant wife needed to be vaccinated against RSV and the pharmacist Mohammed misrepresented the facts about needing a prescription for vaccine or it's for seniors only.We called corporate and they confirmed NY State passed a law in which pregnant women are 8 months can be vaccinated without prescription. The rest of the staff refused to help or misrepresented the fact she had a appointment and then complained about problematic customers to the next customer for 20 min.Another CVS in Yonkers had no problem confirming and vaccinating my wife.

My mother in law bought me a gift card from this location for $100 well....since it was sealed and at the register you would think it was safe...NOPE! THE CARD WAS COMPROMISED (surely by someone who works there because who else has access to the cards and the time and opportunity to take the information other than the person guarding them all day)...so fast forward the person who stole the card info went shopping at Target online...DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS OF ANY KIND HRRE!!! UNLESS THEY HAVE THE SCRATCH OFF STICKER AND EVEN THEN BEWARE!

The bald black girl with the pillow case on her head and the other girl with the braids at the pharmacy receptionist area had no idea what they were doing and were extremely rude . Seemed like they were doing something illegal cuz the only time I have a problem with my meds is when they show up

The pharmacy staff at this location lack empathy and the proper demeanor when dealing with issues. I’ve had to pay out of pocket twice because of errors on their side and I was given an attitude every step of the way - even though it took 2 hours out of my day between calling them and my insurance, the pharmacist, tech, and employee on the phone all gave ME attitude about the situation and couldn’t be bothered to process my medication until I was in person (after I called 3 times prior to arriving) like some kind of punishment.I get it, things happen, but to give attitude and gaslight ME when YOU are in the wrong? When I am paying out of pocket for an error YOU made? No thank you. Go truly anywhere else.

So long story short, I was tricked into a gift card scam, and I tried explaining to the store manager who was very unhelpful over the phone. Once I walked into the store pretty much brushed it off and said “ you’re stuck with the gift cards” mind you money is tight especially during this pandemic, the store manager could have at least directed me to the gift card issuers or given me a number to call but no, I had to call cvs corporate, hopefully I get a better response or some guidance and help, but as far as I’m concerned horrible service, do not go to this store!Update: wanted to update this because as a whole, I do go to cvs as my go to store and this whole ordeal was just the worst, however upon taking matters into my own hand and calling corporate and explaining the situation, they refunded me my money and the employees Tatiana and Juan where extremely helpful and very professional (unlike the store manager) will go back to shopping here!

The pharmacist at this location completely lacks empathy. I watched her close the metallic gate as people were pleading for meds (that another cvs has erroneously sent to this location). 0 compassion. 0 caring. And I'm sure she never gave it a second thought after she left. Go anywhere else.

The Fleetwood CVS on Grand Street is terrific! A recent change in management or perhaps enhanced staff training has turned a good, solid store into an absolute delight from a customer (service) experience. Pleasant greetings and farewells; a genuine sense of caring from every member I encountered - being asked if I need assistance, provided with support/sale information even when not asking (but not in an intrusive manner) and the checkout experience was perfect - separate lines for either self check-out or personalized service (many don’t give a choice anymore) and the pleasantries continued, including the sales associate ensuring I was given the correct sales price on a Sunday evening when weekly sales crossover (the customer is entitled to both weeks’ sales once displayed). Truly a pleasant shopping experience and I’ll certainly be back. *The 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the reduced pharmacy counter hours. People get sick and need scripts after 6pm on a weekend. We need allergy D pills too. Do better on the core of your business!

Store was closed at noon on a Friday for 20 minutes "due to a system upgrade". Wouldn't it be better to do this at a less busy time of day, or after you have closed? Also if you are going to close the store at midday, it would be helpful if there was a rope across the parking lot entrances with a sign so people didn't bother parking, walking to the entrance, etc. for nothing.

This specific location of “CVS” is very unprofessional and full of hatred racism.I needed customer service assistance with medicine for my beloved “5” year old daughter✨👼💫💔 {Children’s Tylenol}; the customer service representative had entered my presence to assist me, but before she assisted me…she specifically stated to me that she can NOT help “African American”, because we are the reason why Covid has entered into “America” 🇺🇸.I will NEVER ✨👎 🚩🚩🚩 come back to this, “CVS” location ever again in this lifetime and/or next lifetime!!”

The worst pharmacy experience. So many mistakes, horrible and rude customer service. Lack of simple attention to detail. Wrong processing of insurance. The pharmacists and entire staff provide no help. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I’m in there almost every day, I usually have no issues. But why close the store an hour before closing? Why have set store hours if you guys never follow them. This happens at least once a week or so. Change the store hours if the employees are going to close ahead of time.

I waited and waited for my medicine would be delivered. I was sick with the flu and was unable to get to the store. The pharmacist assured me that my medicine would be delivered. I waited for close to 12 hours and NEVER got my meds. I suffered thru out the night. The pharmacist at this location is very unreliable and if you are sick and need your medicine? DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

I bought a medication for three months, 90 pills.When I went to take the medication the next day , the bottle was tampered.It was clear that the pharmacy staff had broken the seal for the bottle as they profusely apologized and took responsibility.I told the pharmacist that if I was buying a 90 pills medication , I expected a sealed bottle and that should not have happened.Shame on CVS pharmacy for doing such things.

I purchased a box of cereal in March 2021 and recently opened it , only to realize that the box of cereal had expired in 2020. I called the store and spoke with Shawn, who advised me to return for an exchange. Upon my return, I explained the above situation to the cashier and she started the return process but ended up needing a manager. The manager came over and assisted with the process, but as she walked away she stated to the cashier that the cereal could not have been bought last month. I really did not appreciate that comment, especially for a $2 box of cereal. If I purchased the cereal last year and failed to consume it prior to 2021, I would have NEVER returned to the store about it. The comment made me feel as though the manager was insinuating that I was lying. Perhaps, the focus should be on ensuring that expired foods are not on the shelves. Also, as a manager she should be trained on making unnecessary comments.

I just wanted to drink children’s Tylenol, But I only saw regular Tylenol. For some context these only come as hard candies. I was distraught. They didn’t have the delicious creamy smoothie that is children’s Tylenol. When I asked the employee said no children’s Tylenol l. I was distraught to say the least

My local CVS 💜. Whenever it’s busy with a line, there are several employees manning the registers working hard to move it. Thank you, this is appreciated. I hate lines and normally wouldn’t make one. The app makes it easy to find deals, coupons, and savings. Employees are knowledgeable of the program and always ask if I would like to apply my coupons. Surprised to see my CVS has bad reviews, thought I would share my positive experiences.

Every time my doctor sends over my prescription they never have my medication or they say it won’t be there in a few days or when they get it they don’t even bother calling me letting me know they have my meds . I wouldn’t recommend this CVS to anyone cause they are very disorganized and unprofessional .I think a street pharmacist is more on point then they are . Take it how you want it but I always have such a bad experience with them every time !!!
