Amazing. Kids LOVED this experience. Heck, I LOVED THIS FREAKING EXPERIENCE!We went for our visit the 2nd week of August, we had a lovely and patient tour guide; took my family and I, on a ride, for my son's sixth birthday. Great gift from my sister and their aunt! AMAZING EXPERIENCEÑ Hands on feeding included in cost of admission, the animals, despite their natural nature... (Yes, i know how that looks 😉) were so intelligent and well behaved empathetic and well trained in their ability to be fed and interact with, what must be, a huge amount of traffic in visitors and tourists.Great time, great find.

Loved it... Had a fantastic day. I suggest getting the combination entry it's only a few dollars more and gives you; a trolley ride through the safari, access to the petting zoo, and access to more of the animal's (ones that bite or parents are highly protective of their babies section and or can harm people, like kangaroos.) Great for all animal lovers. Oh and cups of feed are $2 to give the animals to help bring them up to you. For those of you who's funds are tight, I been there. This is a must know place. Geese, ducks, swans, and wildlife hang out around a pond full of koi, island pavilion with a lovely wood bridge over the water to it, tables,... And many other things to find to do at no cost. I could see me making the drive just to sit in the chairs by the pond. Must see place... 💯

I recently visited Hidden Valley Animal Adventure with my entire family, and it was an absolute blast! This place is a must-visit for families seeking a fun and memorable experience together.Hidden Valley Animal Adventure offers something for everyone. The interactive nature of the animals was a true highlight. Our kids were overjoyed as they fed the animals with the huge buckets of food available for just an additional $5. The animals were friendly, approachable, and clearly enjoyed the attention. It was a joy to witness the smiles on my children's faces as they interacted with these magnificent creatures. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks during our visit, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. It would have been helpful to have brochures or a map detailing the different types of animals available. The only other minor drawback was the petting zoo at the end of the adventure. It wasn't worth the extra money. Only had goats to pet and wasn't really enjoyable.Overall, our family had a fantastic time at Hidden Valley Animal Adventure. The joy and wonder on our children's faces as they experienced the animals' interactive nature were priceless. The reasonable prices made it accessible to families of all budgets, which we greatly appreciated.I highly recommend Hidden Valley Animal Adventure for a fun-filled family outing. It's a place where you can create cherished memories and appreciate the beauty of nature. Despite the minor hiccups, the overall experience was excellent, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Such a great family centered park. We did the tour bus and had Jerry as our guide. He was very knowledgeable on the animals. Had a great time feeding and interacting with bison, zebra, longhorn cattle and tons more. Our group got to watch a live birth of a water buffalo such an amazing sight to see.

We had a great experience at Hidden Valley! My husband booked a room to stay the night before, and it was such a relaxing time- there are only 2 rooms available to book so we had the place to ourselves (obv other than staff). This meant we were able to spend alot of 1:1 time with the small animals the night before our safari, and we spent quite alot of time sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the pond watching koi and the swans. The next day we rode the safari which is very well done- our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and brought years of experience to the table when talking about the animals we were feeding. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who loves animals!

This place is so much fun. We rode the bus which was a great choice. We could focus on feeding the animals and not trying to drive too. The gentleman driving the bus added in information about the animals. We got 1 cup/person of feed included with the bus and could buy more(with cash) on the bus. We went through 2-3 more cups per person since it was fun to feed the animals. You have to buy tickets in advance for the bus. The petting zoo area was also fun. We bought carrots to feed the animals(cash or card). You can also buy food to feed the fish in the pond.

I took my 9 and 11 year old granddaughters here, they absolutely loved it. The grounds are well kept, the staff is pleasant and helpful. It's nothing fancy, but it's a great experience to be up close to some very large animals as well as others you would not see other than in a zoo. A little high in the price range, but after watching my granddaughters, it was worth it. The animal feed was somewhat reasonably priced. We saw zebra, camels, bison, water buffalo, eland, brahma, an emu, an ostrich, sika deer, watusi, llamas, alpacas and more. (Adults and babies). All came up to the tour bus for a first hand view. There is a large koi pond with turtles, swans and ducks as well. The small animal adventure area had goats, miniature horses, burros, and donkeys.I would gladly bring my other grandchildren here to visit.

This place was awesome. Had so much fun. We all laughed all day. So awesome seeing these beautiful animal up close. I did get a dent in my fender from a Buffalo Butt, but what can you expect driving around wild animals like that. Next time we will ride the Safari Bus. I recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful time! The camels were the last stop to feed which I wish we would've been told. But otherwise our tour guide was awesome. We had a really great time. It would be nice if they installed microphones though. We couldn't hear anything the driver was saying while we were moving.

As a first timer, had a wonderful time today with family. The establishment is clean, the animals look nice, healthy and well cared for. We had bought two $5 buckets of feed which was well enough. The staff at the check in lines, booth, in the Safari and Restaurant were kind and friendly. The service was commendable, impressionable and unforgettable.Trailside Grill was great. The food was delicious and fresh. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was yummy, the Cheese Steak was hearty and meaty. This is a great get away for family.

We just took our almost 2 year old son here and it was so much fun! After reading many reviews on how many feed buckets we would need we settled on 4… && that was perfect. We ended up losing two buckets of food to one very determined bison. We took our own car in just because it was easier for our family. Your car most likely will have feed inside it after feeding all the animals as they are messy eaters.Overall it was a great time and we highly recommend a visit here!

1 hour drive from home, very good experience! Went on Labor Day, was expecting to deal with huge crowds but there was rain forecasted so not many people came. Took the bus tour. Got there at 12:20, there was zero wait or delays. Got right on the bus at 12:45 and off we went on the guided tour. Very informative guide and great experience. Some exotic animals, some not so exotic. Kids loved it. Not sure I’d drive my personal car though, some of the bison were pretty aggressive. The bus is the way to go. Afterwards we got some ice cream at the restaurant (zero wait time). A good experience from start to finish but…once is probably enough. Kinda like Niagara Falls, once you’ve seen it, you’ve seen it.Overall, A+. Zero negative aspects.

Beautiful place very well kept grounds. Trolley ride is a lot of fun and plenty of large animals to see and feed! They have handicapped accessible trolleys and their is plenty of room for a wheelchair. Tour guides are great and helpful. We ate at the their dining room, which I didn't know what to expect. I got the Water Buffalo burger which was phenomenally juicy, flavorful and cooked to a medium perfection! My girlfriend got the BLT wrap and she said it was great. They also have a fully stocked bar! Only one negative the speaker in the back of the trolley didn't work which made it impossible to hear our guide.

Wonderful place!!!! We’ve been here many, many times and always love to come back. It’s fun for both children and adults.Pro tip - If you’re thinking about driving through on your own instead of going on the trolly ride, I’d highly suggest not doing that unless absolutely necessary. These are wild animals, not pets and are fully capable of damaging a vehicle.Very clean and amazing grounds for the animals. All staff are super friendly. Becca, our tour guide, was AMAZING!! My kids probably asked her 20 questions and she was very nice answering them all. Also gave us a lot of additional information. We’ll definitely go back again!

This was a great experience for the whole family. Our guide James sometimes called Jim was excellent with his knowledge of the animals and the park. It's definitely worth the extra money to take the guided tour. You will get to feed so many more animals plus no worry's about animals licking your car.The coy pond is fun place to feed the fish and birds. The petting zoo is nice for everyone but spray on the bug repellent as the flies are very thick this summer. This place is worth the drive. Plus you can see all white buffalo.

This place is amazing! You can purchase grain to feed the animals. It's a great family outing and the kids enjoyed learning about the different animals while on the safari. You stay in your vehicle so you drive at your own pace. Then after completing the safari take the kids to the small animal adventure and watch as they feed them carrots.

Had a great time here today. The animals were well fed and healthy and active too. The staff was friendly and accommodating too. The animals were very take and we loved how some were able to stick there heads in the windows to get feed. I loved the fact that there were animals there that I never dreamed of seeing. They also sell wild game meat, both frozen and prepared right there. Prices were pretty reasonable too. Everytime was well organized and the other drivers were responsible throughout the drive too. We felt safe because the animals were so tame. I would highly recommend going and we will be going again. I am very thankful for this experience.

the animals were a trip the kid loved it and so did the grandparents. A little pricey since we didn't see more then 10 type of cow. But it was fun. Save your feed too, or bring cash you get one cup for all the animals or you can pay cash on the bus for more food.

This place is a hidden gem in Western New York. Its truly a beautiful Oasis. It's affordable and convenient. don't expect to see a huge variety of wild animals, but the animals come right up to you on the 50 minute trolley ride and it's a really unique experience. The restaurant is good, the views are lovely, and the small petting zoo is really nice.
