The food, lunch meat and cheese spoil quick. A month ago I bought Great Value seasoned fries and they were molded. The cashiers are scanning items more than once so I have to watch them scan every item. This store is the worst. I go for the prices but if you want quality you won't get it from this Walmart. I guess you get what you pay for. They need to shut this Walmart down...

Bought 5 coffees from this brand "great value" didn't keep the receipt, after few days got terrible stomach pain, went to the bathroom five, six times a day had stomach cramps, so I tossed the coffee to the garbage and went to return the four left, in Walmart they didn't want to return it without a receipt, I got stuck with those coffees that I can't use. I stop shopping in Walmart, and found out that other places much cheaper for example Rotisserie chicken other place $4.99 milk $2.70 whole wheat bread $1.65 whole wheat flour $3.00 jelly $2.00 sweet potato $1.15 decaf coffee $2.75 compare to Walmart prices ($6.99 $3.10 $1.88 $6.00 $4.00 $3.50 $8.00) and much more sometimes half price. So thank you Walmart.

I'm on my way to JFK to catch a flight to Thailand and had to stop by Walmart for some flamin hot cheetos for someone in Thailand. Why are there no bags? No paper or plastic bags. Walmart makes billions in profits, and they can't afford bags. I am from Nirth Carolina and we have bags.

Absolute WORST experience! If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I checked in and waited for 30 minutes!! Then decided -I’m going inside to get my suitcase -this is ridiculous! Keep in mind, there was one person that was there before me, still waiting. I go inside, and the guy doesn’t even look at me! I say excuse me, is anyone working here? He says…huh? Doesn’t even look at me still! I say again, is anyone working here? And STILL, without looking at me, says, oh yeah, he’s working here- and goes back to jacking around- literally- just talking to somebody else-The other guy comes up, and I say…yes, I have a order that was supposed be taken to my car, and I’ve been waiting out there for 30 minutes. He didn’t even apologize! Just said, what’s the last name… and I told him, he went and got it, and I was like… is everything inside the suitcase… because it was three items, so I just want to be sure. He said, well you can look. Are you kidding me??!!! Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever come across!! When I was in California, or anywhere else, I try and talk Wal-Mart up, because it has a bad reputation for being TRASH! But I order things from Walmart often and typically don’t have a bad experience! BUT I will NEVER EVER come back to this Wal-Mart EVER again. And those employees need to be reprimanded and retrained! This is why people go to Target and pay more! Or anywhere else! It’s this type of situation that gives Walmart a bad name. Target is so efficient with orders to your car! No one has been this horribly inefficient and just rude! Clearly poor management, poor staffing, and the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never be back.

Tried to return coffee without receipt, they refused, so I moved my business across the street to BJ's , much cheaper, very happy 😊. ( used to spend 500-600 dollars a month )

Great place to shop. It is easy to find any item you need and is very organized. It's very clean and the prices are good. It's definitely worth the drive.

Online ordering service is the worst in the city. They never have any items available, not even standards like bread,fruit,milk. Their shoppers never answer their phones when you try to get in touch with them. They never answer the phones at the store and recently, they've been canceling orders for no apparent reason. Even when the items are available. I've tried to give them a chance but this is ridiculous at this point. I will finally have to end my subscription with them.

Great place to shop. Prices are great. You can get almost everything you need. If you don't have patience this is not the store for you. Also try to get your shopping cart from the parking lot.

For certain, it was crowded. There are items that consumers need that are out of reach and when one associate was asked, the response is "Wait a minute" to never return nor send anyone which is just truly poor customer service. Fortunately, a worker was within the vicinity, was asked, and he assisted.The item was not stocked within normal reaching range and presented a safety hazzard. Electronics will not let you pay for more than (5) items so one in essence is on two lines. The front checkout lines were long and self-checkout was reorganized yet still long.For the increased prices, it would be great for better all-around service, shelf-stocking, and operations to be improved.

Very busy place as this is the closest to NYC. Less busy after 8pm but make sure you plan before you go there. Is because Lots of people go there their inventory ran out quick. Better if you can order pick up and very quick service

This is the most convenient location to NYC. It's well kept, the workers try their best to keep everything clean and stocked. The bathrooms are clean about 80% of the time and they maintain them pretty regularly. They're always getting stock and refilling the areas that need it. Sometimes it's hard to maneuver between the pallets but at least I know more products are coming in. The lines move the way you would expect them to, sometimes its fast and most times it's slow 🤷‍♀️ Self check out is the greatest thing and the workers there are helpful. They recently renovated and increased security, in a helpful but not overbearing way. Overall, not a bad location, especially during the slower / off-peak times.

I am very very pleased with this Walmart it had everything that I needed and more the shelf's were clean there were no shopping carts flying around in the parking lot it was actually very nice not too busy and costumers service was 10/10 If you're looking for a Walmart close to New York City that this is the Walmart that you need not really in the center but it's really just one of the best Walmart's I've ever been usually I do not give a Walmart ***** but this one in my opinion really is looking good thanks for reading and if you have any questions about this Walmart in particular then please message the on their website by the way I am not the owner or a worker here I am just a normal customer writing this review.

By far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. You ask them anything and they will keep walking. Especially in the customer service area. I have not bumped into an employee that does not have an attitude and I’ve been going there for 5 years.

Just another Walmart, it is huge Super Walmart. And of course, if you ask someone who works there where something is they don't know. I usually try to find the guys that are bringing out the stock if I need to find something. Figuring that they work in the stock room and are bringing out the items, they will know exactly where things are and belong.

We all know about Walmart! This is why I still can't believe I went there on a Saturday afternoon. But I needed stuff, and the time just worked for me.Boy, does this place get crazy. The problem is that people have no common sense. They leave their carts anywhere without concern for others, they push, their nasty and impolite. Like cmon, we're all there for one thing, and that's to shop. It's not a beauty salon, nightclub, or medical facility. Do your shopping and go home.

The worst location EVER!!!!!Always like Santa’s Workshop with a million workers but I always call for online pickup and dial the different prompts, and NO ONE ever answers!!!!! The worst. The staff doesn’t even help customers so you’re NOT that busy! Please STOP! Management of the franchise needs to take corrective action to get this store into shape but it’s sad that that’s contingent upon the neighborhood you’re in. Disgusting. IF I could give this -0 stars, I’d give it -10. Even my bougie coworkers who live in Whitestone, not the Hamptons, but Whitestone, complain about the lack of help and stock. Ugh!

Some walmart suck. This one seem to be just good enough to get straight answers and accurate directions. I live in Florida and expected to see higher prices here, but many of the items I looked at were cheaper. I'm 😲 shocked.

I will not talk about the cleanliness of the store because everybody can notice this store is never clear. Items are all over the place and not where they're supposed to be.If you have a list of items you need to purchase, be sure that you will never ever find all your items in that store. I've been to that store every single week to find the milk I'm used to purchasing (Lactaid 0% free fat milk 96 fl oz), it's been more than one month that they don't have it.I went there on Friday, 2 hours to get there because of the traffic. I needed 5 items, NOT A SINGLE ONE in stock!!! I went to Target near and I could find 4, they never sold that milk either.Walmart respects its NJ customers because if you go to the store in North Bergen, the store is far way bigger, always clean and has everything in stock but in all the NY stores there is not enough stock.Should we have to pay tolls to get all our favorite items? Then Target is the best options for NYers.

Lysol and glade sprays are now locked up. Spent 15 mins waiting for someone. Every staff that walked by said they could not help me. One staff member said I would have to go to the front of the store to ask for the key. Then on top of that you now have to pay for whatever products you get that are locked up at a separate register located in the hair and beauty department. The line was extremely long. I had to wait in one line for 20 minutes just to pay for 2 cans of Lysol. Mind you that’s before I even finish shopping for everything else I need. Then get in the line at the front of the store to pay for the rest of my stuff which is about another 30 mins..

last week i bought this game on 74 dollars but when i went home and checked the game doesn’t work so today i came to return it or exchange it .i was waiting on the line more then 25 minutes when my turn came the customer service they were saying that we don’t change it because you open it so what is this i have to open it and check it it’s working or no then after 20 minutes i find a meager i explain to her everything i thought the meanger will help me but she said to me that you open it what is this we are regular customer. Then i ask the meager what is your name she didn’t provide she was so rude she just pass buy me . very disappointed

The worst Walmart. The employees don’t know nothing you ask them they not stocking shelves but the employees standing around having full conversations. Everyone has attitude in this store down to the customers. You can never find anything you shopping for unless it’s 7am when the store just opens. They like vultures in this Walmart and savages. And ghetto down to the workers. I will not be spending my money in this place not today or ever again in this location. Just disgusting. Went to bjs and spent the money I was going to spend in walmart in bjs. I wish i could of gave a zero not worth no stars

Somebody use my credit card. in that store, I called 20 times no answer on the phone from all departments. Horrible customer service. Be careful when you use your credit card there. If you're using instacart or any online service, be careful. Put protection on your credit card.

The store is always crowded but that’s not their fault. The one thing I will complain about is, they never have bags. They don’t even have the reusable bags for purchase at their registers and I’ve gone there as soon as the store has opened to see if they would have the bags earlier in the day. Just be prepared like I was and bring your own bags for your purchase. The store is clean for majority of the time that I go there.I have even used their pick up service and it ran good for most parts besides the wait time. I will use the pick up services for times I don’t feel like being in the crowded store but to get a few items.
