Big store, clean aisles, and shelves are always stacked. Everything is very expensive. Plenty parking available.

The manager saved my friend's life when he saw her in the beginning of a stroke, and called 911 immediately. She got to the hospital within minutes and got the shot to stop the stroke. I love him for that.

Overall, it is a decent supermarket and has been rerenovated. Their produce is well kept and fresh. I especially like the fact that I can buy grapes knowing that the bags haven’t been opened and grapes haven’t been touched. The bags are taped up. The only parts of the store I do not like are the bakery because it is too expensive, and the deli. The deli workers are lazy and get a slight attitude when servicing, as though they don’t feel like working. The guy (deli manager) with the hoodie that works there sighed when I asked to see the slice and one woman didn’t even start slicing and already complaining in spanish. Other than that, a good store.

Everyone is always extremely rude and the staff is no help. In the deli and bakery they are the least bit polite. This once, my mother and I had gone to get our coins exchanged for cash, and one of the staff members had to help us out and she was annoyed by it, like isn’t it their job to help out? The manager too displays arrogance.Bought many items that were either moldy or expired. About 2 years back I bought 2 items from the deli and they both had mold on them. Recently, I bought a box of granola and they were expired, I did eat them luckily I didn’t end up sick. I had contacted the manager but instead he lectured me about how it is my fault.I do not enjoy coming here but it’s a rare occasion that we do, we only go if it’s an absolute emergency. Most items are extremely overpriced especially in the deli. I DO NOT recommend going here.

I like the produce department because of the way their grapes, etc. are sealed, which is much appreciated from other supermarkets that just leave their grapes and cherries open for people to taste. Their produce always looks fresh! The deli department, however, sucks! The manager and other deli workers doesn't seem too nice and the other workers seem lazy, and instead prefer having their own conversations.

When I'm paying $15.00 a pound for Boars Head Roastbeef DONT HIDE THE LEFT OVER FAT IN BETWEEN NICE LOOKING SLICES. Other stores give that away to customers who have dogs. What nerve to try and screw a customer. If boarshead saw this and they will they'd probably pull theor line out. I wish I coild.post pictures, if I can I wil. My dog appreciates the half pound of scraps that were not free..

Beware of this place as it scans you like crazy, they overprice items like crazy. For example yogurt was on sale 2.99 and they charge you 5.99 at checkout. Customer service is terrible no this place is got messy they just steal from you I stopped going trader joe is the spot

KFS offers quality fruits, vegetable, hot and cold meal, soup and much much more. Prices are based on sales sometimes. There is a spacious parking lot.

It's not the same key food like years ago... They are far more crazy. I know that the cost of living is high but this is ridiculous.. Some of the food in the jet deli aren't very fresh... I bought boars head deli meats for twenty dollars plus and it expired in two days.. Disappointed. I only go here when there's no other choice.

The customer service is horrible, by far the worst. No one knows where anything else, their clueless face will make your blood boil, everyone is on their phones. If your going to come in here be prepared to get annoyed.

I cannot really decide if Key Food is affordable or not. My family use this store for last minute food preps. It has a great selection of raw cooking materials. It also has some variety of international/multi ethnic products. The cash registers are fast. The store does not have much aisle space and can have better lighting so it is not the most comfortable shopping experience but it is perfect for a quick grab and go!

They are starting to price gauge their name brand products. 7 bucks for a box of cheerios. 9 bucks for Philadelphia cream cheese...unreal

Been going here for 15 years. I only come for certain things. Do not buy fruit and be sure to carefully check the meat. Sometimes the date is changed on the meat and all to often the fruit is molded on the shelf before purchase. Lots of time the fruit molds 2days after getting it home.

The cashier made a comment that was unprofessional. The employees are poorly trained and have to customer skills. I addressed this to what would be a makeshift supervisor. But it seems likes it fell on deaf ears . I will never spend another cent in this store. It's nit worth it. If I could have given 0 stars I would have but the app would not let me.

Really nice supermarket in a small footprint. Appreciate the quality and freshness of the items. When in the area again I'll definitely be back. Looking forward to buying some seafood here. That section in particular was impressive.

They used to be better store, now they upgraded the store it’s actually worse then before. The isles are all out of wack compared to other stores. The cashiers are always slow and unfriendly. The self checkout is horrible and very slow. The lady is always watching you ring up the stuff, thinking you going to steel. It needs new management fast.

Only 1 star because of the deli department. I shop here often but was disappointed with the deli about 9:25pm Thurs night 5-16-19. The kid working there seemed like he didn't even want to be there let alone work. He was rude. Everything we ordered he put what he wanted as far as weight. He was a real jerk off. Had my young kids with me so I chilled. Management has to do something quick. There's a lot of competition waiting for my money. Treat your customers right. Check that kid!
