Going the key food in Rosedale had me scared no lie . Because I normally shop online lol .. I'm lazy ... But walking in it was clean well organized and had lots of options for snack .. for those who know mi , know seh this girl right here love snacks .. and the manager always helpful and always making joke .. but all honesty I go there like every day now RAAYYY🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

The place is ok and workers are friendly but the prices are a bit on the higher end compared to other areas unfortunately. I shop there when I have no access to other cheaper choices.

Frank the manager with the long hair is very unprofessional, and he tries to cheat the system especially if you have WIC. He acts as if people with WIC are not customers. I was picking up my WIC items and they tried to tell me that I had less items than I really had. I called customer service to verify but he just didn't want to hear it. He started to shrug his shoulders and roll his head around while talking with an attitude. He then started to pack the items to the side and push the shopping cart to the side and said can you step to the side I need this register people needs to check out. It was like he was trying to push me to the side so that the paying customers can shop. All the other managers seems professional but not this one. Frank the store would be better off without you.

It has good produce food selection is o.k. there is one manager who always looks angry and I have seen him be nasty to customers. The other manager who is thin with glasses is a sweet person who goes out of the way to help customers and is pleasant. Unfortunately I really dislike seeing the other manager that 9 out of 10 times I will go to foodtown a few blocks away. It has a larger selection of food, although keyfoods produce is better.

Terrible management!!! Let me be specific! One of the managers, the big guy with long hair! He is terrible, I thought I was dealing with some hood dude!! I bought a bottle milk and once home I noticed was expired! The day after I went there I didn’t have the receipt but I had the cc transition and could prove it!!! He handled the situation really bad!! Because of HIM I’ll never ever will go there again!!!

Come here often just because when I need stuff and emergent situations is super close to where I live but their prices are pretty high. Meat prices are pretty good but if you’re looking for every day stuff, you will be paying more and they go dont have much sales. I want a few weeks ago and they had strawberries for $9.99 which is ridiculous. They’re down now to $4.99 but that’s a perfect example eggs are 8 bucks. There is one manager there that’s super nice. I forget his name but there’s this other manager name Frank who is a Complete A**hole. If you have an issue stay clear of him.

Shelf pricing was inconsistent with sales circular. Looks good from the outside. Disappointed with the overall quality of the market. Say in the parking lot thinking about the experience and witnessed several customers who parked entered the Key Food and quickly leave empty handed.

I gave a review 10 months ago, and I'm back to give another very good review. I really like this Key Food because I'm more a fruit, veggie and fish person. I love the fact that they have organic fruits and salad mixes. I'm not sure about the comment saying they're always out of stock, but every time I go there, the restock Clerks are always stocking up. Their produce is always fresh, and the cashiers are always friendly to me. Could be because I always greet them and ask how they're doing. After all they're on their feet all day and have to deal with different personalities. By the way the salmon is always so fresh. I prefer the wild caught.

They have everything. Shelves sre stocked. Deli counter everything fresh from nova to wings. Salads galore. You want a kosher Hebrew National salami sandwich ? That is the place. ,Fresh cut up fruit , yep that too.

Did the trick, kind of upset I could've gotten nice large cucumbers at Trader joes for the same price that I got small mediocre cucumbers here, but we make our own choices sometimes!

Extremely ghetto. Every time it’s always attitudes and nasty stares even though I’ve been frequently shopping for years.Went to buy some meds for a friend for them to lock their doors at 9:45p. I politely asked and one of the cashiers laughed, and rolled their eyes saying “we closed”.

I use to like this store I stop going always a problem with the fish department and prices not matching the Keyfood add . Also hiding items that are on sale like paper towels saying they had none then saying the company doesn’t make it anymore. I called the paper towel company while in the store saying to them the manager said you guys don’t make this product anymore anymore the salesman from the paper towel company said we still carry it all the manger has to do is order it while on speaker phone one of the employees climbed on top of the meat counter and grab what I had a rain check for . The paper towels that the Manager said they didn’t make anymore and walked out the store with two . Never went back

Produce quality (freshness) leaves much to be desired. Items are WAY overpriced. I understand the need to mark-up items but definitely not as much as they since moving from the prior location in Rosedale. Keep your eye on the prices when scanned. On multiple occasions I've stopped the process to correct a price.

Went in and asked where I can find the smoked paprika not sure if he was a manger or not but he was a heavy set Latino with long hair gave me a dirty look and said if it’s not back there we don’t have it while walking away I’ve never seen worst customer service I asked another employee and he was a lot more professional but said the same thing without even helping me look I eventually found it even though they said we don’t have it was shocked and not only that but he stared me down while I was walking out giving me a dirty look like he wanted to fight me or something crazy and so unprofessional and he can single handily sink that location

Very nice and clean. They do not have a mask policy, but it was not that crowded. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.The fruit looked fresh and it was cold in that area which is always a good sign.

Don't eat anything from the Rotisserie or Deli section ...sorry not sorry. The fruit dairy and seasoning section is outstanding. And they deliver to your home. They are open late for the night owls.
