I've been going to Valhalla Animal Hospital for many years now. I had a cocker spaniel who passed away at 14 years of age and a beagle who passed away at 16. Since then, I rescued 2 German Shepherds. I brought them both in the day after I adopted them to be checked out, the staff there is so amazing and caring. They helped me understand what one of the rescue dogs went through just by looking at her. Together we nursed her back to health and a year later she is such a happy, healthy, beautiful girl.

Over the last 25 years Valhalla Animal Hospital has taken care of my 3 Wolfhounds, 3 Greyhounds and currently my 2 Staghounds. This is only the second time I have ever left a review somewhere but felt it necessary due to the care they received. This place is truly amazing at diagnostics. Their pragmatic approach has literally saved me thousands over the years. I highly recommend them for emergencies and everyday care.

After my original vet in Bedford Village passed away a few years ago, my family and I were trying to find a consistent vet. Over the last year and a half, Valhalla has treated all my dogs with amazing care; especially for my senior dog who was blind and severely arthritic in her final year of life. Not sure what’s going on. Change of management? Front Desk person too lazy to respond back? But these babies are NOT their top priority. They were good at first with quick communication but as soon as I mentioned about bringing my 4 MONTH BABY that same day, they totally ignored me and I would have appreciate it if they would have responded back with a “no, sorry, we can schedule you for some other day?” I told them all my concerns as to why I wanted to get my puppy ALL her shots because she only has her Rabies shots and they did not seem to be concern as much as I was! I IMMEDIATELY looked for another Vet! Please dont come here, they dont show interest. I can just imagine what they do behind closed doors!

Dr Crederoli has cared for all the pets we had growing up- cats, bunnies, ferrets... and now as an adult it was my time to call on Valhalla Animal hospital with concerns for my fur baby! Thank you for the same day appointment. in a time of Covid where you can’t go in with your pet- Alex was kinda and sweet and alleviated my fears with kind words and information. They even toldMe how well behaved and calm he was with them. ❤️

First and foremost, I would like to thank Dr. Demasi and her lovely staff for being so good to me and my cats and working with me to unravel this mess caused by Main Street Animal Hospital in Elmsford.They sat down looked and analyzed all my records and helped me decipher what my next steps are put me in a much better head space and on the right trajectory in caring for these 2 animals.I highly recommend this place

The staff is compassionate and knows how to care well for animals. I was never rushed. all my questions were answered, and I feel my cat was in the best care he could get. Dr.Muoio is one of the most wonderful vets you would ever want to meet. Each time I went there, I could feel how much she loved animals and did everything she could to help. I will never go elsewhere.

I usually don't post negative reviews, but I don't want another pet owner to go through what we did here. I bring my cats in for an annual check, and for the last five years have voiced concern over a growth on one of my cats. For five years I was told its nothing to worry about. A few weeks ago I voluntarily had the growth removed. A few days later I received a long winded voice mail that it was cancer. Not even a personal phone call. Second opinion at Veterinary Village in Briarcliff did everything this vet did not. She had x- rays and a body scan and Dr. Caderolli left the tumor there! The tumor was removed. Surrounding areas were checked in case the cancer spread. She was so fragile she was hospitalized for 5 days. When my husband called Valhalla, not only was he hung up on, he was belittled as a "layman" who didnt know what he was talking about and would not be listened to. Dr. Caderolli said if he checked every growth they would be doing this all day. So what, that is your job!!Thank God for Dr. Harouch and the staff at Veterinary Village. They saved my baby's life.

Please avoid this place for the sake of your pet! My puppy went in healthy as can be and after taking him there to be neutered, he was returned to me covered in feces and lifeless. After speaking with several other vets, I learned that they gave my baby 3xs the recommended dose of anesthesia and almost killed him. Check Yelp and see all the other issues pet owners have had there. I love animals and hope this place gets shut down before any more animals die.

I went in to ask about people who want to rehome their dogs. Vet Hospitals sometimesget individuals who are moving and dogs are not allowed or they are overwhelmed with traing or medical bills. The Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Left my name. You never know!

For some reason my post wasn't published before. I just can't leave it like that, without recognizing Dr. Credaroli for the incredible way we were treated. Back in June our beagle was ran over by a car, we arrived with him in very bad shape. From the way one of the nurses came out to help us carry him inside we knew he was in good hands. The constant updates of his condition were happily received. When he finally came out walking on its own we couldn't believe it... But it was from that point to the complete recovery of our boy, when Dr. Credaroli went out of his way to help us. Follow up calls, even after work, from his house, giving us all the advice needed in those really sad days, when we didn't know what was going to happen. I want to Thank Dr. Credaroli for being with us through the whole process. With his help we were able to give Romeo all the care he needed.

I've been going here for years, the staff is super friendly and efficient, and the vets are so knowledgeable, they always answer all my questions and concerns. The vets themselves get back to me by the next day with lab results. Drs Credaroli and Polisky, I love you!! Seriously, I trust these vets wholeheartedly with the health of my pets. Thanks!!
