Excellent customer service. Ordered a bouquet for a friend at Westchester Medical Center. They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. When I called Lakeview Florist they were very apologetic and made sure to send a replacement bouquet to my friends home right away.

I stop here to get my flowers for our grave and this spring bought like plant garden that grew so beautifully! It’s November and just starting to die down! Was so pretty I bought to and tomato plant and now bought my mums! Great place! People are so nice and helpful too. Great quality plants!

I was asked by someone with a limited budget to order two sprays for existing graves at Gate of Heaven cemetery. I have used Lakeview Florist for years for live plantings on those graves in the summer and at Christmas time. I worked with CJ, explaining my financial restrictions and what I needed. He was exceptionally helpful. I was able to specify the differences between the two arrangements I wanted, including sizes and colors. I did all of this from Arizona. CJ sent me pictures of the arrangements before he placed them on the graves to get my final approval. I also received photos from family members after they were on the graves and they were exactly what I wanted and they were beyond spectacular! I remain a very happy customer.

Zimmerman's was wonderful in helping me a get a gift to a friend who unexpectedly went into the hospital. I ordered flowers, but Zimmerman's quickly contacted me to let me know that because of the hospital unit my she was in, flowers couldn't be delivered. Instead, Zimmerman's sent a chocolate basket that was delivered within a few hours. Great service!

DO NOT USE!!! I ordered a large standing funeral spray for my Mother's burial to be delivered across the parking lot to the Kensico Cemetery office, so it could be brought to the plot and graveside for the service AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT! I ordered this at the end of April, described the Peaceful Pink Sympathy Spray arrangement that they show on their website (which they seemed to have trouble understanding) and asked them to add additional flowers and deliver it to Kensico for 10am on the date of the burial the first week of June. They called to confirm and verify the details a couple of weeks later. But, when we arrived for the 11am service there were no flowers. They scrambled to give us loose roses, but nothing makes up for the stress and frustration they caused on what was already a tough day. The owner who was not there and was supposed to make the arrangement the day before has not reached out to offer any type of apology. Bad Business!

Lakeview Florist provides incredible customer service as well as a gorgeous display of flowers and balloons. Handwritten note was included to top it off instead of the usual printed note. Ordered for same day delivery; it was delivered within 4 hours of order. Will definitely be ordering again. What a great establishment!

I remember when they opened up (probably about 35 years ago or so). I lived in Valhalla at the time. I always remembered their wonderful service and beautiful arrangements. I live in Dutchess County now and called Zimmermans to order an arrangement for my aunt's birthday, who lives in Hawthorne. The arrangement was so beautiful! My aunt called me right away to thank me for such a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Thanks Zimmermans!
