Always love this place. Great European chocolate, garden and home odds and ends. I love their garden starts as well that they carry from a local grower. I also never know what surprise items they will carry. Always an exciting experience with an amazing staff.

I love this store so much. It’s just every time I step in the store and go near the pool section I get so sick because of the smell. The smell is so bad in store near the chlorine isle it made me instantly sick with sore throat and stuffy nose. That area needs ventilation.

Great place for what you need. It could replace the old five and dime store and discount stores. Tremendous selection on spices, alternative wheat flour products, olives and canned fish. If hosting a party, they have cutlery, plates and serving dishes- mostly plastic. This is only the beginning. So, if you haven't gone before, it's time to go!!

Love this place friendly people and great deals you can't find anywhere else! Took my friend for the first time he scored a triple down jacket for a fraction of the original cost. I myself loaded up on organic juices, Bob's Red Mill baking products, pistachios and much more! Thanks Ocean State for friendly associates, great products and great prices on amazing deals!!!

Quite large and has a wide variety of things at very affordable prices. They have a good collection of outdoor Summer items, like bird feeders, solar lights, bird baths, etc. And lots of gardening items. I also love that this one has signage up showing gluten free cookies and snacks. Lots of vegan chocolate bars which is great too!!Employees are always friendly.

One of the bigger Ocean States with a nice selection of the things they decide to carry. I have had good experience with the staff here as they gladly exchanged a damaged thing. It's inventory is peculiar until you get used to it and then it's like any other store. They carry what they carry. Good prices. Nice pet section.

Shelves were pretty picked through and I only saw one person straightening things up. Wait time at the register was minimal and I found the items I was looking for (small storage containers and an expandable file folder). Found a nice candle and a good price on Fabreeze too.

Store is slightly crowded. Racks and aisles are small. Carts are all old and not great. Store seems unclean and old. Great deals on lots of stuff and large variety of food items. Registers and the lanes are small. Saw a disabled gentleman get his wheelchair stuck.

Carlos at service desk was extremely helpful. The store was chock full with great bargains. Employee on floor went out of their way to show me where pool merchandise was and very knowledgeable about pools too ! Cashier was very friendly and nice. Employees seemed to actually like their jobs ! All in all a pleasant surprise ☺

Like the prices this store offers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Returns are easy with the receipt. The place is big & a bit unorganized but love to shop here. Never know what you'll find but if you want it grab it now, it will be gone the next time! They have weekly specials & even better deals Monday through Wednesday. Website is easy to navigate & helpful for finding products. Wear comfy shoes, you'll want to go through the whole place.

Great bargains! There's a wide variety of merchandise, from food to clothes to pet supplies, and everything is cheaper than you'd find anywhere else. It's the same stuff you'll find other places, just a lot less expensive. I'm so glad I tried this place, and I'll definitely be back.

Great big store with eclectic selection of merchandise that changes often. Name brand clothing, garden/outdoor products and housewares at great prices. (Although health and beauty products tend to be higher priced than other stores.) Always amazing prices and selection of kayaks. The food section is fantastic with pared down presentation of top quality cookies, crackers, candy, pasta, sauces, olive/coconut/grapeseed oils, canned seafood and meats and a wide selection of seasonings and Himalayan salt. Large selection of balsamic vinegar all at great prices. Coffee by the pound and k cups also priced well. Crazy Deals and specials are great. Love this store! Staff is friendly and helpful, its always a pleasure to shop at Ocean State. Checkout times can be a little long, but it really depends on what time of day you're shopping.
