Great service.. alway courteous and helpful. I read some reviews that are negative and it comical… the nerve of a business allowing staff to take a lunch break, oh and posting signs indicating they do that and the times, additionally every time you call there is a recording indicating the break time closure! Not to mention, if the website and sign on the door indicate walk ins welcome for Covid shots… why did you call?? Based on my interaction with the staff I’ll just guess that the staff member said if you make a appointment online you ll guarantee no waiting when you come in the life saving vaccine.

I frequently shop Walgreens Vails Gate have always had knowledge, patient and friendly srrvice from the pharmacy staff no complaints. Would recommend them.

Rudest employee at Walgreens 5 corners in Vailsgate New Windsor ! I didn’t get her name but she’s tattooed and has a pierce on her nose .Very rude unbelievable I pick up my wife’s prescription she insisted I was wrong of my wife’s name that she couldn’t find my wife’s prescription ! And she came up with a story that the Dr sent it 2 different Walgreens locations and the first Walgreens billed it already to her insurance and if I want to get it just pay out of pocket she said ! It’s like she was telling a story to a 2 year old boy doesn’tknow anything! She’s giving me a bad energy I couldn’t help myself to give it back to her ! But yea I was wondering how did she get her job there when i came home I discussed it with my wife she was telling me exactly the same she argued with her once as well coz she was very rude. This was happened yesterday 6 /13 /23 and we will never go back to this pharmacy again 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Walgreens corporate called and asked if I wanted to be put in a program to make fewer trips to the pharmacy. Of course I Said that sounds wonderful, and it was for 2 months of prescriptions. The 3rd time I came to pick up my prescription one of the scripts was for the wrong dosage. I noticed when I got home and called them. They recognized that they gave me the wrong dosage. When I went to pick up my prescription a week later they tried to charge me I explained this to them. They then said I needed to speak to their corporate office. When I said I would stay there until we worked this out this walgreens location called the police on me and I was told to go to another Pharmacy.

Ordered two photo enlargements online. When I picked them up, the pics were screwed up. Walgreens associate DANIELLE took the time to redo them for me, helping me navigate their photo machine with my uncooperative phone.I grew impatient and frustrated; DANIELLE was patient and kind. She even refunded what I paid for the pics that got screwed up...though it may have been my fault to begin with...Nicely done!

Went to get my prescription filled yesterday, after an hour wait was told I would need to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Order was still not ready so I figure I will go on my lunch break the next day. What a fool I am, they close down the pharmacy so the entire department for their lunch from 1pm to 2pm. I cant wait another ten minutes cause it takes 25 minutes to get back to work. Cant loose my job, so no prescription again. What does my time or health matter as long as everyone who works there gets their meal break.

Awesome staff. I've Never had an issue here what so ever. I call in to confirm photos, prescriptions and so forth and no matter who picks up they're Always polite and helpful! Best walgreen in the area.

Very bad people skills Walgreens Corp should take notice. On the web site it says walk ins welcome for covid19 shot. Called and a very rude girl in pharmacy kept repeating go on web site make an appointment. I claimed it says walk ins welcome. Never finished before she said again make appointment on web and hung up. Here's the best part . immediately called Walgreens in Montgomery rte208 . they said sure c'mon over two people waiting now but we're good. Got the shot done in 20 mins.

this place is great. Everyone is helpful and it's very clean. I would love to give it 5 stars but the piped-in music is so darn loud I must subtract one celestial body. The manager told me that the local stores cannot adjust the volume; it comes from Walgreen's HQ.

What a terrible service!So I went to the consultation window (June/29/19) and there were two pharmacists there, one of them was a student, I believe. So as I’m waiting there, the student pharmacist was helping another person while the other one was doing nothing, and still didn’t even acknowledge me to say hello, or to let me know that the other pharmacist gonna take care of me, so rude! So the student pharmacist came and I told him that I have this rash on my skin, so what he did is he didn’t even take a look to see what the rash looks like when I showed him, he didn’t ask how long I have it for.. NOTHING. I told him I was using an ointment but wasn’t helping, and he told me to go to urgent care. It’s a consultation window for a reason, not to just tell people to go to the urgent care. It’s so sad that people that are supposed to help you, don’t even bother to pretend like they care. They are just there doing THE BARE MINIMUM!

Terrible service. The lady that I've dealt with at the pharmacy is easily one of the nastier employees I've ever met. That's odd to me, given that I am paying them to provide services to me. They are unhelpful, condescending, and all the way around unpleasant to deal with. I will be switching pharmicies.

We found the check out boy on the weekend to be unfriendly and fairly rude. On the other hand we got flu shots there in the fall and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and friendly.

All I can say is wow... my medication was changed and I received a call from the pharmacist and she asked me how I felt and that she noticed my prescription was changed she wanted to check up on me ... I was blown away by this jester.. WOW... never had this type of professional service.. Thank you for calling and checking onto he Hernandez Family.. you guys rock definitely 5 stars out of me..

Way to go Walgreens. Flying to get to the store to pick up baby Tylenol for my 2 year old and you're closed at 9:50. Store hours stay until 10. What gives? Shoprite pharmacy it is.

Do not get your photos developed here. The employees kept prolonging when the photoswo uld come and when they did they messed up the order. They gave me the wrong digital cd with someone else's pictures. Not to mention the entire thing was about 16 bucks.
