I got 2 phones, returned them in 2 weeks within the 30days, 1 month later i get a bill for $175, yet will not fix that 175, they know i dont owe it, but because Verizon is so corrupt they do what they want, Verizon wireless really needs to be taken down at least couple notches, maybe major boycott will help them understand

Wow,I walked in on a Saturday The parking lot looked like a scene out of the Fast & Furious 7 not 1 or 2 with the old rice burners there was m5 and 5 series bmws and Audi's and a bunch of exotic cars everywhere. Come to find out it was all of the nine employees that were working there definitely overkill 9 people come on but whatever i am guessing they get paid on 100% commission so the company does not care about them or there families and bills just stuff the store with as many heads as they can but thats typical in todays large companies i am sure the top 5% are eating good anyway. I was Instantly greeted by 5 representatives and was brought to one of there desks to upgrade my phone Come to find out it was the store manager Jason thank god because last time there was a giant 7 foot man that was very pushy and lied to me and said whatever he wanted to make me feel comfortable to get my friendship and business glad he was not there this time because I would of just walked out if you see this man do the same thing trust me he is a 🐍 but Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever worked with a Verizon. Representative that knew so much about the phones and plans other than this guy in rome named rick but he dont sell phones anymore i guess after 20 years the company dont want good reps like him around maybe he should of made more stupid phone calls and bother us customers that got a cell phone not a house or airplane. Jason was able to upgrade my phone and transfer all my data and get me into the plan I wanted and needed and did not have to LIE like the giant man did to me I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to go See Jason at the Utica Verizon store.Uticas best Verizon store 👍🏻 👌

I walked into the store at 11:00 am and was told someone would be right with me. Two of the Salesmen were busy with Customers. The third was on his phone etc? I walked out at 11:30 when I heard him ask a friend what their plans were.I am from Boonville and wanted to be efficient and get my errands done. This employee was either incredibly rude or clueless he didn't even notice when I walked out of the store. I have had two great experiences there but I will no longer be going there to support their employees. Shame on him!

I walked in to upgrade my iphone and fix the screen protector on my wife's phone ad walked out with 3 new iphones! The salesman was fantastic he was super helpful and verizon had a great loyalty promotion going on coincidentally. The salesman was simply amazing. He was eager, positive and worked well past closing to upgrade all our phones. I will be back to the Horatio Rd store in the future!

Awesome experience! Sales representative, Kevin was most helpful and very knowledgable. Discussed new plans and equipment with us. Very pleasant experience. Thomas was very helpful and personable as well. Location on Horatio Blvd is great location; previously stopped into other locations but now, this will be my store of choice! Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

So the store helped me to the best of their ability and this is in no way a less than stellar review on them. But apparently if you are on a pay as you go plan, you are not afforded the luxury of walking into a brick and mortar to get set up on your own phone. It's frustrating because I have been with many other carriers that all bend over backwards for you in the same situation.

Adam provided the worst service i have ever had at cellular sales. it was like he was drunk or something. i could not understand anything that came out of his mouth. not only was he slurring his speech, he also dropped my phone. then after over an hour of trying to switch to Verizon. he says to me make an appointment for tomorrow. I looked at him in disbelief and he just looked at me and smiled. I was furious. trust me i won't be using Verizon and i won't be visiting cellular sales or Adam ever again

I went in recently to get some general information on some of the newer smartphones. The employee who assisted me “Joe” was terrible. Some more training on the art of respect and body language would benefit him and the company’s image beyond belief. He was rolling his eyes with me and clearly annoyed with me because I’m not super advanced and understanding with technology and I didn’t purchase a phone that day. Before he assisted me I heard him swearing and talking with his co workers while his face was shoved into his phone.However, my family & I went into the Rome store and Corey. was fantastic. He did not once roll his eyes at me and he was beyond patient with my family. Thank you Rome Verizon!!

The Verizon in the Riverside Plaza never disappoints. We had the lovely Kalei last night. Could not have been nicer if she tried. So patient with my husband (who isn’t exactly tech savvy) and we ended up with a better plan, two new phones, and she lowered our monthly bill substantially to boot! She’s a keeper (plus she has rescue dogs, so…).
