I got the most amazing unicorn shirt ever and it’s actually made for adults my size a little bit large I love it I got to say it was a bit pricey at almost $60 but it’s very warm and I mean it has unicorns on it so that the sky save size yeah, it has unicorns on it and it’s really for grown-ups

This store is very dirty & the employees are not helpful at all. There are about 3 employees in this store that are very nice & helpful other than that they have nice good things in there especially for yards etc but my friend went to buy a swing set & they tried to offer to sell her the floor model which was put together wrong & also a piece broken & dirty with 20 dollars off lol.. They have some racistsness also going on in this store. I recommend going to another..

Got everything I needed for my new puppy and saved some money getting her next puppy shots, dewormed, flea control, heartworm prevention, and microchip at their vet clinic while I was there.....great value as vet visits are soooo expensive. Don't get me wrong, still have to have your regular vet but saving on regular shot visits is nice...

Well usually they are good. But I ordered pellets 2 years ago and paid. Ash have the receipt. Have never gotten them. They were on lay away and they said I owed a penny paid them. Went to pick Noone there to get them. Kept going back and back finally was told they were gone. But here I sit 2 years later out all the money and no pellets. So wrong.

The pet clinic showed up 1 hr late, the staff didn't communicate with customers, no paper towels or garbage for pet messes while waiting. Hard to find employees when needed. Messes all over the store, spilled foods, garbage. Too much clutter in the aisles to get around.

You have to know your prices because TSC offers great deals, but most of the time they run higher than other stores for similar products. I bought a tow chain the other day at the suggestion of another. A 12' custom cut tow chain comes loose, even though it's oiled, and all necessary hooks and hardware are separate. They feed you 12' of 3/8" tow chain in a greasy pile weighing around the 20-25-lb mark without a bag at an astounding retail cost totalling $130!! Home Depot sells a longer version of same chain that comes complete with everything you need. It's not greasy and includes a durable resealable pouch for $50! The staff at the Utica location make it a much less desirable location to shop than Rome. I prefer the Rome location where the staff and managers are friendly and helpful. I won't be going to the Utica location for anything other than returning the tow chain.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Was in yesterday to get my dog food and my mom was getting chicken scratch. I was in line first and told him I had the 2 bags of dog food. He proceeded to ring up 2 bags of scratch. I told him no the dog food was mine. He said if your going to be nasty go somewhere else. I asked to speak to a manager and he said I am the manager! Go elsewhere people stay away from this store!!!!!

I was there yesterday to get stuff for my animals and a dremel, and just decorative stuff that you can't get over here in North New Jersey. Terric, Miguel, and Kathy were freaking awesome ( I probably butchered the spelling of their names, so I apologize if you all read this). They were full of information and the answers that they didn't know, they helped me seek out. Would definitely recommend this location. A+++

Seems to have a little of everything power washers to fencing to pet supplies. Very friendly staff. Will help you find that item you need. Propane tanks filled.

Sat for 20 minutes curbside. Called said go out back. Box it came in was totally destroyed it came in. Guy said he was going back, waited another 15 minutes, nothing. Husband had to walk all the way up front to get help, I heard the woman on the phone say to the guy out back, I don't what his problem is...nice customer service, he just said her name was Vicky. Not happy at all. Worse customer service ever.

Riverside Center Store, North Utica, is where hubby and I shop. Always have had a great experience here. They were out of the birdseed I liked last Winter, so they offered to order the birdseed online there at the store for me with free shipping, at home deliver by UPS or FedEx (can't remember which).

It's a great place to find unique items! I found some great dog toys that do not look like they will be destroyed in 10 minutes. Every employee I've interacted with has been very helpful.

Went there with a friend that were more familiar with the store. He wanted to replace the tires and rims on his boat trailer. It's was no hassle finding the right size. We purchased and left the store within 15 minutes. Loved it.

I stopped by the store today while traveling from Rochester to Old Forge. The young lady that helped me was an absolute pleasure. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I don't think I have ever had a more enjoyable time shopping for cowbell bells.I am not sure of her name, but I think she went by "V."Thank you!

I shop at the North Utica location. Staff is helpful and courteous and store is clean.Much more convenient for quick stops than a big box store. But the selection is smaller and they tend to run out of items.Overall I recommend shopping here.

I love TSC. This store has so many cool items. And some of the coolest toys for my grandkids too. Farms need all kinds of equipment and tools and TSC carries it all.
