Lately the cashiers have been so attentive and on point. Love that Mally lady in self check-out. Prices are higher than other grocery stores. The food court makes good stuff but it gets expensive pretty quick, otherwise I'd eat there more often. And they recently substantially downsized the coffee size but not the price. Weird. Also, the cart dude is so friendly and positive!

Evrtime I stop at this market 32 it reminds me why I don’t need to go ever again. Only reason I did stop at this store that I always have problems with it’s because it was closer and I didn’t wanna go to Walmart or aldis. No help in the bakery waited about 10 mins even after they paged someone. So I just left🤦‍♂️ All your produce is never ever fresh when I go. No help form anyone was trying to find bag lemmons Couldn’t find was trying to find individual peppers couldn’t find. I finally found peppers they were organic and 2 peppers in a pack. ok what ever I’ll take it. Once I get home and open to get ready to cook, I notice mold on one side of the peppers. Smh and this is not the only time happens everyone I go tho those market 32. Store manager BRANDON HASTLINGS should be ashamed of THIS, to have a store running like this. And the district manager 🤷🏼‍♂️I’ll just go to ALDI NEXT TIME

If I could give it no stars I would. There is never a cutter available to cut the meat in the butcher department. The registers are no better. I would not recommend shopping with this company. Their management defers the responsibility to others and has no critical thinking skills.He made no attempt to solve the problem. The manager could only say he would tell the store manager. I would be so disappointed if one of my companies was run this way.I’ve attempted to buy meat here multiple times with no cutter available. Bought more than I needed so I don’t waste the trip.I’ve had meat so wrapped poorly it leaked everywhere multiple time. Even the cashier said something about.Self checkout is a nightmare.The deli guy cuts the meat super thick and is super slow.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I sometimes eat at the hot bar. The place is mostly clean and well-appointed. I will say this. Whenever I eat their, the only employee I see come out and stir the ingredients on the hot bar so that it won't be all thick and crusty on top is a man named Edward. (No relation.)He seems to at least care, a little bit, about the customers. And he wears a mask in an effort not to spread disease or even his own personal germs. Therefore I do feel safer eating when he is there.You go Ed.

The worst experience ever! I have never seen like those pharmacist and workers. Asked me to wait and come back for 30 to 45 minutes without asking anything. After that asked again another 30 minutes and blamed me for nonsense reason that they couldn't page me for the information what they needed. They should have been asking me since the first time. Wasting my time to deal with unprofessional people. Management needs to train them again how to deal with customers. Not even worth 1 star.

I really like this store. I get my meds really fast here, and the staff is always nice. I also like how it's always stocked, and I like the free magazines and stuff they have. The flowers are always pretty too. Overall, never had a problem. My favorite place to shop for sure.

I really like pricing at Price Chopper. The points we accumulate really come in handy at the gas pumps! The employees are very friendly and helpful! Will be happy once the renovations are finished. The store will be great!!

I normally go to a different grocery store miles away from my house but I decided to go closer this time. I went in around 9pm because I was alone and hoping to have a quieter place to shop. A man quickly approaches me and asks for a treat. I walk away no biggie, he continues to follow me and ask for a treat again, I say no and head in the opposite direction. I head to the aisle where I need something, there he is stocking the aisle. A worker/stocker was the one following me around asking for a treat. As a young women ALONE, I get already nervous as is. I give it once last try to get the things I need hoping he had left the aisle and he hadn’t. He again proceeds to follow me out of the aisle and ask what I needed and I said nothing and went right to checkout to leave. The store was otherwise fine but I will not be returning because the amount of anxiety I get from being followed around by a man, let alone a worker, makes me feel unsafe.

Awesome supermarket with all the essentials and more. The food is as diverse as the area and this supermarket embraces it and thrives from it. Their prepared foods are nice departures from cooking everyday.

I went there to get a bunch of tuna fish for my cats for Xmas. The guy who was running the self checkout was very helpful. Guy in a wheel chair not that it matters im just being descriptive. He was helpful and lemme use the store card because I forgot mine. That was a nice courtesy.

If I was to rate this store out of ten, I would rather not rate it at all. Half the staff is nice, the other is insanely rude. The worst part is the prices. Not only are they high but they are wrong. Every, single, time I have been to this store the items listed price is different than the checkout price. Grocery prices are already pinching everyone where it hurts and its a real pain when my expected bill is a couple dollars more because the store can't price its items correctly. Like it's bare minimum this store should be doing.

Great assistants... Great cashier... They waited for me to get my stuff I needed before they closed... Very thankful for thier patients... Got some great lamb chops... Good looking fruits and veggies... Only complaint is that I was looking for Apple crisp pie mix... But it was not where it usually is which is by the bags of apples.. I asked several assistants and they could not find it...

U been to one u been to them all. I like it here because you can get things that might not be at other stores especially PC goods which I love the cookies and cream ice cream sandwiches and the diced onion onion rings

Came in for a nice hot lunch on a cool day. I definitely enjoy the food court,lots of choices from sandwiches to hot chicken and pizza and even sushi! It hit the spot!

Oct 31, around 7 pm I went to get a new card so I can shop using the rewards program since my old one wore out. I gave the attendant (i think name started with a K) my ID so she can give me a new card. However the young attendant got upset when I had informed her that my address recently changed. She seemed upset so I gave her my new address but she also forgot to add the apt number so when I informed her of that, she rolled her eyes and huffed loudly. She loudly and aggressively said I’ll get a new one in the mail. I don’t know if it was just because she didn’t want to be there or if she was having a tough day but if you are having a tough day please don’t take it out on customers. I cried in the car for a good 15 minutes. I wish she had been kinder. I’ve had other bad experiences here too but this one was the latest that has made me feel bad especially because this time my partner was with me for this.

This store is newly expanded and entering is really easy and organized and makes getting started convenient. A few items have moved, but not many and the expansion has allowed for larger in-store areas like produce and the deli to offer more for the shoppers. All the employees are helpful and polite and it makes shopping there easy and convenient.

My father stood in line for 20 minutes trying to get the sale price the shelves claimed. These stores always trick you and put a better price so you go to the register, not paying attention and just buy it. 🙄 empty shelves too.

Generally a decent experience. Prices could definitely be more competitive, instead of jacking up prices even higher, then putting it "on sale". Even their store brands are higher than you'd think. Prices are still tolerable though. Not very crowded in the evening, which is what I prefer. Can usually find what I need, but definitely not always. Store is usually pretty neat and clean for the most part. Bathrooms usually well maintained. Staff doesn't stop to ask if you need help, but they're not rude either; if you know what I mean. They're adequate, which is good enough for me, and more than I can say for some other stores. There's a bigger women with glasses who works later in the evening who is the epitome of rude and lazy though; multiple bad experiences with her, & she seems to be a supervisor of sorts. That's my only big complaint.

Not a safe place to shop anymore. Too much criminal activity at this store and the last few months they are remodeling and making it look nicer but Utica police have had to respond to too many incidents at South Utica Price chopper go to the new Hartford Price chopper instead. It's not safe here

I always grocery shop there. Meat selection never disappoints. Fruit is always stocked and fresh But I shouldn't have to bag my groceries, when workers are available to do that and they could open a few more checkout Lanes then they normally have open. Especially this time of year.

Always have the freshest Doughnuts! This is a must to get ! Their rotisserie chickens are good too and the sides that you can get to go with it, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc is good too but I wish the price would drop a little.

This is the only store that is always nice and clean and stocked. All the employees are fantastic. They will stop doing what they are doing to help you out. I HATE,HATE employees that point. I am a district manager and I always leave impressed. Fantastic experience. Walmart is done the road and I can go there but I pas it. Thank you for all your hard work.

Price Chopper has a wide variety of everything they carry, and they have sales weekly which helps save a lot. Sho0ping here also allows you to save bonus points for being an Advantage Edge customer. Their employees are always polite and I like engaging with them on a friendly basis. I don't like shopping anywhere else!

It is pretty good, but not what it used to be. The kosher department is only about 20% of what it used to be. Meats are good, and much of the produce. And floral department is excellent.But prices are higher than many of the competitors on grocery items unless the item is featured on sale, and most of the sale items are what I classify as junk: highly processed, easy to prepare/reheat foods. Not wholesome, nutritious foods. Organic section is minimal.
