Store could be cleaner and better organized, including the need for improved tidiness; could use a new location closer to Genesee St. where it is easier to get to. Given the floor space, perhaps the Store can reorganize as (1) Perishables (2) Non-Perishables & Pharmacy Section. Under Perishables, perhaps even separate plant-based, meat-n-dairy items.

The To Go delivery service is excellent at this location! I ordered 2 different types of pet food & they called me to tell me they didn’t have them in stock so I was able to get different food. They have done this on 2 occasions to make sure that I had food for my fur baby! This was extremely helpful & very much appreciated! Thank you!

Maybe a little bit more pricier than other big supermarket such as Price chopper or ShopRite or Aldi's. , like a half a gallon of milk is 1.79 there any Price chopper is 1.59

Hannafords on Mohawk is always good, the employees always helpful and polite. I just wish their Deli offered more prepared foods especially fish fries on Fridays

I like this place. I go almost everyday. So today I had an incident occur and I felt like I was accused of stealing. So this morning on 11/15/22 at around 7:20am at 1122 Mohawk st location in Utica ny. I purchased my items and decided to go back to look for another item to purchase, didn’t find item and attempted to leave. As I was getting closer to exit I was stopped by the assistant store manager by the name of Shana King. So she said can I help you with something and proceeded to take my receipt that I had in my hand so gave it to her and explained that I didn’t take anything as I was emptying my bag by then of course she is making it seem like she is helping while looking at me receipt. So for me that was unprofessional. I understand people steal you can’t assume everyone will or just people of color because I’m a Latino man who shops there everyday. This woman has even seen me on multiple occasions. So if she was trying to help, while she was watching me the whole time walk over to the produce section looking for some corn why didn’t she approach me before I was leaving the store. I hope the situation is addressed.

Still mind blown that they don't have a customer service area not even a podium for who ever runs the shift , the workers, not a single person in charge. The quality of produce is awesome however, prices range higher on products then other grocery stores and with that and no front end. I'll keep shopping at Price Chopper!

Went in to purchase pork butts, which were on sale for 87 cents per pound! A super low price! Cashier was very efficient and friendly.

Nice big selection of produce and all your grocery needs. The prices are higher than most but not too bad for the quality. The store is usually neat and clean and orderly and the service is good. Great for quick shopping trips and even the monthly ones.

I'm reviewing the bottle and can return area only as that's the area of the store that I visited. I'm beyond disappointed! I utilize CLYNK and highly recommend it. The only stores that they are found in is Hannaford. I've gone to Washington Mills, new Hartford, and Herkimer stores as well and was happy with ask if those locations. Mohawk Street in Utica though, terribly disappointed. First, it is smelly and dirty inside. Then, when attempting to scan my bags into CLYNK system before dropping them down the chute, each of the 5-6 times I've been there, it NEVER works. Not even once. So I drop the bags and hope that they're honest and accurate when counted and entered in my account. I do not have time to count them before dropping them at the store, that's why I use the service, to save time. I have noticed that for some reason when I bring bags to other stores I get significantly more money in my account than when I bring the same number of bags to Mohawk Street. I try to go to the better locations as much as possible despite Utica store being closest to home for me

I love coming here whenever I can. Always seem to find something different that I was not expecting to find. No one can beat their Hispanic section. The parking lot is hit or miss with all the speeding in front of the store. Besides that, it is a great shopping experience.

Everything is good but I feel like some of the cashiers should be more nicer to the customers. A few times I’ve went and the cashier had another employee with them just gossiping, the cashier didn’t even greet me or ask if I wanted the plastic bag he put my one item in...

Great place with great service. Had an issue with self checkout and a coupon that I put in too early. They came right over and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes! I will always go here, so long as I'm in Utica.

I'm new to the area when I went in to the store the cashier was extremely pleasant helpful and understanding. Because they have special garbage bags here in Utica which are insanely expensiveI had asked for specific on what I was buying she was helpful and very good at it.

If i need help i cant find a employee anywhere. But im in there just now shopping and i have 2 stock boys all but yelling "THIEF" at me. I was very uncomfortable, i have no clue why. I should have asked them a question about a product since i had them there.Try offering help instead of playing csi utica. Go help a lady carry groceries.

This is a phenomenal store, even though they are too expensive. Because they have the best bakery, out of all the other stores in my opinion... 😊 If they had lower prices like other grocery stores, I would give them the 5 star! 💜✌💙

Bad service. Wife was doing self check out and needed help with an item. She asked a store associate that was attending the self checkout area for help. The store associate response was "oh my god". It seems like she was in a bad mood. My wife assumed that this was directed towards her so she had a talk with her. The store associate did not try to deescalate the situation or clarify who the attitude was directed towards. The associate ended with "you can go now". We then talked to the manager and the manager's response was "I'll handle my own employee. It must have been miscommunication. Let's all be adults" Even if there was a miscommunication, there was no effort to make that known. I don't believe in the customer is always right, but I do believe there is a certain amount of professionalism you have to show when dealing with customers. Telling a customer that they can leave now rather than trying to resolve the problem is not professional. Telling a customer that they should act like adults is not professional.
