Gemini Pets and Things LLC left me utterly disappointed. Their overpriced products disintegrated within days, rendering my $96 purchase worthless. Despite commendable customer service, their sluggish response time deterred me from reaching out. The friendly employee couldn't compensate for the store's limited and expensive inventory. To add insult to injury, they brazenly swindled my payment without delivering the order or issuing a refund. Caution is advised when dealing with this deceitful establishment.

Drove there during the week and saw the business hours on the door however the open sign was turned off and there were no lights on in the place door was locked
