Store is in disarray, shelves mostly empty; just incredibly messy and unkempt. And you're likely not going to find what you were looking for anyway. You'll likely encounter at least one person asking for money or cigarettes. That's super typical in the plaza period. The one in north Utica is much better.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Cashiers are rude and the stock workers have no respect. Staring people up and down is a form of a challenge, ogling women especially when they’re with their children and significant other is grounds for a physical altercation. I’m not from New York and I operate highly on respect. This dollar store location needs serious help. You’re stock room workers are bound to cause a ruckus simply because they think it’s Ohkay to state people down.

I normally don't gripe about much. Retail is retail and well I've done it for a good portion of 20years. Today I was rung up by a new(er) cashier. Apparently she got the idea that I was supposed to bag my items. 1- if there was counter space I help anyway,but there's none.she just let me frozen items just hang out until I was "holding up" the line.she sooo graciously says here lemme help you. 😳😳 Yet I see her start bagging the person's after me as Scrambling to get my stuff packed. If I have to work for dollar tree bagging items then I want my items back to $1.....Great hiring 👍good job😳

I went to the Dollar tree today the guy employee was walking around on his phone Are you at work and how you on your phone. The female cashier was really nice and friendly.

Before I walked in, someone on some kind of drug was outside asking for spare change. The store was a mess. The cashier was an older lady who spoke spanish. Did not say one word to me and was very rude in general. Other than that the store is easy to navigate through compared to the one in North Utica. Just sucks when employees are rude and don’t appreciate their customers

Walked in store, was there for less than 5 minutes, was asked to leave, with no given explanation. One employee said " i'm new and don't know" the other wouldn't say a word when asked why. I'm 44yrs old with no reason for shoplifting or this kind of shopping experience.

Today me and my 4 years son have a bad day for the cashier. Because of her placing the broom across the path, my son’s face injured and never apologized for that. Pretend not knowing and not taking responsibility. The very first time of disappointing this store. I saw the name on the receipt is Estrella.

Love this place! I go once a week, and everything is $1!! There's one on Mohawk St and in the Price Chopper Plaza, North Utica.My monthly items consist of: toilet paper, paper towel, tooth paste/brushes, cleaning products & disposable flatware (for work). They also have seasonal items which are great for holiday, hobbies/activities, party planning/decor, and school project/supplies... All at $1/ea item!You can't lose.

This store was an absolute mess - I can't believe the manager would even allow it to be seen this way ... there were boxes just randomly placed, shelves weren't stocked, and items spilled/thrown all over the aisles. I will never go back to this Dollar Tree location unfortunately.

Completely trashed. So bad that when you walk up there is trash all over the side walk even in between the counter and the glass store front. What a pig pen. The manager of this place is clearly incompetent.
