Store has had a makeover. It's very well stocked, large variety of items at great prices. The outdoor and holiday decorations are the best. Very neat and clean and workers are nice and helpful.

This place needs a massive make over. The floor and the shelves need a good scrubbing. They are covered with dirt. Their furniture is over priced garbage. The display items are broken. The store is just gross

Very rude and unprofessional. I just don't understand why people bring their b.s. to work with them. There is no reason to be rude to a customer. Especially being a manager, not saying any names ( michael). Then announcing people's personal business with store intercom. Come on. Poor terrible place while he is working. Usually I have no issues I don't understand.

This particular store is crowded. They have more merchandise than the space required to display it all. But Big Lots is a store full of treasures with very reasonable price tags.They have everything from food to furniture.It's handicapped accessible. The associates are friendly and helpful.

STORE IS always Dirty, floors look like the employees don't care.. weather store is clean or filthy bathrooms are barely usable can't sit down and sometimes cleaning supplies are left in bathroom,, Big lots should take an inventory of quality over quantity and work ethics within their emply..

The North Utica Big Lots disorganized the store looks really filthy outside parking lot needs to be clean walkway entrance dirty windows need to be washed the products are so crowded up in the store you don't have the patience to walk through they can do a better job but I do recommend New Hartford Big Lots

Usually the workers are nice and polite but not this time I went in for the freebie hand soap and the cashier was very rude she said rudely " you're not buying it" I said "no it's free" she rolls rolls her eyes and says put your number in when normally they just ask me for my number and they put it in. I wanted to pick up my sister's also so she's says "another one" then scoffs. And says "it's a dollar" I'm like "ok it's free" that annoyed me don't get mad because you at work keep your attitude in check you can get a freebie too just sign up. 😡

Very nice &clean store. I did notice that some shelves/items needed to be organized better &prices clearly marked. A plethora of bedding supplies &bath linen. Expected more in the name brand groc. items.

I bought towels, washcloths, a toy for my kitten and some Siracha Chili Garlic sauce that is hard to find. The store was organized yet there were parts that looked like it was under reconstruction. There were quite a few good deals on coffee pots and furniture. The lady who cashed me out was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Jasmine!

It's a big lots. The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. I'm a fan of the friends and family days where you save 20% off your entire purchase. If they have it, best price on coconut oil anywhere

I must say, I was once a regular at the N. Utica Location- especially when doing g my laundry. But today, I had a different and rather disappointing experience. I wasn't greeted intentionally- it was "Oh Hi, welcome to big lots..."I was followed around the store several times, at one point I had to stop and jist watch and WAIT (while looking at nothing) to wait to see if I was just being sketchy. Sure enough as I waited,me and the girl ended locking eyes b/c she was not expecting me to be anticipating her presence. And in shock came down the aisles to statehow she just couldn't find what she wanted for dinner since she was "looking for dinner" and was really on the clock following me and thought I had left the store until BOOM we ran into one another again... the same went for her male manager on duty at the time. He was also following me around and to the point that I had to test it out on himWhile waiting for him to come back. I stood in place watching to see if he would come back to the same aisle that he had just spent 10mins in training the young man that was stocking packaged rice(previously blocking the aisle where I was trying to see the pickles and bananas peppers were) He then proceeded to return to the aisles to SHIFT a single can that was not out of place on a shelf! He scoped to see if I was looking and we locked eyes and he walked away from the aisle.This whole ordeal lasted abt 15/20mins. I ended up leaving my items at the register and walked out. Before doing so; My Caucasian friend came in and I Heard their greeting and excitement for her presence, what she had on, and further before I had even seen her. As she was coming in to see me.I am more than sure I am headed to theor Corp site next and will make it known the next time I feel going there in person...

I'm trying to be respectful but I spent 430.00 there and yesterday I went there to use my10.00 credit in the store customer service said it expired, so shoppers use your credits quickly

I love Big Lots, they always have beautiful furniture and home decor alongside of a cooler section . Also a wide variety of drinks and snacks and much more! There is a lot more there also toys and car stuff. You name they just might have it.

It's okay. Prices are nice, and the do have some good sales at times. I only have a 3 because the last few times I have stopped in for a specific item... They haven't had it. ie: color catchers, and (yesterday) rock salt.

The store looks so much nicer since the remodel, but they could have spent SOMETHING towards updating the bathrooms to match - they make abandoned truck stop restrooms look inviting!

Big Lots is located about a mile from my house, yet I seldom go there. However when I do venture in looking for a specific item, I often come out with more than what I went in for. Great finds most times, but today the store was poorly stocked, likely due to the COVID-19 pandemic

They offer sales flyers online so you can see what the particular store you're going to has to offer on sales they carry a small amount of groceries. This is one of my favorite stores.
