This Restaurant is the nicest place to get good food and refreshing ice cream.I am often in town and stop here.I have lived here for years. You can get the most delicious burger that you will come back for.My favorite is the bacon Cheeseburger.They are grilled to perfection by a true Professional Chef.Outstanding!!!!!!I wish you all the best of luck!!!!!I'm the guy in the Black Impala or one of my Harleys.Peace and God Bless.

This is a great place to bring the family to. There is plenty of space and seating at Pete’s Treats in the interior as well as on the exterior of the building. A pavilion located on the west end of the property is very convenient for large groups and in the summer time one can enjoy the weather while eating ice cream. The location is also convenient as it is placed right between a convenience store and a gas station, and very close to the marinas in Union Springs. The service is friendly, the building is clean, and the ice cream is delicious. They also serve many dinner options with sides.

I ordered a LARGE hard icecream " Maple Walnut" in a cone at a cost of $4.25I was shocked when I was handed an icecream cone that would be easily classified as a small ice cream cone at most other ice cream parlors.Also the ice cream they were serving was not hard but very soft like their freezers weren't working properly. This would account for such small scoops and few Scoops in their large ice cream cones. If that's the case then don't charge for a large cone or at least let the customer know you cannot scoop a large cone. For right now I could not recommend Pete's Treats for their hard scoop ice cream cones.Ending on a positive note... very friendly staff and a very nice newly renovated shop.

A great family owned business in a beautiful fingerlakes village. Be prepared for a clean, friendly, and wallet friendly experience. They have a great menu for the whole family, and the ice cream is their staple. Well known for their "Torch" sundae; a creamy, orange swirl dessert experience or any of their dinner specials that the locals seem to look forward to. "When are you going to have the chicken parm dinner again?" I overheard three separate visitors in under an hour ask this. 🤔 hmmm... That does sounds good!

Great place for a lunch date. Even a bite around dinner. The chicken bacon ranch wrap with jalapenos omg the best would get everyday if it was possible. Excellent ice cream also along with many many choices for eachParking: Ample amount of parking and still fills up . Come check out for yourself. Won't regretKid-friendliness: They offer kiddie size ice cream and offer kids food.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level easy access

Is the food world class? No not really. Is it still pretty darn good, cheap, and the place to go after a well played sport game, or a tough day at school? Absolutely. People are friendly and the new interior design is awesome. My only complaint is that the new shop next door scared away the stray cats that used too live nearby. But the place itself is amazing

The worst place EVER. Went there a few years ago, ordered my son and I each a hot dog. My son took a couple of bites before I noticed his hot dog roll had mold on it. When I checked mine the same thing. Did not go back till today it was not busy. Figured I try it again. Well I told my son to check his roll SURE enough mold. Same with mine.so I am done. If ur brave enough to order food there check the bread. Because apparently the don't.

The ice cream is good, much less for a bigger price. The food is horrible! I ordered mozzarella stix and a large meatball sub.. The mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, the meatball sub was basically pieces of a meatball spread out on a hotdog roll, with a few sprinkles of mozzarella cheese on top. The hot dog roll was burnt! Someone should be training these young kids working here. They did give me my money back

Great service, great people.Order regular food items there fairly often..Good burgersGood fries & season friesGood fishHave had a few regular burgers that were over cooked and charred... 😕And once received one of their new 1/2lb burgers moderately undercooked.... 🤢No doubt they would have happily corrected these issues, but I tend to not notice till I get home to eat and am not concerned enough to drive back....-1 star for price. Seem a bit high for what you actually get...

In the early 90s when my grandfather had a cottage built in Hibiscus Harbor next door to Wayne the Whiner my uncles future in laws Joe and Rose Pierlioni at the time not having grandchildren would take me and my sister to Pete's Treats which 30+ years later I still remember going there and now that I found out it is still open I see me making the 4 hour in total drive from Elmira to U.S having last been there 25 years ago before my grandfather Jerry Cady sold his 2nd Hibiscus Harbor home

Very friendly staff, however the product was mediocre. Every time I've been there I've tried multiple different ice creams and all of which have a very granulated texture. It tastes like all of the hard ice cream has melted then been refrozen and all of the soft ice cream is oddly stringy. On top of that, their spoons are so flimsy that you can't really eat your ice cream unless its on a cone and there are wasps nests in their trashcans! Overall, the workers are friendly and provide quick service, but the management needs to train employess better and pay more attention to the customer experience. They're lucky they don't have any competition nearby, they wouldn't last long. Disappointing.

Good ice cream and a few dairy and lactose free items. Broken restrooms and the porta potties they had were full with no toilet paper. Ick. But I'll give them benefit of the doubt that was temporary (we used the Harris Park restrooms instead).

Great Perry's ice cream and soft serve. They also serve a good lunch sandwich menu. This is not a place for atmosphere, but the food and ice cream is good and inexpensive, worth a stop if you are on the upper east side of Cayuga lake.

If you are looking for a quick dinner and ice cream, than Pete's Treats pretty much has everything you could need on the menu. Take it with you or enjoy your treats at their indoor or outdoor seating.

Lots of Perry's flavors. Soft ice cream was pretty creamy. Peanut butter sauce was a little watery, but not bad. Oreos were soft, but still tasted good.

I finally got to Pete's Treats for ice cream and I was so disappointed. The chocolate ice cream was not "creamy" at all....it was very grainy and not pleasing to the taste. I also noted that the quantity of ice cream received on a cone is very small considering the price. Been to quite a few other ice cream shops this season and Pete's Treats who use to rate at the top has now been moved to the bottom.

Not very pleased with Pete’s Treats in Union Springs. I stood at the window for about 10 mins, before someone came to the window to tell me they are closed. There’s no hours posted anywheres. The workers just stood there staring at me until one final came to the window. Very rude workers at Pete’s Treats, I won’t be return here again. 4/25/2021 @ 8:00
