Great rental experience, super friendly and helpful owner/staff! We got a pontoon boat for a 1/2 day. My only regret is that we didn't book more time! Dog friendly, we were able to take our pups out on the boat as long as they didn't get on the leather seats. Very clean and well equipped boat. We will be returning customers!

Great experience! From the first phone call to the return of the boat, everyone was fantastic! They were very helpful, informative, and friendly. The boat was beautiful. We rented a 22 ft Crest 2022 it was immaculate & lots of room for 6 adults & all our stuff. We had 2 great days on the water! I will definitely do business with FLX Marine again. I highly recommend them.

Our parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary at “home” in NY. With teenagers in tow staying active was a must. We can’t even possibly begin to tell you what a fantastic time we had. Our boat rental was essentially brand new, above and beyond what we ever expected. The staff from the day we made the reservation to the two days we rented were professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure. Thank you for adding to a wonderful family vacation. We would give 10+++ stars if we could.

We had a fantastic time. The boat was very clean. Check in and out was super easy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better day. Our "captain" says that it would be nice if there was a depth finder, as we don't know the lake. Otherwise it was a perfect day.

This marina is wonderful!We came in to have our engines serviced, they fit us in earlier than expected. And did the work quickly and efficiently.Brad, Buzzard, and their team took great care of us. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and helpful.Price for the work was extremely reasonable and the service is top notch.The bathrooms and showers are clean. The shower water is hot, but it takes a long minute to warm up.They are dog friendly. It’s quiet at night and the stars are beautiful.They have a travel lift if the need arises for work on the boat.We will be back here next year for service again. Great experience overall.

We were in town a couple of weeks ago from Canada to watch the MLF Bass Tour live. We rented a boat from this location and they were FANTASTIC! The boat was in good condition, was not over priced for the day, and the service was incredible. The owners and staff of this location were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Incredible day with an incredible pontoon boat rental! Very updated and great quality boat, with space for everyone plus coolers and floats. It was such a comfortable ride (including Bluetooth stereo and some chilled cup holders) that we took it down to Ithaca and stopped at the farmers market before heading back! The team at FLX marina were helpful in every way possible and made the rental process very simple and user friendly. Absolutely would recommend this for your boat rental needs and we will absolutely be returning on our next boat day!

The boat rental was an excellent time. We did a 1 day rental. The boat was all around in excellent condition. The people at Frontenac were great to work with and very thorough on going through everything with the boat itself. Can’t say enough good about renting through Frontenac Boat Harbor. Great experience renting from these guys! They gave us a run down on how to operate and dock as we aren’t seasoned boaters. Bernie who is one of the owners was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us a few different spots that we could check out while we were out on the water. The only thing I would change is next time we will take a boat for a full day rather than half a day!

Rented out a pontoon for my sister birthday for a Sunday trip! It was an awesome decision to book through them! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice relaxing day out on the lake. I did not have much boating experience but was taught everything I needed to know to operate safely. The front desk people were extremely polite and friendly! Would book with them again!

So much fun had by our 4 generations. We rented a home and the pontoon boat for a week and the boat totally made the vacation spectacular! The staff at FLX were all so nice and helpful! My family and I had an absolute blast out in the lake. We rented one of their 22ft Pontoon Boats and cruised the lake and did a little swimming as well! FLX Marine Wrapped and stored my boat over the winter. When they commissioned the boat for launch, they discovered issues with the trim. I was not surprised as the trim had been acting up last season. Long story short, FLX marine recommended a fix, repaired the boat and got it back to me within 3 weeks at the beginning of the season. Special shout out to Virginia, Brad and the whole service staff at FLX. Thank you. I strongly recommend their service, and I will continue using them for my boating needs.

What a great place to rent a boat from. My family was able to lock in on a full day pontoon rental. Customer service was great from the time we made the booking, arrived, sailed and returned. My family and I rented a pontoon for the day and the experience couldn't have been better. The boat fits 8 but we had 4 and it was perfect. We all rotated in and out of the shade, enjoyed the bluetooth sound system, all while practically having the lake to ourselves. We can't wait to make this our new family tradition.

I like many other people this year decided to buy a boat and decided to go with a used boat. I found a Hurricane Deck boat at FLX Marine in Union Springs NY. My family and I went to the dealership and the salesman Nick took us on a test ride and I was impressed. When I came a week later to get the boat, I paid my money and went out to hook it up to my truck. To my surprise the back corner of the boat had been damaged. Both the owner and the salesman said they were going to order a new side and that it would take 6-8 weeks. So off I went. By the second time out in the first week the coil went on the motor. Bring it back and had to wait 2 weeks to get it back. Next time I had it out I could only do 10 to 13 mph. Salesman tells me that I have to distribute the wait because the motor that is on there a 115hp wasn’t enough to pull more than 6 people and that he was surprised we went as fast as we did during the test drive. He then said he could sell me a 150hp. He was going to cut me a deal though. He would give me $5500 for my motor and I would need to spend another $8000. Fast forward to to getting the side of the boat fixed. 8 weeks had come and gone still no part. So I told the service guy that I would wait till the end of the season. End of season comes still no part. You know how it goes guy would barely call me back. This went on from September through November. Last week the boat finally gets in to get fixed , so I dropped it off and made sure the mooring cover was on so it wouldn’t get dirty while it sat there. It got fixed and I went and picked it up on the weekend. I get it home and find that the mooring cover has two holes in it, the changing room for no longer closes properly and they didn’t clean up the mess they made. Of course I text the service guy back with pictures and he hasn’t responded. Prior to that he would respond no problem when he wanted me to pay for the oil change and for it to be winterized. As you can tell I don’t recommend FLX

Stored our boat there. When went to pick it up they hadn't unhooked batteries so all three were dead. Had to remove our own shrink wrap. Took 5 hours to get batteries replaced. Launched boat to find out gas line disconnected. Had trouble lowering motor. Now motor won't go up or down. Making arrangements to get this fixed elsewhere. It is second week in July and haven't been able to use boat yet. Would definitely not recommend them.

Me and my friend bought 2 Crest pontoons we have had 0 problems had a warning light and they came to twin oaks and found it was just a 20 hr service light. This weekend the owner was working the pumps helping us to get back on the water. And now I have a Suzuki motor instead of yamaha and I love it. Great job to all at frontenac.

Excellent folks, excellent service - I brought my Cypress Cay there, for the first time, for warrantee work and a list of other small repairs and adjustments. Not only were all issues taken care of with great care but also quicker than originally promised. I will be bringing my boat there from here forward (even though they are an hour & 15 mins away)!

The friendliest bunch around. The staff is knowledgeable and prompt. I am happy we decided to slip our boat there. Easy in, easy out. When you're sitting on the hard,the view is spectacular. A really good place to buy or slip your boat.
