As always, it was just amazing. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible. We love that they always start with a relish tray. The table side caesar salad is a must. They serve fresh baked dinner rolls and cake bites with the salad. The sorbet to cleanse your palette is a nice touch. I can't recommend their steak enough! The filet was cooked exactly as ordered, and the sides were delicious. My husband enjoyed the blackened maple salmon. The house cab was divine! If you get dessert, definitely get the chocolate peanut butter pie. It's out of this world! Their specialty drinks are also delicious! It's a perfect spot for family gatherings, larger celebrations, or a date night. You should make a reservation if you're planning to go over the weekend.

What an experience and performance!!! Staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly. Our crew of three, high value men, showed up late, near closing time, but the staff and owner had no problem sitting us. Not only did they go out of their way to feed us near closing time, but they provided us a $600 meal for only $158. This was one of, if not the best, steak experiences I've ever had. We will be back, and as promised, we will be bringing Moose meat. Thank again Steak'n Brew. Love Moose Meat Pete

What an amazing experience and dinner! You’d have no idea by just driving by. We showed up middle of the week around 630pm and didn’t realize reservations were highly encouraged. Luckily we were able to get a table.1. Order the Caesar salad! It’s a must for experience and flavor and freshness!2. Order anything else because it’s all delicious. We had two steaks made table side and that was a very special experience. I highly highly recommend stopping in if you have time. We were made to feel like family. I’d give 6 stars if possible!

This place is fantastic! All from the amazing touches of the owner greeting you to talk about the specials to a small dish of sorbet in between your salad and entree to cleanse your palette. Everything we had here was amazing! The service is superb!! Our server was amazing and very attentive the whole time we were there. She found out that we were driving a half an hour back home and made sure to pack ice in with our desserts to-go to keep them cold. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Place is phenomenal! Hands down my favorite restaurant in NYS. Brought family who haven't had the pleasure of this experience! They loved it and I can truly say that the food is amazing everytime! If ya haven't gone then call and make a reservation! You will not regret it!

Don’t miss this 5 star restaurant nestled in the middle of snowmobile country. Stumbled in by accident and were pleasantly surprised by this unassuming restaurant. The food is beyond amazing!!! We are still talking about it a day later.Charming atmosphere. It’s not just excellent food but an experience. Be sure to order the Caesar salad. Prepared at your table, by the owner, who tells you the story of the origination of the salad. You will also receive a delicious relish tray and yummy bread and muffins while waiting on your entree. We had seafood and lamb that melted in your mouth.Our dining experience was made even more enjoyable by Jeff our server and bartender.

It was pretty good! Service is friendly and attentive. The place is cozy, tables are on the small side. I didn't care for the tables side Caesar Salad, the secret ingredient is dry mustard and it just doesn't work. Desert portions were very small. We did enjoy our meal!!

I've driven by this establishment over 2,000 times and always thought to myself we should stop and check it out but we never have until tonight.My wife called for reservations and we were promptly seated at our given time.French onion soup was great. The tableside preparation of the Caesar salad was a delight and yummy.My wife got the London Broil, it melted in her mouth, I got the Steak Diane (butterflied filet mignon)! Fantastic - pan fried (med rare) tableside, served with the pan sauce of brandy, dijon, worcestershire, mushrooms, onions and burgundy... DELICIOUS!For dessert my wife got Bananas Foster and I got Cherries Jubilee both of which were flambeed tableside and absolutely out of this world!Friendly staff, clean establishment... We will be back.

We have eaten at places all around the US... I was not prepared for what we came across at Steak and Brew. Pulling up to this unsuspecting little place in Turin, it just looked like a small out of the way restaurant. What we got was the best dinner we have ever had. The tableside preparation of the Caesar Salad was tremendous, and the chef told us the back story of how the salad was originally created. He is not just a chef, he's an entertainer.. They brought a relish plate as an appetizer with a cole slaw on it that I wanted to purchase and take more home, it was amazing. Entrees were next level, my wife had salmon and scallops Mornay, she couldn't stop raving.i had the Steak au Proive which was also prepared tableside, brandy seared in flame right next to you.. It was phenominal. The desserts brought the chef to us once again as he prepared Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee, once again sending flames to the ceiling as he gave us the story of the origins of both desserts. It was a perfect ending to a meal that would cost $300 at a place like the Turning Stone but at half the price. This place is an hour away from us and we'll be going back within the month. Bravo.

Let me start with this, do NOT expect to catch a quick bite here. Service may be slow, but it is very personable. Lots of table side preparation options and daily specials. Great for a romantic dinner. Enjoyable for our anniversary and would go back on a special occasion.

This is an awesome little spot, way out sorta in the middle of nowhere. Nice, warm and cozy atmosphere. Really has a classic ski lodge sort of feel to it. The staff and the patrons were friendly to me when an unexpected emergency found me stuck in the area and I popped in to grab some food and a drink.Hannah the bar tended is awesome!

4.5/5.If you learn anything from my review, just know to order the Ceaser Salad.My father and I went here during snowmobile season. I was excited when he came up with the idea for a steakhouse, but I was not ready for the experience I had.This place was reminiscent of going over to m ly grandma's house, except this version of my grandma has plenty of good drinks and cocktails, and grandpa really knows how to cook steak.It had such an interesting atmosphere, one that is difficult to describe, but everyone was in a good mood and enjoying their experience, for sure.There's a gentleman serving who serves as if he has two brains and 4 arm and hands. He greets customers, takes orders, brings over drinks, makes table side ceaser salads while telling great jokes and teaching the history of the dressing, cooks sizzling steaks fresh by the table, torches sugar onto desserts (again tableside).They hit the mark on classy, while keeping it exciting for families and couples on their date alike.The food was great, but nothing too complicated or spectacular. Just fresh, well portioned, and cooked just right.I hope to make my way back up there some day and see this place still succeeding.Cheers!
