To be honest one of the greatest thrift shops I've ever been to because of how much stuff they have and the staff is so nice there and sometimes they don't give you a price because of them just being generous of just giving it away for free which is amazing and it sucked that they moved to another building it's so much more smaller than it was before I miss the old building so much but even though they moved it's still great and they also have a donation thing for the thrift shop so if you ever want to just give away stuff that you don't want anymore they'll take it all away and put it in their storage I believe until they have enough room to put it in some of the shelf's but the most part of all that I LOVE about thrifty nifty is that they have pretty much anything that you can find like kitchen supplies they have it electronics for kitchen supplies they have it toys especially and baby toys they have millions of those there I've seen it but also free toys to! And also have lots of clothes and shoes and board games to and DVDs and once in a while they have had a pool table before and a little mini air hockey machine before I wanted to get those but they were gone the next day which sucks but also my friend went to thrifty nifty one day and found football stuff with rings in it! So if you do come the thrifty nifty I would suggest to go there a lot because of how good stuff you could find it's a hit or miss so yeah come down to thrifty nifty and maybe you find something Cool!!!

Everything is well organized. If you want to get old clothes books or toys for kids or loved ones it’s a great place. The prices are a steal. Just don’t count on anything being in the best condition everything is old in fair shape.

This place is massive and prices are cheap. I’m just bummed they closed at 5 and they’re not open today. When you first walk in, it looks like a small thrift store. But when you pass through the door labeled “More”, you’re in for a treat. I snagged 3 games for $6 total. Shoes are $1, boots $2, clothes $1.

Every time we visit our second-hand store, we can always find some terrific items. We believe you will as well. When you do find those items, you will be pleasantly surprised by how little they cost. What a wonderful place and way to share with everyone in our community. Stopped in again recently and continue to find just what we needed. Bravo!

Good place yo find things you can not find in other place. Not expensive. Large assortment of stuff. You have to look for their sign which is very small. But cool place to go to

We donate our nicer items there that we don’t want. We also shop there for wonderful used items.. furniture to household items to yarn and sewing items. Large selection.. always changing.

This "tiny" little thrift store has expanded over the years into a massive thrift store with a huge selection of just about anything. Great prices on a great selection of used and sometimes new merchandise from decades passed. I love going down and browsing the store every Saturday on my day off. I don't always buy something, but it is an almost zen like experience. I often see out of towners there and overhear them say "wow this place is huge." It really is a cool spot. Great prices, and friendly workers make this stop a "must" if you're in Tupper Lake. Go check it out. You'll have a great time.

This place was a surprise. It hides behind a conventional shop front. Exploration leads you to a back room with an innocent sign advising "more in here". Enter at a days peril as it opens to a football field sized warehouse full to overflowing with everything for household. Its glorious chaos as piles lead to heaps then mounds. Goodness knows where it all comes from. Some good, some "loved" all have a history. Prices are "almost free" for some things. Great glassware. Its is a little disorganized and impossible to get meaningful size on clothes but it is a work in progress.

If they don't have it, you either don't need it, or forgot your glasses, or it hasn't been invented yet.No, that's not true. In their sports section in the way-back (you have to walk in and go past the checkout counter), they don't have snowshoes. But they DO have a LOT of other sports gear.You've never been there? Go and have some fun. Very big, very well-stocked, very friendly people, and wonderful prices. They're practically giving stuff away.

Best thrift store by far in the area with such a huge selection of unique curios with such wonderful and kind staff. The prices are great as well, with the bag system being great for picking up just a few great items! I would really reccomend everyone visits and see the vast warehouse of treasures.

Think it's extremely unprofessional that the owner gets first pick on everything that comes through the door. Was told that a lot of the items marked sold on them are hers and her initials are on them. You're providing a service to this community and it's people and it's pretty shameful that because you own a business you think you're entitled to keep these items for yourself, for FREE no less.

I've travelled extensively but this is my favorite thrift store. Massive, great finds as affordable as they get, and run by a nonprofit. If you like thrifting and live within 50 miles, this is your mecca.
