It was a good experience in the Adirondack Mountains it felt very rustic and felt like you were living in a hut in the forest 100 years ago lowkey. The views were a 10/10 and the rooms felt pretty cozy and the porches were nice. Lots of grass for kids to play on and the lake was right across the street. I would recommend its a very cool setting. Just be aware that the owner might yell at you if you are loud she could be mean aka a & m & m Lol.Rooms: Clenand there's heatNearby activities: Fishing biking hiking allatWalkability: Close to the lake but kinda far from mcd's which is annoyingNoteworthy details: very beutiful sunsets and nice views and nice outside area.

I stayed there over night and it was so amazing. The cabins were really cute and spacious. The grounds were gorgeous, especially in the fall. And the hospitality was absolutely amazing. I even left my wallet after I left and was only a few miles away, so I called to ask if the owner could check my room for it. She found and even brought it to us because we weren’t that far it. I was very grateful. Highly recommend staying here!

This is the most amazing place on the planet for kiddos and adults alike. Between the swimming pool, the lake, hiking and fishing just to start of with in the summer time there’s skiing/snowboarding near by and ice fishing all winter long. What’s better than making s’mores on bonfire by the lake or lil stream right behind the cabins and stargazing with a beverage in your hand and your loved ones by your side :) if that’s not enough there’s archery/gun range, whitewater rafting short drive away or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet and tanning by the pool. Staff is really friendly and always on point with all of necessities. Cabins with the fireplace are amazing, both my kiddos and me love sitting by the fire in the winter. We can’t wait for few days off for our next getaway in beautiful Adirondacks.

Great place to stay! Definitely recommend Pine Terrace Motel for anyone looking to have a nice, clean, and relaxing stay in the Tupper Lake Area. The owners are lovely and super helpful people, that provide great service. The cabins are very clean and cozy, with full kitchens. The property has lots of great places for the whole family to hangout, play games, or setup a campfire. The lake is right across the street, with private access where you can keep your own kayaks/ boats, or you can rent great ones from the owners. If you don’t want to swim in the lake, you can swim in the pool instead. We’ve been coming for years in groups of 10/20/30 people and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, as we love Tupper Lake and Pine Terrace Motel.

Pine Terrace is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect with lake view cabins and lake access across the street with boat rentals available. Cabins have fully equipped kitchen (pots, utensils, stove, fridge etc.) and you can have a BBQ by your deck! Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Breathtaking views for reasonable price! We can't wait to book another trip to Pine Terrace. See you soon Pine Terrace Friends!

If you are looking for beautiful nature, peace, quiet, away from everyone place for your vacation, that is definitely the spot. Clean, spacious cabins some with direct view of the lake. In the winter with the fire place. There is swimming pool on the property if you do not feel like swimming in the lake. Plenty to do especially if you like hiking, biking, running, kayaking, jet ski or fishing. Close to town with couple nice restaurants either for breakfast or dinner. Great beer and pizza place in town with outdoor seating. Love this motel great hospitable owner coming here for years definitely recommend

Great vacation place to come with family and friends. Very accommodating and friendly owners and beautiful views from the cabins overlooking some mountains and lake. There is plenty to do in the area and is only about an hour drive from Lake Placid. Highly recommend!

A Hidden Gem! Rolled through town late at night with No Reservations anywhere at the peak of fall, pulled in Pine Terrace Motel and Resort and lucked out with a room not knowing it was a cabin! Mrs. Kwasniak was super accommodating. The little cabin was awesome with a kitchen living room and two bedrooms, now that I got up this morning what a cool View of Tupper Lake. I will be coming back here in the future.

Beautiful cabins with a picturesque view of the water across the street. The owners are wonderfully accommodating, friendly, and always supplied suggestions of places to go and things to do. Our cabin was the perfect size with a bedroom, full kitchen (minus a microwave), and living area with cable tv. We had just a perfect relaxing weekend in Tupper Lake.

2 BR cabin with wood fireplace. Small kitchen and bath. Nice TV with lots of channels. Clean. Property is neat clean, nice view of Tupper Lake which is across the road. 5 min. drive to village, restaurants and stores. Owners are very nice and helpful. Cabin 13 has a nice steam in the back which you can listen to as you sleep. Nice and peaceful quietduring the off season.

This cozy cabin was the perfect place to get away for the weekend!!! We spent hours just quietly relaxing by the fire. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!!!

Pine Terrace Motel and Resort are owned by a couple John and Aldona. They made sure that my employee and I were taken care of, our rooms were clean and that we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in 2 of their many cabins overlooking the lake. What I liked best about the place was they had a fridge, stove and dishes so I didn't have to run out looking for a bite. This also beats the costly overpriced booking with airbnb, which I also priced before staying at the Pine Terrace Motel.The location of the hotel overlooks Tupper Lake. You can sit on their sprawling lawn to watch the sun come up or down. The view is very scenic and peaceful. There are countless hiking trails near by, boat launches, hunting grounds, fishing ponds, wildlife escapes and views all around. It's located 2 minutes from the main street of Tupper Lake and 25 minutes from saranac Lake, which is another place that gets costly to stay. I was able to park my boat and trailer on their grounds as well. They also rent boats for the day and have their own dock that I caught a few nice size bass from.I enjoyed my stay so much I already am planning to book a room for vacation next summer.Rooms: Comfortable bed, clean room, living room kitchen, tables couches and chairs. Also a beautiful porch where sometimes I'd fall asleep watching the sun go down.Nearby activities: Fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, sight seeing, nature watching. Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Long Lake, Horseshoe Lake all nearbyWalkability: For those that like to travel by foot while on vacation you'd easily be one of many that stay here and walk to the many hiking trails near by.
