Garrett has been extremely helpful to me in finding the best products to help with ailments that has my girlfriend in a rough spot right now. He has gone above and beyond with my first purchase. I will only deal with him and the staff at Birch Boys Inc. If they don't have what I need I will go through their recommendations of other companies. Visited the store in Tupper Lake this past August. Such great customer service!. They took the time to explain the uses and benefits of each product we asked about and explained the extraction process. Very interesting by the way. I purchased a product based on the recommendation from the staff and it works wonderfully!! The online store is great with super fast shipping. Also, if there happens to be an error with your order its rectified ASAP!! Go ahead and give them a shot - you won't regret it!!

These folks are the real deal. We have not even had a cold for 6 years since we began taking Chaga. We will only buy from Birch Boys. Sustainable harvest of Chaga assures our grandchildren will have the same opportunity as we did.

Birch Boys Chaga holds a deep place in my heart. The store is decorated beautifully and is so welcoming when you come inside, also offers a sample of the tea of the day right as you look around. Everyone wants you to take your time and look as well they also offer store tours which is so cool to see where everything takes place. If you have not been to their store yet you really need o go and check it out. Birch Boys Chaga is the friendliest store I have been in a while, and if you haven't tried any of their products I highly recommend doing so, you will be hooked trust me, go and check it out! :) Thank you so much everyone at Birch Boys, I will be in very soon again!!
