Ordered online. Checked in at store. Two clerks came out to load purchase. They sought confirmation of sale. Wrong color. Changed color by loading correct colored product into car. Gave me receipt. Drove away. Couldn’t be easier, better, more accommodating.

I use this store often and I’m always impressed with the outstanding customer service that they offer! I purchased a gas back pack blower and I had an issue with starting it, Aubuchon stepped up and replaced it for me without any hesitation! Their store is always clean and organized and they literally sell a small amount of everything! I highly recommend Aubuchon of Littleton for all of your hardware needs!

Small town hardware store in a newly built store on Lake Street in Tupper Lake. They carry just about everything you could think of for your house. I find often that a lot of the products are really over priced, but they also do have competitive prices on some things. We do live in a small town, so it is understandable. The employees are friendly and help out, a lot of them, not all, are pretty knowledgeable about home repairs. Check this place out if you're in need.

There are many things to find in this hardware store that you really aren't going to find in a Lowe's or other big chain hardware store and you will find everything that you do need all in one stop. That's saying a lot in today's stores. I find something new everytime I stop there and there are still aisles I still haven't shopped. Definitely worth the stop to look around.

Very upset with curbside only. This is the biggest store in the chain and you can't shop it. It is very hard to find anything you're the website, its slow and if you don't have the correct wording you won't find it. You might as well just be closed. There was no explanation on why only curbside given to me so I feel this store doesn't want me as a customer.
