I am quit disappointed with the Tully store along with the management. I wanted some chips so I stopped and found they had 8 oz bags of Lay's that had a sign that said $3.60 for one or two for $6.00 when i was rang up the cashier (Mgr) said that would be $7.20, I told him the sign said 2 for $6.00 and he said that was with a digital coupon so I told him there was no where that said I needed a coupon. he checked the sign and upon returing to the register he then told me I could have 2 for $6.00 but that I could not mix and match, again I told him there was no signs that said that. I left empty handed and even though this company is in my small town I'll never shop there again.I just wonder how many people do what I did and don't even know the company is screwing them.In my years of growing up if your sign stated a price you honored the price.Over a few pennies Dollar General lost my business.As far as I'm concerned your company doesn't even rate one star but it won't let me post without at giving one star.

Really convenient when you live in Tully especially since there is not alot near you. They have a wide variety of items to cover the basis. Store is always clean. Best prices in town. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Store may seem over cluttered and understocked, BUT if anyone knew why they, wouldnt complain about the store being cluttered or not stocked! The manager, Matt, & staff, Chad, Nikki, and Mackenzie, and how hard they work to put these constant coming trucks away, would actually appreciate how hard and fast they have to be. When they get trucks ALMOST everyday! When people get hired, they dont show, so that leaves the fellow employees with no more help then themselves. So when busy, they get pulled away from stocking to run register. If ANYONE has worked in retail would know how hard it is to CONSTANTLY get truck after truck, crate after crate, to put stuff on shelves. There isnt enough hours in a day, between 4 staff, to put the CONSTANT trucks away. Its not easy, and yall shld respect how hard they work to get as much as possible on the shelves in just a day, BEFORE yet another truck!! All are great, hard working staff, and should be appreciated, not complained about or to that the store has to much in isles. THEY arent ones PLACING orders.

There are 1 or 2 cashiers that are pleasant and don't stink of cigarettes. The store itself is always a mess. You can barely walk the isles without them being full of items needing to be put in shelves. Since this place is a necessity in our area it is frequently busy, and normally only 1 cashier is working, and the line is long. The only reason I gave this store 2 stars instead of less is because of the 1 or 2 cashiers I have encountered that were very pleasant, and that without this store I would be traveling 20 minutes for last minute groceries.

The place is excellent even though I only gave 3 STARS the higher ups teach the managers and assistant managers and associates to set stores up a certain way (DEALS UP FRONT ie: GATORADE) you don't get the deal unless you download app text number to their website to get the coupon.TO THE HOME OFFICE STOP THE BS AND JUST GIVE THE DEAL.Sincerely local shopper and a worker who assisted on you new warehouse in the town of Florida NY near Amsterdam NY. Who also voiced my opinion on it being built in our area yes I supported it.

Dollar General in Tully, NY has a great variety of products, like most of DG stores do. However, every time I go there, it seems like they JUST received a delivery truck. There's always carts full of unopened product cases in many of the aisles. Maybe their warehouse area is full. Or a disorganized mess.

Dollar general is a decent priced place. Some of there stores are a little cluttered. There popping up everywhere specially in the country witch is convenient when you live half hour or so from an actual store

Plus: They have a produce sectionNegative: The store aisles were blocked by carts full of merchandise so if you needed to buy anything in those aisles, you were out of luck! One person working in the store and we had to go hunt them down to ask him to come ring us up so we could leave. Terrible experience

The pot holes are like craters!! Just be careful coming and going. The staff didn't have any answers when I mentioned how deep one was. I know it's not their fault of course but I would think people must be asking.

Super gross store. Supposed to be a FedEx drop off site , they do not honor the weight and dimensions requirement for FedEx boxes. Total waste of a trip down there. Box was well within the specifications/max dimensions and they said “we can’t take it if it doesn’t fit on our shelves”. Obviously never have a reason to go back.

A great place to pick up essentials. Get the app for coupons. Store is easy to access and is easy to find products. Has a great $1 aisle for extra savings.

Great store BUT where are the plastic screens between the cashiers and customers? The employees are in the isle hanging out !!! NOT cool ! GET A CLUE DG THIS ISN'T A DRILL !!! THIS IS THE REAL THING!

A lot of the shelves are empty, never a cashier when you need one. The digital coupons don't always work. In downtown Tully, we don't have many options though. 😕

Shelves are not stocked the store was extremely dirty aisles cuttered with stock not put away 2 years and nothing changed...whats it take to clean this store up its not in the city come on
