It's always been a decent experience. The personnel may rotate quite a bit, but from a customer perspective, it's a great place for a quick snack or other shopping experience. Good pizza too! Some items can be bought elsewhere at cheaper prices, but it's a "convenience store", you pay a price for the convenience.

Amenities onsite include :12 car gas pumps with ample parking on-site, Redbox, Car Wash, Bathrooms, Deli, coffee station and pastries available. Sub/ sandwich grab n go area was stockedService was terrible, bathrooms were not clean. The store had many things not stocked and full - 1 of which was the Monster Emergency Drinks that were on special. The soda fountain station was stickier than a night club. The coffee area had dust, multiple bins of creamers were low/out and containers were severely neglected for previous hours.Will properly not return.

Worst customer service. Go down 281 to Mirabito. They got good pizza, coffee, dunkun,and a subway. Plus there is always someone behind the counter to help.

First Time VisitorI was impressed. I wanted a quick lunch, and I knew there is a BK in Tully. The Circle K was new to me, so I stopped in to grab a bite. Which is healthier, pizza, or fries? Cutting back on deep-fried foods is good, so pizza won. The pizza was not exciting, but could have been worse; what was I expecting at a gas station?! The store is clean, and the employees are nice, so this lunch was more exciting than drab pizza. I'll return here.UPDATE: 10-19-2023i do visit this place when I want to drive on a highway, rather than local streets. The service I received, today, was far better than expected. All I wanted was a slice of cheese pizza, and the lady behind the counter made a fresh pizza. Service above and beyond the call of duty. Promote this woman into management.

So I have stopped for gas & a drink several times. The store is always dirty: bathrooms no tp, no towels, no soap. Coffee bar counter covered in trash & sugar. Ready to go food empty. Then they decide to stock shelves and completely block aisles off at the busiest time of day. They need some management.

Awful customer service. Cashiers act like it’s a chore to work at this location. Highly recommend purchasing more self check out stations. Sad to see, been coming here for years. Due to ALL employees attitude I will no longer be using this location. On top of that the bathroom stench is awful!! Smells like it wasn’t cleaned in the past 10 years lol! JOKE OF A LOCATION CIRCLE K NEEDS TO GET THIS STRAIGHT

Stopped there to get some snacks and use the restroom. There was a paper held by a magnet on the door stating closed for cleaning. Waited for a little while and saw no one coming in or out and decided to just go in. No one was in there cleaning. Not the worst restroom ever but not the cleanest either. At least they did have toilet paper in the stalls lol. Picked up a few snacks and went on our way.

I got to the register and the employee behind the counter refused to ring out my washer fluid. They apparently got rid of cashiers and replaced them with self checkout I guess. I put it back on the shelf and walked out. I won’t support that and spend money there.

I’ve been here many times for gas but only occasionally go in the store itself. Inside the store it is not great. Items to be purchased are a little pricey.

5 star for Jesse, the other full-time guy (who works 3rd shift/prepares breakfast- don't know name) and a young girl too. They're observant, professional, and kind. They have excellent customer service skills. Always working hard every day. Can't say the same for some the other staff because myself and others customers wait for the self check out while they're talking amongst themselves, ignoring us. While us Tully residence understand the changes for check out, I've experienced and witnessed customers very upset during the check out process.

One of the Nicer trucks stops coming from Buffalo area. The truck parking is great, not alot of room but the freshly paved lot is nice. The scenery nearby is better than alot of other stops. Not a huge place, few fueling stations. But inside the station is very nice. Overall a good choice for a stop or an overnight if needed.

Stopped to get diesel and the fuel handle lock latch was broken plus it leaked. The coffee was terrible and the sandwiches must have been sitting for hours because the bread was stale. I know it’s a gas station but they can do better.

If you're going to remodel all restrooms at the same time you should really rent some port a John's or something. Asked the night shift lead or manager what was going on with the bathroom & she served with a hateful attitude that they are being remodeled & the one stall they have is FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY! Ok then I'm not an employee you can check me out instead of me using self check out.

Discussing rancid bathroom. There was only one operating toilet, the floor was covered in liquid, the room smelled like ammonia and rot. It was the worst bathroom I've ever been in and somebody should call the health department on this place. I am never eating food from here again knowing that the employees wash their hands in that room.

It is really a shame how far downhill this establishment has taken our once GREAT local gas station. No longer can you get the subs that were a local favorite. Our business down the road had multiple employees that would come here daily to get food, but that is not the case anymore. I do not see any happy people here at all. The culture is not good. I hear a lot of gossip and the employees are ALWAYS complaining of not having the necessary help. I feel bad for them, and it seems that "corporate" could care less. PLEASE STOP MAKING CHOICES BASED ON MONETARY GAIN, AND LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE. "Help enough people get what they want, and you will get what you want." - Zig Zigler I feel for the employees though and that is the only reason that I am giving this 2 stars, they are still trying the best they can given the circumstances that the company has put them in. Circle K could do is a favor and sell the company to someone who cares about the community and listens to its people. I for one will only come here when completely necessary. Otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I think that if you're reading this, you should as well.

Absolute shame on how this once was a buisness with excellent food great service and clean bathrooms. Now the food is ok at best, service is awful. I walked in and they only had "self check out" with two people standing behind the counter that wouldn't help. R.I.P Nice n Easy.

I stopped here for gas and coffee only. In and out with the gas and coffee. The coffee was good, refreshing and hot. They have other things like snacks and drinks also. I would definitely stop again.

I live in Tully and have gone to this store for years. The new staff they've hired recently is terrible. The customer service now is awful, they are rude, and have no sense of what customer service truly is. In the deli I asked for a whole sub and I got four pieces of turkey on an entire sub. The bread was so stale it crumbled when it was wrapped up. they loaded it up with lettuce and tomato you can't even taste the meat. I got home and it was almost not worth eating but i paid $8. I used to love this store when it was nice and easy. I'm very disappointed in the way the staff now treats customers.

There is a difference between substandard cleanliness and neglect. I stopped by this morning for coffee and a restroom break and was shocked by the neglect of cleanliness standards. I understand staffing is an issue but there is no excuse for grime buildup in the lobby, restroom and coffee area.

I purchased a car wash whiling gassing up on my to the airport then found out the car wash was closed even though the pump prompted me. When I went to get a refund the employee working shared only a manager could give a refund and I would have to come back - I don’t live in the area? I called the corporate office 3 days ago and still have not heard back. Horrible service culture.

I miss Nice and Easy, Circle K rewards are very difficult to redeem because they have time limits on them, we have never got $ off car washes, pizza, gas or sandwiches, AND, when you scan your circle card or put in your phone number THE RECEIPT PRINTS YOUR NAME ON IT, SO GRAB IT!Omg! They took out the Sub and Pizza station....TERRIBLE MOVE! None of us go there anymore.... it's just a large coffee station now! We go to Fast Trac, Burger king or Jrecks now....they lost our business and many others.....bad call!!!!!

Deli is only good in the middle of the night. During the day you have to order extra topping just to get it on all the slices, and it's still not good. I won't ever buy anything from the deli during the day again. And I've given several chances. Oh, and I bought a salad that was gross and out dated, brought it back to replace it, but instead of just giving me a new one, they used my free tenth salad reward. Thumbs down...

This is an oasis for truck drivers. Only a few spots to park, but still an excellent stop to grab fresh fruits and vegetables, and other nice food items. Has a deli too for a quick bite.
