I love Dr Orzack. He is gentle. Wise. To the point and obviously a brilliant dr. If you like a lot of flowery service this is not the vet for you. But if you like a country dr with a worldly mind and straight to the point health care this is the place. I have 4 pets and he and his staff and wife are wonderful with ALL of them.

Dr Orzeck is the best vet I have been. Even after moving over an hour away I still make the drive to his office. He is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate towards my dogs! Couldn’t ask for better care and service

These people are the best, we were heading out of town and our cat became I’ll, we called vets from sayrcuse to Waterloo to Watkins no one would even take a look. These people said you show up and we will take a look. 15 min later we were on the road and cat was on the mend. He is fine today. If it wasn’t for these down to earth willing to help great people ,the cat would be deceased. It’s sad that that theses companys turn people down in need , some day they will need some real help and get turn down , but the TVC is the real deal .

Love dr orzak and Theresa they are good people and care greatly about my animals..but the dude with long hair I think his names Mike? Is an absolutely incompationate human being..yes he is knolagable but threw an attitude because my sick dog threw up on the floor and he isn’t very welcoming to us or my dog..3 stars for the pricing and Theresa an orzak be much better if the other guy wasn’t there

Dr Orzeck is the small town vet who is accessible, knowledgeable and simply a good man. Never a problem in getting into see him, and he is not afraid to tell you when something is potentially beyond his ability to handle. With office hours that are not bound by the standard 9 to 5, the clinic is easy to get to with a daily schedule. No appointments, which does mean that you may have to wait occasionally longer than usual, but it means that you can go there anytime - not just "three weeks from now at 3:15 pm". With Theresa by his side, they are a couple of amazing friends for your animals in need.

The vet and his wife are very easy to talk to and my dog manages to stay pretty calm. I also like that you don't need an appointment, you can just show up. It's best if you show up during the middle of their open hours, too early or too late and they're really busy.

They have alot of experience with animals. Everytime I go there I leave without questions they explain everything and are very patient. I bring my animals for regular care. Yesterday I had to put a very old cat down and they were great treated William with dignity it was as good of an experience as it could be. Sad but they were awesome.

Have had many many dealings with Doc O and his wife Theresa and I have to say no matter what the appointment or emergency has been for it has always been dealt with by caring and very compassionate staff .. I recall even my grandparents going through this office years back and cant thank them enough for always giving all patients no matter the case nothing but 110 % .. !! There staff covering for them also have always been so great to deal with.. Thanks Doc O and Theresa you have made even the hardest situations at hand easier to deal with at the Heart .. I have been using Dr orzeck for all my dogs for the past 15 years. I like that you can walk into his place without an appointment because there are no appointments . First come first serve has always work for me. Dr orzeck and his wife are extremely friendly and always willing to help. To me this is always been the old fashion ways that always work. The only problem is that the more people that talk about how good they are the harder it is to get in. That is a good thing.🤩.Thank you to you and your staff for always being there.

I went to the vet to simply turn my car around and two women outside were leaving and yelled curse words and NO NO NO NO at me. It was a Saturday. I didn’t have an animal in the car. Just wanted to turn around. I wouldn’t take an animal there if this is how they choose to treat their customers.

Dr Orzack is a great Vet. Very casual and affordable. The 2 stars are for the worst staff ever! Incompetency does not begin to describe. Last week took my dog in for check-up, Dr great. Office is not accessible if disabled and waiting room holds about 3 people. The receptionist/nurse yells everything - even when talking to herself. Phone rings and she never answers - I left several messages and when asked she said she only listens to them once a week. Worst of all, my groomer called to verify shots today - she said she only files paperwork every two weeks & told my groomer she had no idea who I was (after describing my dog and how we were just there) and hung up the phone. If you go - wait outside and only deal with thedoctor.

I have been going to T-burg vet clinic for over 20 years. He has helped my pets in many ways. He has always gone above and beyond. I drive over an hour to get there, but other vets just want money they don't care about the animals. Not that the clinic is free but it is responsible. I just love these guys. Now my kids take their pets there. God bless you your just great.

The wife, who works in the office is rude and will straight up yell at people and say she knows what her husband will and won't do, won't let you talk to him or explain a situation. They have the reputation of putting animals down, any animal. To the point where people think that's all they do.

Dr. Orzeck is an incredibly experienced, honest and intelligent man. He has been my vet since moving into the Ithaca/Enfield area 3 years ago. I cannot recommend his services enough. He is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. His prices are incredibly fair and such a gift to those of us who are not rich and cannot afford the Cornells and Colonials of the world.After discovering a massive tumor inside my 10.5 year old dog, her health deteriorated fast, and we knew time was limited. He was patient, kind and empathetic as our family gathered around our best friend, knowing the time had come. He helped us say goodbye to our beloved furry family member with strength and kindness. Thank you Dr. Orzeck for all you did for my dog over the years, and thank you for helping us say good bye. Its incredibly refreshing to find someone who has been doing this for decades and still has such a deep heart for the animals he treats and their families.If you're looking for a compassionate, experienced and affordable veterinarian, look no further! I will continue to see Dr Orzeck for all of my future veterinary needs.

Best vet I have ever had to deal with. Extremely reasonable prices, he's not out to make a fortune off your animals. He always explains everything and gives you the option of how you want to proceed without any pressure. When there is something that he could not do in his practice, he is always ready to refer to Cornell. The poster who said he is a bad vet and people need to immediately go to Cornell is way off, and obviously ignorant about the socioeconomic status of the area and wants people to pay $$$ for routine procedures, diagnoses, etc. That Dr. O can easily remedy.

We have 3 animals we take to Dr. O.... a lab, a cattle dog, and a cat. He help me save my cats life when he was just a kitten and had been badly attack by a dog, and also helped me to realize our Frieda was a fred. His assistant was also very helpful when I was 8 months pregnant and had to bring in my 120lb overly excited lab in, she helped get him inside and right into a room. Dr O recognized his allergies right away and treated him. Very reasonably priced, also. We are actually going today for check ups and more meds.

The person on the phone was a complete jerk. My normal vet is out of town and my dog is having issues; she basically said my dog cannot come because they’ve never seen her before. No option at all! Clearly they do not care about animals.
