The owner is unfriendly, has no personality. My two dogs were afraid of her. I was told grooming would take two hours. It was over 4 hours. I got worried. No call from her went to check and she started screaming at me. My advice go somewhere other then.here.

First time grooming for our one year old Cavalier Spaniel. He was pretty shaggy to keep clean. He was nervous going in but came back relaxed and beautiful. Great job! Thanks

We have two small dogs and live 5 minutes away. Last time our guys were there for 4 hours and they didn’t even get to one of them so he sat in a crate there for no reason. My husband asked Heather instead of keeping them in a crate for hours she could call or text when they are almost up for their cuts. She opened the door, handed the leashes back, and said she is never cutting their hair again. LOL. Oh well. One star.

The owner, Heather is amazing, period stop! She is a dog person and I know she cares as much for our puppy as if it were hers. When we arrive she gives Heather a big greeting - always a perfect cut and happy. She is highly talented, easy to talk to, answers all our questions and makes us feel comfortable, a rare talent.. Our English Teddy Bear Golden Doodle always comes home like she spend the morning at a day spa.

The owner was kind and accommodating on short notice, especially at a time where groomers are busy! We brought in 12 year-old goldendoodle in great need of a haircut and they did a fantastic job. Dog is happy and so are we :)!

Brought my Cavapoo Sweetie in today for her first ever grooming. Both ladies were wonderful, helpful and did a great job! They even called to let me know when she was ready and it was sooner than they had expected. I will be returning.

Only use this groomer to clip my three Labrador Retrievers toenails. Very quick Timely and a great price. The owner is excellent with the dogs.
