Nothing but a run around with this pharmacy. Horrible there either usually always closed because there is no one to work the pharmacy ,They’re never stocked with medication but when you called to make sure they have it in stock because your son should not be going off of his medication it can hurt him. They tell you they can’t tell you if it’s in stock because it’s a controlled substance like what am I going to do with the information if it is in stock besides call the doctor to get my son’s medication refilled. Absolutely ridiculous horrible moving elsewhere. Also called different Walgreens and they were able to give me the information but yet the person at the one in Troy on 2nd Ave was not able to give me the information weather the medication was in stock ridiculous so obvious he just didn’t want to check and do his job!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy is great both at the drive through and in-store. The techs are very nice and patient, and the docs happily answer any questions you have in detail.The store however? I bought a bunch of items that were on sale (ex: 50% off chocolates) and was given no indication even at checkout that I needed to put my phone number in to get the discount. I just spent an extra $20 for no reason.

Tell you that your meds are ready for pick up and not even ready. Not good pharmacy if you needs meds. YOU will be waiting a long time.

New to the neighborhood, so I chose them to be my pharmacy. BIG MISTAKE! Had to call them to see if new prescription was ready, arranged to get it next day. When I got there they had reshelved it, (their rule- 13 days after filling) but was only 12 days! Told them I would not be doing business with them from that point on. Fast forward 3 weeks, I have set up service at the CVS 14 blocks away and am trying to have a script filled, BUT Walgreens had already filled it (once again no notification!) Walgreens put my pharmacist on hold for 45 minutes, and would not answer the call. So I drove the 14 blocks, reiterated my decision to not do business with them and asked (ok, demanded) that they reshelve the medicine! FINALLY! Done with them! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Would give 0 stars if possible!

The store is fine. The older blonde/grey woman at the pharmacy is rude every time I come here. It takes over an hour every time I come to pick something up and every time I have to interact with her she’s miserable. Have someone else deal with customers if she doesn’t like the public that much.

My appointment to get COVID tested was canceled after 6pm, the evening prior to my scheduled morning appointment. This appointment had been on the books for three days, but was apparently "not supposed to have been available for scheduling." Although the person who called was polite, they were unable to help me schedule a new appointment because "everything has to be done on the website." This may be a failure of Walgreens as a whole rather than this branch, but it feels like COVID testing should not have these kinds of glitches by month 9 of this pandemic.

My favorite Walgreens!I need a specific manufacturer for my medication, and the staff ensured I was given the correct medication the first time around.I have been to MANY other Walgreens and even after going to the same one for years, they would still give me the wrong brand of medication.Very friendly too!

This pharmacy has very poor customer service they don't care and shows ive been going here since 2012 when it was right aid and what a difference the staff here seemed like they dont like their job and it's your fault there's one pharmacy lady her name is Brittany not sure if iam spelling it she has been rude and passive aggressive with us

Absolutely horrible. Never get photos printed here. They do the worst job ever with them. They expect me to pay for that...then they tell me it's out of their control...that looks like more than black streaks
