Was initially nervous about coming here because a lady at my vet told me she had a bad experience in the past. I went in earlier this week to kinda get the feel of the store and loved the atmosphere. The staff here is attentive but also gives you space if that’s what you’re looking for. Brought my dog here for grooming services for the first time today and did not regret it. Everyone in the store was kind and helpful. Lila was patient and understanding with me when I made a mistake on the intake paperwork and Janice was overall great and thorough with my pup. I ran out of the store and left my card inside the reader. The gentleman at the counter literally ran after me to return it. A very pleasant experience :)

Wait for the specials, but come for the variety.This Pet Supplies Plus location is well run and populated with happy and helpful employees.The emailed coupons have saved me $$ - making my shopping more cost effective.With plenty of parking and three exits from the Market 32 strip mall that Pet Supplies Plus is located in, you can grocery shop for the humans and non humans in your household...and then make your quick getaway for home.

Love this store, Michael from the grooming area is a very polite young man. I will always ask for him when I come for grooming. Also very knowledgeable on all questions I have about animal products. Store it self well stocked and clean. Love that I get coupons in the mail, thank you for that which helps me shop more. Please let Michael know of his very pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable help, you don't see alot of that anymore. He is a sparking diamond in the dusty atmosphere.Blessed

My last grooming experience left me very unhappy with the service. My dogs nails were not trimmed and no one could tell me why it wasn't done. They gave me 20% off the grooming package I paid for which was like $6 when taking him back to get his nails done separately is $20. I tried reaching out to the store, no response. I emailed customer service through the website, no response. Just took my money and ignored me.

The hamster i got from here is literally Soo cute and the photo of him in the white house is when i first got him, and the other two are now, you can see how he's progressed. I didn't even have to do any taming with my hamster, the staff handled him every day, and he's never bitten me or ran away from me.

The staff and management team at this location are EXCEPTIONAL- never anything less than a stellar experience! I really love this company and have been to quite a few of their stores, but this location in particular is truly above and beyond! Great prices and selection, and they truly do everything possible to help meet your needs at every turn- in these crazy times, they're a rare gem! If you don't shop here for your pets, you're doing yourself a disservice!

This place has zero selections for aquatics and their staff act petty and dramatic (i.e., I overheard one employee talking about a customer with another customer in a separate aisle - no clue what it was about but I felt it as rude and unprofessional)

I love the store but didnt like the way my dog looked when I got home from the groomers allison said she will do better next time ,the PSP is a great place to go , prices are reasonably good 😊 I went to pet supply plus and finally got my dog groomed for everything that had to get done I asked to also color my dog I wanted stars blue and red I'm so happy the way it turned out I'm getting compliments on my dog I would keep going there great job to the people at PSP

This place is amazing! The staff their is the best and most kind staff I’ve seen in a long time. They take the time to talk answer and question you may have and offer their own personal opinions from experience. They will also help you get the best price available for each item. I shop there at least 2/3 times a week and if you’re in the are you should go check them out. Great place/great employees/great prices= great experiences. There are two gentlemen there Anthony and Luke who are awesome they really care about their job and they really help with any questions I throw at them! They are great employee’s for this store. There is also Marie who is a sweetheart and will do the same. She is very polite and will drop anything she is doing to help or point you in the direction to get the help you need. I just wanted to take the time and show them my appreciation and thank you for the outstanding customer service they proved I’d give ten stars if I could!

Erin the manager and Geni groomer discriminate. They were terrible to my aunt due to her age and race. Geni botched grooming and damaged dogs! Erin was horrible and should loose job for the way she acts. Bad for pets and people!

This place is great. The selection is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the fish/live animals always look clean and healthy. I also really love their DIY dog bathing tubs, they are also always clean and well stocked. By far the best pet store in the area.

If you call to make a appt for grooming make sure you don’t book with Sara. I been brining my dog there since she was a puppy and never had a issue. I brought her for grooming today and they called me within 30 minutes to tell me I have to pick her up because my dog was being aggressive and try to bite the groomer. My dog is a husky and highly playful, she is around children all the time and never once in her 6 years of life tried to bite some one, not even strangers. Literally every one to walk by by house stops at my yard to pet her. I find it highly unlikely she tried to bite some one. I asked if I was still going to be charged as they didn’t complete the services and they said yes but they were going to give me 20% off because they bathed her. Okay fair I guess but according to them they did everything but brush her and clip her nails, how did they complete all of this in 30 minutes when it normally takes 2-3 hours? This whole experience was sketchy and had left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning which is unfortunate because up until today I really liked the service. But after today I just couldn’t leave my dog there again and not be worried.

Today was my first time ever visiting a pet supplies plus store and the experience sure is different from PetCo and pet smart. I thought it was kinda weird I was greeted when I first walked into Pet Supplies Plus because I don’t get that at any other pet store. But then I quickly realized people here are just super friendly. Marylin cashed me out today she was super friendly and recommended something to help my dog which I didn’t think my dog would like as he is super picky but I decided to give it a try & he actually ate it! Thanks for the recommendation Marylin also thanks for the awesome customer service! I will definitely be back!

I took my two standard poodles to Allison today to be groomed. They were so overgrown, and overdue for grooming. Allyson did an amazing job!!! They look awesome and are so much more comfortable and content. She’s very patient and kind with dogs and people! She was very attentive and thorough. I will definitely be back for more grooming. Stopped by twice. Picked up a gentle leader and training treats the 1st time and had to go back for a muzzle that I had forgotten. Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable workers. Love this environment the store has. (Almost makes me wonder if they're still hiring... I saw an ad for it over a month ago... 😅)

Great place. They do a lot for pet owners and the animal community. The workers are kind. The pets they have for sale always have a clean environment. They don't always have exactly what I'm looking for but they have everything you need. Overall just a great place.

Great end of year holiday sale! They have excellent discounts. I always find some surprise items. This is a great location where I can run many errands to my bank, other shopping all in one trip. Love the curbside service!

The employees are all very nice and helpfulI purchased 2 bags of cat food one time from here and both bags were expired. So definitely check the dates of your pet food items. But I returned them and got a refund, no problem. Also seems like they run out of wet cat food fast, so if you see something you need soon or want to try, grab it then. Don't wait.
