One of the nicest Market 32s (price chopper) that I've been to. It has a sprawling bakery section, many vegetarian/vegan ingredients that many other groceries especially in the area have.It's not the biggest, or the best Market 32 out there, but it's clean, friendly, well stocked, and prices were too bad either.I'll likely be back in the next day or so.Thankfully Walmart isnt my only option in the area.

Most impressed by the cleanliness of the Men Restrooms. I visit this store 2-3 times a week and every time I've use the Restroom it's been spotless!!!Thank You for this OUTSTAND HIRE!!!

Great grocery store that we always stop at when checking in in our properties in troy.Prices seem to be slightly higher than the other price chopper stores, but its nicer, and has a higher range of high end products.The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that it's so weird that you have to pay for sales dressing and condiments separately on their ready to EAT meals, never seen that anywhere.

I always go to this Market 32. It's convenient, always has what I'm looking for and I know the layout of the store. If it's not broke, don't fix it!

I have to drive over 30 minutes to get here but it's a great supermarket and worth the drive. They have most items I want at decent prices compared to others in the area. Clean store with ample parking. Employees are cheerful and helpful.

It's normally clean and well stocked. The biggest issue is those stupid self-service scanners. They are slow, they won't read, you have to have attendent fix items or use their gun to process your order. Why can they not get an upgrade on these scanners, clean them more often and add guns so you can scan big things without either having to drag it out of your cart, or call an attendant over?If I have to do a cashiers job, can you make it easier?

Absolutely love coming to this Market 32. This is the one that’s closest to me and I’m very glad it is. I had to come here very late at night with my partner to grab pasta and pasta sauce because I was really craving it.. upon arriving I found my items easily and quickly. I got to self checkout and everything was fine until the card I was using (my moms card) wasn’t working. Unbeknownst to me, my mom had just canceled that card and had gotten a new one .. she gave me the wrong card! It was extremely embarrassing but the story doesn’t end there. While this was happening, I called My mom to ask what was going on and she had forgotten to give me the new card. The associate that was at the self checkout had seen this happening and she offered to pay for it. It was $5 and she offered me the money to pay for it. She didn’t know my situation and was still willing to help me pay for it. It warmed my heart truly. I’m so thankful for her and I very much appreciate her kindness towards my partner and I. It proves to me that good people really do exist. Shoutout out to that associate! (I didn’t get her name) and a huge shoutout to another associate, a childhood friend, Haylie! She’s so sweet and incredibly helpful. I give my full support to this business and I’m very happy I choose to shop here.

I love this store. Great setup. Super clean. Perfect selections.*Update* Years later, this is still a clean and organized store. My only complaint would be that the bathrooms need an overhaul and "scrubbing."*Update* The younger cashiers do not know the meaning of good customer service. I didn't even have all my groceries bagged, and she started ringing up the next customer. They toss your groceries as they don't understand the value of the dollar.

While the Walmart up the street is always very low on stock, Price Chopper has everything I need all the time. It is slightly more expensive than Walmart but, as long as you have a Price Chopper card, they always have a great number of items on sale, and the card is free!!

Well.. it's the closest grocery store to my house, and the produce isn't rotten. But the prices are almost the same as Honest Weight in a lot of cases, or even more expensive, and there's not a ton of vegan/non-dairy options for a lot of items. The employees are very nice and helpful, though, and the store seems very clean.

I brought my sister shopping at the Market 32 in Troy / Brunswick NY. She truly enjoyed the shopping experience. The store is clean, stocked with good products and friendly service. Much larger and nicer than other grocery stores. Undoubtedly the best Supermarket I've ever seen. Nothing compares to the Market 32 in Troy NY. Like this store actually. But a Saturday at almost 10am. The front service desk states Welcome on wall. Nobody working desk. A line keeps building. Nobody cares. 15 minutes waiting for a desk person..when doesn't a manager or other desk trained cashier come and cover the desk?????Customer time...absolutely not important.

Had to change their name from price chopper to market 32 and Bristo to raise prices! Not fair. Only good thing they do is leave a box of gloves at the salad bar for sanitary reasons which is good. Wish other places did that.Anyway hope you make lots of money to shop there higher than anywhere else I have gone For groceries.

Clean, pretty organized market 32 / price chopper. We go here every weekend for grocery shopping and are often pleased. We've grown to like a lot of the chashiers. The ones we usually go to are very quick, but also very friendly and often spark a conversation or two which I enjoy a lot!One woman let us know of extra deals and coupons which was amazing. We love her. Super sweet woman! She also sparked some conversations, asked us how we were. Very very friendly and very sweetWill update when I find out their names to get credit to them ♡

I don't think I've ever been into a Price Chopper/Market 32 that hasn't found some way to disappoint me. Today there was the insignificant inconvenience of tracking down baked goods scattered randomly through a number different sections; and only two checkout lanes and no self checkout lanes open, despite dozens of other staff throughout the store. These together meant that what should have been 90 seconds to run in, grab a bag of bagels, and run back out took more than 15 minutes, most of that waiting in a checkout line. A few minutes could have been shaved from this at the cashiers not enjoying such a leisurely morning pace, but most of the people there had a small number of items and could have breezed through the self checkouts. If the store manager had bothered to open them.Price Chopper always finds new ways to make you feel like customer service is their lowest priority.

I got a one of those fruit smoothies and after taking a swig discovered it was laced with mold. So gross! And in date, of all things. But they refunded me and gave me a free coke as a replacement.

Writing this review after my most recent visit because it will definitely be my last. Poorly trained/rude staff and rarely anyone ever working in the sushi department. Instead, premade packages with browning avocado greet you. Seafood department is another disappointment. Smh.

I've had bad luck with their meat. It expires faster than the date. I do like the area where they make food. I like the sushi and salads. There is ALWAYS flies in the pastries. Don't even bother. Even though they look great. Trust me, I check often because I want some! Lol

2 stars is just for this visit. Went to get my annual 15 wreaths for my fencing.price is still 12.95 but no bows!. I was told they eliminated them to save 2$. For who? I now have to find 15 bows elsewhere. Cheapest I found is 3.99 ea. More of my time and more$$. Who in marketing thought this was a good idea? Did they think no one would notice there were no bows on the wreaths?.

The store was clean and well stocked ! Unfortunately, the prices are much higher at pc then Hannaford. I shop here for sale items but do my everyday shopping elsewhere.

This Market 32 has the absolute best employees in the butcher and seafood departments. They are always super helpful. The butchers help me choose which cuts of meat I might like for different dinners. The seafood guys will steam lobster, clams, etc. while I finish shopping. They seem happy to do it at well, always with a smile.

The younger man in the seafood dept. was extremely rude. I asked, very nicely, for a product and cannot tell you what he thought I said, but he said something very nasty and stormed off. I needed the Manager (who is excellent ) to come to seafood to get my order and speak to the employee. I think most of the staff is great. Especially the front end. Just a couple of bad apples I guess.
