Everyone here needs jesus. Place should be shut down. A lot of illegal activity being done in this store. Adam will reap what he sows because unfortunately he likes racially profiling people. He gets a kick out of it. What’s done in the dark…you know the rest. I’m a 40 year old man & what he’s done is unjustifiable. I will be calling corporate.

If I could Give this place, zero stars, I would the assistant manager. Alex is so rude and disrespectful. He has verbally cursed me out. One of the cashiers went along with his shenanigans and physically tried to fight me when I spoke to the manager Lisa about it she told me that the district managers higher the assistant managers, so she could not do anything about it. I am a weekly shopper in the store, and it’s disgusting how I travel out my way to go to a different family dollar. The assistant manager, Alex even cursed at me in front of the manager Lisa.

Family dollar always has a eclectic item or 2 that I buy. This time I was a wheel man for someone who needed a ride.I'll find things match a color scheme or some other type of usable decor items.

Very messy.Only 1 employee, who was playing PC games when I walked in.Was serviced reasonably well.Definitely need a restock team, as aisles were crowded with carts amd boxes.

While I was visiting my brother this location had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and the shelves were constantly being restocked. The store itself could use a good cleaning but it's not a big issue to me.

Staff is unfriendly, disgruntle, unfamiliar with where items are located in the store. The lack of training is evidence in the way the store is being ran. It's suppose to be a convenient for ppl who live close by, yet I rather go all the way further into lansingburgh to shop. Hope things get better.

The biggest issue I've been having lately is how disgusting the store has been. Can we talk about how we're in a pandemic and I saw dirty used masks on the shelves of products! Not to mention when I go to a store I don't want to put my hand into open food and glue poured into the shelevs. They don't clean up nothing and the employees are always sitting on their phones or on that damn computer ignoring customers.

The workers are respectful, kind and professional. The staff are well informed about thier stock. I perfer this store over the one on hoosick, where the workers seem more fatigued. The store is tight and cramped also not so organized. Such as the decor section has 2 area's. The toiletries are all over the place. Example: toothpaste when you walk in is in the right NE section, hair care and bkdy care is SW section of the store and toilet paper is at the NW section of the store. I would love to organize it for free, for the warmth the staff gives there customer's. If your looking for kind well informed staff and do not mind looking for what you need then this is a 5 star. Although the staff are always willing to help you out on what you are searching for. I gave 5 stars because of the resoect and professionalisim given here.

I go to this family dollar quite often and I like this store. They usually have everything in stock that I purchase there and the store is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. This is a great store.

Good for quick shopping trips. Sometimes doesn't have what I need. Old building. Needs updates/ renovations- leaks in ceiling, dark, cluttered.

It is very disorganized and cramped. Found what I was looking for eventually, but it took far longer than it would have in a store like CVS. Prices didnt seem that discounted either.

The one on 102 and 2nd ave in Troy,Ny was unorganized and there was boxes everywhere that you couldn't move with a cart
