I highly recommend Edelmann if you are looking to buy a motorcycle or looking to have your motorcycle serviced. I purchased a 2024 KTM EXC-F there recently and I had a great experience. First of all I called several motorcycle shops in New York about this bike and Edelmann gave me the best price by far. Everyone I interacted with was also very helpful and patient through the purchase process. They did a great job walking me through how to operate the bike. Also, they completed my bike’s first service with no issues, quick and easy. I will definitely go back to them to buy another bike or have more service work done.

Very happy with our sale experience! Purchased a new Polaris side by side with cash! Were treated very well! We’re told to bring it back for service at 25 hours! However they neglected to tell us such service would be $700-$800 ! We were shocked! I think you need to be up front when you’re selling! I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years and that is not good service! We will not be doing any more business with you!

Wonderful experiance......I tried finding the bike I wanted all around where I live in south east mass. Couldn't find one, edelmann sales had one available, I drove 4 hours to pick it up and couldn't have asked for an easier and amazing process everything was ready for me to sign and pick up. All of the staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and very helpful with the things I might need for the future. All and all I couldn't ask for a better place to deal with. To be honest I wish I had a place closer to me to be my primary shop. When I buy my next toy it will be threw them without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Purchased a 2021 Sportsman 850 in late May and the process was seamless and very easy considering the market and the circumstances dealers are in nowadays. Recently took the 850 in for service and the service department was just as flawless as the sales dep. (the only issue that prolonged the service was the backorder of parts but Edelmann's obviously has no control on that) would recommend any friends or family to purchase or do service here ten times over. Very satisfied

What’s a great place! I went to pick up my new husky 250 and was first impressed with the actual facility. It’s a compound about a mile off the main road in the woods. They have everything from bicycles for young kids to the $35k side by side. Super nice people. Took 5 min to do the paperwork and then Arron the mechanic went over all the bikes details for a half hour. He was super stoked that I bought it. The best part about this place is they don’t charge dealer fees and set up charges etc. the advertised price is the price. You can’t find better pricing. This place is the best.

They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They hooked me up with a complete snow plow package that attaches to the Polaris and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend, Edelmanns was recommended to me by a friend.
