So, because the other store closed early that was up the street ($GEN), I happily went to CVS and spent my hard earned money here. Janice was very nice and friendly and smiled. I got what I needed and left quickly - A most wonderful experience all over.

Always a problem at the pharmacy. My prescription has never been ready when they say. Literally zero times. So I was not surprised today when I arrived and it wasn't ready. I got the typical "wait 15 minutes" that I'm used to with them. So I wait, and go back to the counter in 15 minutes. Now they have my prescription but can't give it to me because they don't know how much to charge me for it?!!! I didn't have my insurance card on me, and this is the first time I've been asked to provide it to pick up this prescription, which is a refill. So now I waited around, and had to leave without my medication.

This is the 4th time I have had a prescription called in and it either takes 7 hours to refill it or 24 hours. This has never happened before and they don’t have a reason why. Going to leave this place.

Called twice for the pharmacy was put on hold both times for 5-10 minutes, called again and asked to be transferred to pharmacy instead because somethings apparently wrong with their phones (said one of the sale associates) just to get yelled at and hung up on because the phone kept going in and out, which is not my fault. Probably should teach your employees better customer service techniques.

This is specifically pertaining to this pharmacy and not the store itself or CVS as a company. I've needed prescriptions my entire life due to congenital health conditions and for as long as I can remember have used CVS. I have never had an issue with a different location but I've now used this location for about 2-3 years. The staff in this pharmacy have officially made me change pharmacies for good. The pharmacists are rude, dismissive and always have an attitude for any type of service. If you exist in their store you are inconveniencing them. I have never had more problems filling prescriptions, maintaining my current medications and ready fill, or been harassed in so many different ways before. I have a set of prescriptions that I have asked to be put on ready fill multiple times, have been asked by the pharmacist or automated message, and it just never gets done. The next month rolls around and I get the same text message asking if I want to put something on ready fill, I reply yes, and nothing changes. I go in to pick up the prescriptions and get asked the same question and nothing is ever done about it. They ask the same questions repeatedly but make no effort to change it in their system so the problem does not continue. I had one prescription that I was asked by three separate employees if I wanted refilled to which I replied every time "No, I'm not taking this prescription anymore". Smash cut to receiving a text message with the same question a week later. Why is it so hard to maintain people's active prescriptions and ready fill? It seems remarkably simple if you actually take the time to make the proper adjustments in the system. The final nail in the coffin was an increase in dosage for a controlled substance anti-anxiety medication that I am on. When I questioned them about why it wasn't filled over a week later, they proceeded to tell me that the pharmacist wanted confirmation from the doctor on the dose increase but they hadn't heard back. Well why was I not notified of this immediately? If you can't get a hold of the doctor then reach out to me and I will contact my doctor, but instead they were planning on sitting on it pretty much until I brought it up. If you want to have the controlled substance debate and ethical concerns of dosage changes over opiates, be my guest. But don't drag your feet and make a decision that you shouldn't be making in the first place over someone's mental health medication. That is far more irresponsible and unethical than the alternative. Also ethics and morals do not come into play when my girlfriend is able to then go pick up my prescription alone without authorization using my credit card. The hypocrisy here is outrageous. I also truly doubt any effort was put into calling my doctor in the first place because I placed one phone call within 20 minutes of my conversation with CVS and had it cleared up immediately. The cherry on top of the sundae was after changing pharmacies I had my new pharmacy call over to CVS to transfer whatever refills they could over. Well CVS proceeded to tell them I had too many prescriptions and I needed to call all my doctor's to have them send new refills. For the record I only have about 6 or 7 active prescriptions with refills on them, CVS just clearly once again didn't want to lift a finger to assist a customer. I've given a few examples here but I have 4 times that amount of encounters and experience with this staff that were negative.

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible they never on time with anything the people working here are always giving an attitude or have some excuse of why the perceptions are not filled. I came heard and checked in asking for my perception that I called in last night along with the one that was called in today. They told me a few minutes. 25 minutes later I went back to the desk and they completely missed one of my scripts. And then told me another 10 minutes, along with an excuse blaming it on me. It took the 20 minutes to fill that one. When I approached the desk this time I was given another problem and an attitude. I am over this place and will not be returning.Do Not Go Here!

The pharmacist during the week on the day shift, Melissa or something, she's got an awful attitude. I hate having to get prescriptions from this woman because she us extremely rude. The male pharmacist, he wears a bow tie and is awesome. He's always been good to me. But that other one, I tell ya, she's a miserable woman. I feel bad for her. Otherwise a great store. All of the other employees are extremely friendly. The star rating I gave is based on the pharmacy, not the store. Thanks!

Staffed with The most unprofessional and lazy pharmacists I have ever seen .,,,,and I am a retired pharmacist. Think about that. They wait for you to come in to tell you your prescription is back ordered and don’t want to call the doctor to get you the two equivalent medications ( it’s a combination blood pressure medication) . This has happened twice in last 6 months and I have missed many days of taking my meds because of this unprofessional conduct.

The general consensus is this place stinks and they are right. The slowest moving bunch if people there is. They pretend they dont see customers in the hope that they will go away. They make and already difficult problem with your insurance company untenable with their total disregard for customer service. They completely lack people skills, compassion and empathy . Go anywhere other than here

A month or two ago picked up a 90 day RX, Pharmacy tried to be slick and have me pay a 90 day copay for a 30 day supply. Today picked up a different 90 day supply of medication, transaction processes, money comes out of my account. For whatever reason tech is unable to print a receipt, restarts the PC, and attempts to charge me a SECOND time, for medication I just paid for. CVS, Caremark, stop throwing money at the CEOs, and spend some money on investing in working software and equipment.

I have been both a customer and a Pharmacy Technician at this store. The people are great to work with, but were incredibly understaffed in both the Pharmacy and Front Store. This is a problem on a corporate level, and not on a store level.

I was at cvs to pick up prescriptions for my ill 3 year old daughter. My daughter had to go pee so bad she was holding herself and bouncing around. I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. I understand that some places have a rule that employees only for a bathroom but this was for my sick 3 year old daughter not me and they still said no. So i had to take both my kids to mr subb who was very kind and allowed us to use their bathroom. Once back at cvs i asked them to help me find an over the counter item that the doctor told us to get and they had never heard of it. I usually never have had a problem but lately everytime i go in i am and for them to deny my 3 yr old the bathroom has made me very upset.

Went to call my meds in this evening and asked if I could pick them up in a few hours and the worker told me no that would not happen today. Very unprofessional. Been going their for 3 years and I’m taking my business to another cvs. This worker was very very rude.

This CVS advertises it allows contactless pay and it doesn't. In fact I try to use it Everytime I go in with hopes they would fix their POS system. I have spoke to management about the issue since July of 2016. I have been in the store at least 2 times a week since then. They have failed to make the updates to make this payment option viable. ( Samsung pay, Apple pay, Android pay)

I have had minor moments at this store, from a guy following me to a girl being a little short with me when I brought a package in that they did not ship, but overall there is exceptional customer service there.

Went there today for my covid vaccine and the young man checking people in was wonderful. Some of the older people had trouble using the technology and he was so patient and kind.

Friendly employee.A full service "regular" CVS; with CVS Pharmacy. Parking lot outside. Lots of parking spots near the door. Asiles as expected include makeup, candy/ seasonal/ office/stationery, shampoo, toiletries, some food and refridgerated items etc. Gave 4 stars because is is a rather small square footage store....P.S. the CVS in Latham (that is part of the target store) is not like this. The CVS that is blended into Target is really only a CVS pharmacy for meds/ perscriptions.

I spent 20 minutes waiting in line and once I got up to the window they said they’d be a few minutes I spent another 25 minutes waiting until finally someone came. This is not the first time this happened it’s happened at least 3 times
