Great flooring companywe had replaced our carpets with hardwood and after a terrible contractor (Brian McConkey), we got lucky and found Joe Beaudoin. Joe fixed the mess left by our previous contractor and then we also had him resand the rest of the floor and he made it all looked brand new, no more deep dark scratches.Highly recommend him if anyone needs any hardwood floor work.

Update: Adding that the transition from the existing to new hard where the carpet was that was toothed in was seamless - thought that was definitely worth mentioning.Joe (and his wife Jill) was amazing to work with. We had Red Oak floors and my wife wanted them lighter, warmer and "less red" - oil stain was too dark and water stain she didn't love the little bit of pink that shined through so we tried multiple color stains ourselves and Joe was there every step of the way through that process, eventually sanding our floors to sample three stains. It was quite the back and forth in our decision making process, but Joe was patient and understanding, only caring and wanting to make sure that the color came out the way we wanted. We learned that red oak is tough to get lighter without the pink coming through and that even hand staining a small section to sample would be darker than the eventual actual machine stain used that provides the consistent coat, so keep that in mind. We ended up going with 50/50 duraseal special walnut and gray combination and love it. The gray helps remove the red/pink while the special walnut brown actually helped lighten the red oak. In the end, it ended up being even lighter than expected from the hand stain sample we saw, BUT that's actually what we were going for so there's more of a golden hue than a light brown - my wife was thrilled. But back to Joe, once the wood arrived and acclimated and we picked the stain, the process where we would have had to be out the house only took a few days to lay hardwood in two living rooms and sand/stain the entire first floor. Highly recommend Beaudoins Hardwood Flooring!

Joe was excellent on the front end of the project. Provided great insight and walked thru the entire project to refinish our upstairs floors. They were pretty beat up after living under a carpet for many years before we moved in. I was amazed to see how beautiful the floors look after he and his team were finished. The biggest compliment I can provide is that we are getting rid of our large carpet that was used to hide our old floors because they look amazing now. Very fair pricing and fantastic work, highly recommend them for any hardwood floor projects you may have!

Beaudoins did a beautiful job on my 115+ year-old maple Floors. What's even more impressive is that a previous contractor had ruined the floors and I was hopeless that the floors would ever look good again. It's hard to lose something so special that you have lived with for over 30 years. I'm not really into things. I am more into experiences. The truth is that I had an awful experience of renovating my house with my previous contractor. However, Beaudoins' Professionalism and expertise provided me with The positive experience that I needed to really feel successful about renovating my house. They are such kind people. They were always on time. They always did what they said they were going to do. For me since, we had a tight timeline they were able to finish my floors in a week. We purchased a 30+ year old home and hired BEAUDOIN’s to refinish all of the hardwood floors as well as remove tile and install hardwood floors in the kitchen. The entire team did an amazing job. The refinished floors look brand new! The new hardwood flooring in the kitchen had to tie in to old flooring in the hallway and it was done perfectly. Joe and his crew do great work for a very fair price. I had discovered some old hardwood in a dining room under layers of covering while renovating a building. Most other companies in the area where unwilling to entertain a single room job, but Beaudoins took the job and treated it no differently than I would expect from a larger job. I hired Beaudoins to refinish 2 rooms and install new hardwood in the kitchen. I was elated that they could start work within a week when everyone else I had inquired with with several months out. I should have realized it was too good to be true. The start of the job was delayed, but the install in the kitchen came out very well. The problem is in the finishing. The initial finish had a massive amount of black swirling and an extreme amount of dirt between the stain and the polyurethane. After speaking with the owner he agreed that they should be resanded and finished again. After the second stripping and refinishing the majority of the swirling was gone however there was still quite a bit of dirt between the stain and the poly. Also, the entire house was coated in polyurethane dust because despite my requests, they refused to put plastic up to block off the unaffected rooms. I also want to mention that they do not remove baseboard moldings, so if you want them removed you need to do it yourself or you'll end up with polyurethane all over your baseboards. At that point I decided 3 weeks was enough time and I would have to find someone else to do the finishing. I spoke with the owner again and he came up with a new price, which I thought was fair. His wife came to my house to collect the money and as soon as she had the check in her hand she became very unpleasant and basically accused me of inventing problems to avoid paying. The experience was very unpleasant and my remodeling project was unnecessarily delayed because of their mistakes by 2 weeks and another week having it fixed.
