Decent store. About what you would expect from a dollar general

Service was great and found most of items I was looking for. A lot of empty shelves and out of stocks. To be honest store was messy. As a disabled person I was concerned with amount of items on the floor and possible tripping hazards. Clerk was very kind and helpful, very patient with elderly man ahead of me in checkout line.

They're always out of half the stuff I go there for.checkout counter is a joke.staff is cool though even though they probably don't like me because I have a tendency to shop minutes before closing.

A typical Dollar General. Like other chains, it was not too fully stocked nor straightened. I don't blame the staff. It's no win situation. Unless your sales numbers go up, your manpower hours stay flat,but unless you have the manpower to put up stick, you can't put out all your stock, even if your manager works like 70 hours a week.I was in one in Alex Bay over Memorial Day Weekend and that was the exception. It was pretty neat, unlike the local Family Dollar, which was roached

Store is always dirty with stock laying everywhere. The clerks are rude and act like you are bothering them not only if ask for help but when simply cashing out, I personally try to avoid going in this store. Update. JAN 10TH Store is under new management and is already looking much cleaner and better organized .

This dollar general is cleaner than some but the man manager was kinda rude, and it didn't feel very welcoming, lots of empty shelves, not quite as many stocking carts out as other stores but still had them blocking majority of walk ways. Idk why dollar general has such an issue with that?

I love Dollar General for their products and prices. I always find great clothes there believe it or not! They always have coupons too; great mobile app. too that makes coupon "clipping" easy at checkout.

Understanding it's a dollar store.. ok.. but On a busy street.. open the latest out of all the other dollar general around here you would think they would be stoked.. have a decent amount of employees and be kind of organized and clean. Every single time I've been in here the workers aren't helpful at all .. the store is never stocked. Not even a decent supply of ANYTHING. HOLIDAY seasonal isle is non existent. Items marked down and on sale aren't even advertised. I only knew they were in sale because I was at the store on nash on my way home. But I can say i will go out of my way and drive further to go to nash location because this one is a joke. A bad disgusting dirty joke.

The assistant manager Marie is completely ignorant disrespectful and rude. She treats her employees like garbage and does nothing but swear and complain. She should not be working there at all. I don't understand why corporate won't do anything when they had multiple complaints against her.

This store was filthy, dusty with stacks of carts everywhere! Bought dog food that was stocked in cat food section, when I returned it, I thought I made the mistake, but when I went to get another bag, saw the dog food right next to the cat food (dog food stocked across the aisle). When I told the cashier, no apology just a "really".I wanted a couple of other things, but many empty shelves. I doubt I will go to this location again. Too bad, since it is convenient

Good prices. Just wish the store wasn't so disorganized, messy and there always seem to be stock boxes everywhere. There is always just one cashier and if you want a quick purchase, you will likely have to wait. This is the store in North Tonawanda over near Pine Woods Park.

Dollar general is so underrated! You can get some great stuff for super cheap. Food, toys, and home items for a fraction of the price of anywhere else. Paper products are the cheapest here. Don't sleep on Dollar General

Went to this spot to buy some coffee creamer and get some cash back. After paying a 1 dollar to get 10 dollars cash back, I was then told by Katelyn that she could not give me singles even after I paid a dollar to even get cash back in the first place. Also there were some kids who came in with quarters before me, the kids were told to go and get single dollars from another store in the area and told they could not use their quarters before coming back to dollar general. These were kids! They had about 10 dollars in quarters. I don't know what's going on at this location but it seems to be a lot of unspoken rules here that are written nowhere in the company policy. I will be speaking to the district manager in regards to this situation.

This location never seems to have enough staff. The store is always a mess, and there is always a ridiculous line. I don't think that I've ever gone into this store and not had to wait at least 10 minutes in the line.

Does anyone work here?? Took almost 10 minutes to be cashed out...I was the only one in line. No cashier to be found...the store is completely trashed! There is more product on the floor then the shelves... I live down the street from this store and very rarely do I go in. I think this will be my last visit... nasty store.

I like DG a lot. I can usually find whatever it is I Need. My only conplaint about them is that they dont always have someone at the counter bc the cashier is reapinsible for stocking and facing shelves in between customers.

This DG has always been a trashy store. Now someone got after it and it's much neater and cleaner. No ladders and items blocking the isles

Just great deals friendly people it's a really nice guy ,gave me $5 I don't know it was a surprise I just let him cut me in line .I thought that was so sweet and the whole staff is just really really friendly ...

Very cluttered and chaotic. Things placed all over the sales floor making it hard to move around, reach items on shelves and difficult to locate in general.

I usually enjoy this chain store, but this location is very unorganized, cluttered and dirty. I've been to much nicer kept locations, unfortunately this one is closest to home.

Parking lot is WEIRD , but hey , prices are great!. Got a gallon of wiper fluid for $2.50, saw the same stuff at Rite Aid for $4.98

They are willing to help, and we recently had to return an item and they were very accommodating. Good selection of really cheap stuff.

The store was a mess! Boxes and totes everywhere. Had a hard time getting cart down the aisles. Stocking should be done before opening or after closing.
