We had a concern about possible bed bugs. The person who picked up the phone when we called was very responsive, explained that the best test for bed bugs was using a dog rather than a visual inspection, and went out of her way to schedule an appointment that fit our schedule. The dog and handler arrived exactly on time, did a thorough inspection, and pronounced us bedbug free. This was clearly the correct assessment, as this was over a month ago and we've seen no signs of bed bugs.Service: Bed bug extermination

i have to change this review i wrote last year as service has been terrible lately!!! I have a contract with them and am looking for a simple service they used to do for ants for us. Left 2 messages with no response, finally got through to someone who was very rude and said we will have to wait at least a week until someone can come in. I called the company for a mouse in my room and they were the best - I am very scared of mice! They took care of the mouse so fast! Not only they took care of it, as while the technician Anthony was here, he saw I was struggling with tons of ants coming from the kitchen door, and already took care of it too. It was perfect! The company did a thorough search for bedbugs, using their trained dog to sniff for the critters. Thankfully, none were found. But just to be certain, the team brought along a vial of bedbugs to take out to make sure the dog hadn't lost his talent to identify bedbugs. The dog immediately reacted to the vial and we were all sure that our house was pest free. Very professional from my first call to the conclusion of their visit.Service: Bed bug extermination

Steve came to my parents house with Lucy (the dog) to check for bed bugs. My parents are both in their 90's & Steve was wonderful with them. We did find bugs in their bedroom & Steve was so helpful in guiding us through all the necessary steps. As you can imagine, we were all horrified and Steve was so reassuring and calming. According to him, this was a mild case but of course you hear the word bed bug and nothing is mild to us. He took all my phone calls after he left and answered all our questions. Every time I hung up the phone, I felt better. Don't look any further, they are the best.
