Only has contracted out side facilities for the public use. Service was excellent, cold day makes cold ice cream even if it is only soft serve. Pretty cool out side decorations. Did notice extreamly small area in side with tables.

We always get ice cream here my kids love it, we never have ordered food. Tonight we did and it took 2hrs cause she brought it to the wrong house, then came and forgot the drinks and was given a 100.00 bill but gave us 30 back for a 40.00 meal. She did end up bringing us back some of the money after I called but then after being told our food was being made fresh again it came looking and tasting burnt. Ice cream is amazing but will not order food from here again

I’ve had good experiences here personally, but my family member had a negative experience when we took them here. It seemed to be that if you ordered take out at the window, it would be ready before multiple orders that were to eat there. The food is good but not all of the portions are big (based on the pulled pork sandwich and hot dogs). I really liked the chicken caesar wrap that I got. Previous times we’ve gone, my husband loves getting the sweet potato fries and melba sauce.We ordered takeout the other night and had good experiences. We got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was really good.

This was an awesome looking place. It was very busy, definitely a local favorite. We had sugar cookie dough ice cream, which was awesome! And a flurry with homemade brownies, delicious!!

6 star if I could give them! High quality icecream. Huge cones. You may not be able to handle a large!! Don't let the long lines scare you off. They move fast. The french fries are great also. Lots of tables.Kid-friendliness: Friendly young staff happy to give a spoon full of a flavor to try.

This is a nice drive-up, eat outside, warm weather location to get lunch/dinner and/or ice cream. The service is lacking a bit. We did not get part of our order. Then, they accidentally gave the missing part of our order to another patron. So we had to wait awhile for our full meal. I would give them another chance as this could have been a fluke.

If you need something to cool you off then this place is a good place to go. They have yummy ice cream to help with the Summer heat. They have wonderful flavor options. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this place!

Love going to the wind-chill whenever I visit Lake George. The serving sizes are HUGE (highly recommend the kiddie size). Expect long lines on Friday and Saturday nights in the summer, but great staff who move quickly and are always cheerful!

Awesome local place to get ice cream! The ice cream is actual ice cream, which is not what you get from dairy queen or other places. They have a good amount of flavors to pick from that are all soft serve. Be mindful they are super generous with their portions and a small is a pretty substantial amount of ice cream. This place is a must visit if you're in the area

Went with a group of people and half were finished before we got our food! We had to go up to the window to see what the problem was and the girl said it’s coming right up, we proceeded to wait while she handed our three more orders to people who arrived after the other half of group got their food. We had a two hour drive home and after waiting 50 minutes for food I asked them to box it up so we could take it to go, still waiting for our order the girl tried to come up with a story about how they didn’t see our food ticket but they made the food. (made absolutely no sense) I just took the food and got in the car once we started driving we pulled the food out we noticed none of the sauces were in any of the boxes (honey mustard for my chicken tenders, cheese sauce for my fries, sour cream and salsa for our nachos..) Now the nachos……. I’ve never been so grossed out by the way something looked. The giant pile of unseasoned dry ground beef the completely black chips and the rubbery cold melted but then hardened cheese. We only got a couple bites out of it because most of the nachos were burnt to the aluminum foil so the 12 dollar nachos were an absolute waste of money. I’m so disappointed because the atmosphere was really nice and the people’s food and ice cream actually looked good. Definitely will not ever be back.

Ice-cream was delicious. I had an Oreo vanilla shake. I like to keep it classic. The bun on the chicken sandwich was beautifully toasted. The chicken crispy the veggies were fresh. And the Michigan fries had a sweet sauce and legit liquid cheese. Overall great food I ate so much I skipped dinner I was still so full. We skipped the mini golf course but there was also this adorable little wooden pirate ship and swings for kids to play (at their own risk). Overall a great experience I can’t wait to bring the fam.

After doing lake sports all day we arrived around 6:30 pm anticipting an amazing cheeseburger and epic ice cream. We were even more ecstatic that there was not a line to wait! Instead, we barely approached the window before a young teenager opened the food service window and yelled "FOOD ORDER WAIT TIME IS OVER AN HOUR" and shut the window and ignored us for 8 minutes while we stood there overwhelmedmy the stench of their sewer. We decided to alleviate their dinnertime rush of our burden and accept their clear message of not needing our business. 👎👎👎

The drive to this place from Roger's rock was something out of a painting. Once we arrived there was planty of parking even with a decent line. The line moved pretty quick and we ordered our ice cream. The staff was prompt and courteous. Not knowing how big the cones were my daughter got a medium. The medium was ginormous! Well worth the money! The quality was great and prices were not overly expensive compared to other locations. My PB specialty large sundae was ~$7 and the cones were ~$3.5-$4.5. Highly recommend stopping if in the area.

The prices this year are OUTRAGEOUS. $8++ for a basic sundae? We usually come once a weekend, but probably going to be more like once a month this summer. It’s not even reasonable for a family of 4 to get ice cream. $30+ for ice cream for a family is ridiculous. Stewart’s is cheaper and not half melted.

The food is excellent, the portions are plentiful, and the ice cream's are always delicious and good selections of flavors. And the sizes are huge, sometimes to big.(not complaining) the staff is very friendly and helpful... nice area outside to sit and eat, its enjoyable.. only downfall it the prices are a little steep, but not that bad for what you get. Usually eat meal then have ice cream's..
