"what was that forest of beautiful tall pink exotic flowers that greeted us at the parking lot?" The museum curator's intriguing answer--"KISS ME OVER THE GARDEN GATE": brought up from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello plantation! Wow! We were there only to buy an historical book. Got it with no Hassel and no entrance fee (unlike the new arrangement at fort Ti) but liked what we saw and will be back to pay for a proper tour. Felt welcomed, and enjoyed very informative and personable conversation. Worth it for anyone who loves history or archetecture. Go
