I can't even begin to explain my gratitude towards this place. My 10-month-old cat had been experiencing severe bouts of IBD. While our other vet clinic did not take the issue seriously, this one did- and got us right in and right to work on him. Dr.Katie is hands down one of the best. She took her time with him and was so patient. She walks us through everything, listens, is very thorough, and kind! The staff is top-notch and always welcoming- and they also call and do check-ins. I have zero complaints when it comes to Ticonderoga Animal Hospital.

I bring all if my fur babies to Dr. Katie. She and all all her staff are caring and compassionate. I had to have my sweet cat euthanized and everyone could not have been more compassionate. I highly recommend Ticonderoga Animak Hospital. Bringing my pets there is peace of mind in knowing they genuinely care.

Dr Katie truly is an animal whisperer. Our beloved family pet has, for the last 7 years, been petrified at the vets. In the past, he would become aggressive with the Dr. and the technicians. This did not happen at Dr. Katie’s! She handled him gently, allowed him to become comfortable with her and the environment, and then approached him. She took her time, provided a thorough exam and he remained calm throughout. We and he were never rushed. We were so relieved to find the perfect vet for our baby.The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable.I highly recommend Dr.Katie and Ticonderoga Animal Hospital!

The front desk women are amazing to deal with, very professional and extremely nice. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the older vet tech and the Vet. The vet tech is rough with the animals( the older tech) she has absolutely no regard for a frightened animal and as for the vet I have no idea why she went into this field. Just as the vet tech she seems to only want to deal with animals that are not frightened and certainly doesn’t take the time to try to make the animal relax. The front desk came around to my dog and talked to him and tried making him comfortable the vet and vet tech should really be more patient and try to make an animal comfortable not drag a frightened dog across the floor!! Fingers crossed she sells out to a pet friendly vet and the older vet tech retires.

We went here because it was our boxers time to be put down. Wasn't the way we would of liked to go here but she was 11 yrs old and her hips were just getting to bad, and you could see she was in pain. The staff here were great and made sure everything was good from start to finish.i highly Recommend this vet. Thank you again for everything.

These people are great!!! My pug was smashed by a car, I went there a wreck thinking he was done for. I was in with a vet immediately they took great care of Rocco, and when I had concerns a few days later they got me right in. They also are working with me and letting me do a payment plan, which is so helpful in that type of emergency situation.

They were efficient and friendly. I called in the morning and they said that I could get Beau (my lab) in at 11:15 am. The Doctor was great, had a great way with Beau. She prescribed a medication and Beau is doing better (24 hrs later). I was satisfied with their care and would go back if necessary.

We used to go elsewhere and with all places you hear good and bad but we decided we wanted to give this place a shot. We have only been a handful of time for routine puppy shots so far and have only seen the vet once for our initial puppy visit but she was really nice. The girls at the desk are super sweet, they get you in and out!

I don't know where to begin! I recently moved here and my husband became very, very ill. In the same period of time, so did one of our cats. I googled area vets and came across this one. I called and she got me in the same day within a few hours. Katie was so kind and compassionate and didn't judge me for my delayed response to my cats care. I could instantly tell she loved what she does and bringing comfort to sick and injured animals is truly her life. I thought my cat was going to need to be put down but she ended up having diabetes and with proper care, she will be just fine. Katie even supplied me (FREE) with a large supply of needles and a sharps container that someone had donated (easily a $40 value). I love the feel of this vet office. You know, that old country feel unlike my cats prior office which used to have the same feel many, many years ago until they grew and branched out and became enormous and no longer had that compassion, caring. It became a place of deep pockets. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem! The front staff were so kind as well. If I could give the place 10 stars I would. The prices were affordable without having to take out a 2nd mortgage on your home. Thank you so much again!!!!

Dr. Katie always takes the best care of our animals. Very kind and caring staff. There is one receptionist that could be a touch nicer on the phone though. That is my only complaint with the business and the reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars.

We brought our pets here over the past twenty plus years and the tradition of excellence continues with Dr Kate!The commitment to understand your pets’ needs and get them feeling good is a priority.My dog had an eye irritation and On the spot Dr Kate, took a closer look and discovered a minuscule ingrown bottom eyelash. She took Mitzi back and within five minutes she was back. No more eye problems.I gave them 4 stars as the place is under repair and needs some physical upgrades.5⭐️staff5⭐️Dr.5⭐️Little to no Wait time with an Appointment

Not happy with new Dr. that has taken over for Dr. Mack nor the staff. Staff acted like they were doing me a favor, never called back when I called for updates, did not do anything to help the situation. Daughter took her dog there as well with same results. Never bothered to call her to let her know they did not have any chips when she was getting spayed. She had an appointment for both. Dr. could not be bothered to come and and speak with me. They just told me what I already knew and threw pills at me. Will be finding a new vet for our dogs. Very disappointed with the service.

Been going to Time Vet for 10 years now. Was a little concerned when it was sold and Dr Katie took over. No worries, she is wonderful with the animals, and reasonably priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The 45min. ride is worth the piece of mind.

Dr. Mack is such a great man. He's taken care of all my pets since I was little. He's compassionate and sympathetic.For every beloved friend of mine that passed away, I always recieved a beautiful hand written card in the mail from him. Those cards touched my heart in so many ways. A small act of kindness when feeling great pain is a beautiful thing.I know he becomes attached to our pets too, so I know his job is hard...Even as a military spouse, Dr. Mack is always there when we visit home with the pets or need anything due to a military move. Even when it's last minute.I highly recommend this place.

Was vacationing with my friends when Kenny (my canine) had another bladder stone issue that was totally blocking his ability to urinate. I called Ticonderoga and they immediately scheduled us for an appointment. We saw Dr. Katie Alexander and she could not have been more sweet and helpful. Kennys bladder was drained, and I was given very good advice (finally) about neutering him to possibly prevent this from happening again. The front receptionist and vet techs were all so amazing, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, the level of care we received far exceeds anything here in Manhattan, and it was honestly refreshing to be treated with so much kindness and respect. I was contacted TWICE after the appointment by the hospital to follow up on Kennys condition, which just made it all the more impressive. I'll end this here and just give a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Alexander and the team at Ticonderoga Animal Hospital... YOU SAVED THE DAY!!

We have known Dr Mack and his wife Noel since 1995. We had moved from Ct and needed a veterinarian for our very pregnant dalmatian. We left that first day with confidence that our little girl would be safe and cared for by dr. Mack and his staff. It has been many years and many dalmatians and other dogs later. We have moved out of state twice and upon our return were always welcomed back. We recently brought our newest member of the family (a little female dalmatian). Questions were answered. Respect was given. A special thanks to Dr. Mack, Noel and his fantastic staff.
