Poor communication—technician said they would call when Rx was sent in by doctor, as situation was out of the ordinary and during week of Christmas—didn’t call back or answer phone. Unfriendly blond female pharmacy technician who is unwilling or unable to provide acceptable customer service, both on the phone and in person. Don’t go into the healthcare industry if you don’t feel inspired by helping others.
