This is the worst pharmacy in Mt. Pleasant, I wish zero stars was an option. Spare yourself the 2-3 trips for a single prescription and repeated exposure to utter incompetence. After my first bad experience, I figured it was just a bad day. Now that I've been burned again during my second experience I won't be back. Probably the worst part is that the staff is so accustomed to negative feedback from customers that pointing out that their service is terrible garners no response. I guess they'd prefer all of their disappointed customers keep tanking their reviews on public platforms. I wrote this while standing on line for 20 minutes to even get to receive the bad service. There are 4 people ahead of me and 4 more waiting behind me to be disappointed. I wished them luck when I left.

The pharmacy staff seems not to have not been trained on basic customer service skills. People still blaming COVID for staff shortages and Walgeeen'd deplorable service is getting old. It's clear to me that the shareholders come first if they cannot pay a living wage to hire staff; we know that Walgreens is profitable, but the company's reputation as a whole has declined in my mind more than any other in recent memory. I used to think Spectrum was at the bottom, but Walgreens has reached a new low.

Our local pharmacy closed this past week and sold their prescription customers to Walgreens. I called the pharmacy tonight, starting at 6 pm and was told there were customers ahead of me. After an hour of waiting, the phone messages went to another recorded message so I called the store. They told me that the pharmacy people had left. No one bothered to answer the call, no one bothered to tell me to hang up and try again, no one bothered to tell me anything. And chains like this wonder why the local pharmacist is so vastly preferred to chains. This is horrible treatment and a poor way to run a business. Did someone in corporate fail to mention that this location was going to get a tsunami of new customers??? Really, really bad. You guys are awful.

im not a customer who asks for too much but SOME DECENCY is the bare minimum TO ASK FOR. Ive been having the issue of dealing with an extremely rude cashier EMMA, from the nametag I SAW. I know the girl has been there for a a while from my MULTIPLE rude encounters. She was rude to other customers and we talked about how terrible her attitude was, slamming peoples items or cutting them off or even just IGNORING THEM! i already spoke to a gentleman with glasses who i was told was the manager, he said he would take care of it but that was weeks ago and she is still there with the same terrible behavior, so ridiculous! The other cashiers are okay, but much better if you have her to compare to.They forget that there is a CVS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD I only was dealing with this because my ms makes it hard for me to walk and this store was easier for me to move around

The disgrace of the pharmacy in this location is unbelievable.1-the staff is absolutely rude2-they are so slow3-never answering the phones4-overcharging you just because they can.I’m changing pharmacy, and I’d suggest you do too.

Do not use this pharmacy. They gave the incorrect covid vaccine dose to multiple people in one day and are trying to get people in to get the correct dose.

Clean store, always stocked, and a convenient location right in the center of town. Entrances at three sides and exits on two make it an easy in and out. Plenty of parking, all very close to the door. Staff is efficient and helpful, and the pharmacy is prompt and accurate. Store has great hours for the location, but the pharmacy could stand to be open a bit later.

Called about the availability of a product got hung up on , called again talked to a nasty person named Matt who said no and hung up. Worst customer service ever. After being a GM at Borders books and music, Cosi Restaurant, and now a major nightclub in Brooklyn I would fire them both in a second

I have been waiting for a prescription 3 weeks. Have gone in person and gotten no results. Tried to call and nobody picks up!!! I am changing pharmacies!!!

Waited over 2 hours and was never able to speak to a pharmacy staff member. I was hung up on 3 times !! They should get more staff now that Pleasantville pharmacy closed. Unacceptable !!

Do not go to this pharmacy they really don’t care about your time or your situation.. I just drove 30 mins. Each way for them to make me wait 20 mins to tell me come tomorrow.. horrible pharmacy!
