We took our dog there in June 2013 and right away I knew it was a bad choice but it was too late and we were suppose to be leaving that afternoon. I hoped I was wrong but I wasn't. My dog use to be a fun loving, never knew a stranger, kind of dog. The moment she met Tina she cowered and growled, while backing up into my husband's feet. She is not a small dog and this was the first time I had ever seen her do this. I let Tina walk the dog a little bit to see if she would calm down but it only got worse as she led our dog away. Again I hoped maybe my dog would settle in but then Tina dragged my dog to her kennel where it was dark, cluttered and very loud with other dogs. She shoved my dog into the kennel and we were not even allowed to say good bye. She said it would be best if we didn't prolong it. So we left. When we came back our dog, who was suppose to have a bath and get her nails trimmed, had neither done. She had poop on her back and smelled terrible. Even better, she didn't even recognize us and when let loose she cowered in the corner. We finally convinced her to come and Tine continued to tell us she couldn't give her a bath nor trim her nails because she would try to bite. She also was never allowed to leave her kennel because again, she was too aggressive. On the way home our dog shook until she saw our house, then the old behavior came back, she whined with joy. We got her in the house and she found her favorite toy and ran around the house, very happy. I wanted to see how she was with a bath because in the past, I would just tell her "in" and point at the tub and she would jump in and sit. Well when I gave her the command she jumped right in, sat down and I gave her a good scrub. I then trimmed her nails myself and all was well. Well now, our dog still does not like strangers, especially strangers that smell of smoke like Tina does. She growls and cowers away and this dog was NEVER like that. She has done permanent damage to the dog, our vet also believes our dog was strangled at one point, possibly not malicious, but she now has a black spot behind her eye which is a sure sign of being strangled. Could have been on her fence with her collar but nonetheless, it shouldn't have happened. We will never board our dog anywhere, ever again. If we are going away for any length of time, we will take her with us or not go, period. Beware!! I do not recommend her to ANYONE.

We have been taking our dog to Tina's for years. Tina is very good with our dog and she always has a good time there.
