This tappan Walgreens has the WORST pharmacy and pharmacy experience I have ever used in rockland.Thought about ranting on about my experience, but I’m pretty sure you will find out for yourself the moment you try to use their services.Also their “lunch” is a scam. They claim to have lunch at 1:30-2:00. Yet they’ll close their pharmacy whatever time they feel like honestly (11:30 , 12:15 they don’t care). Even when they send you to the store to come pick it up. So good luck with the hour roulette game they play for sick patients who need medication.Also out of 3 different people spoken to at this “pharmacy” today not a single person is nice, accommodating or knowledgeable about what goes on in that place. Go to CVS save your self the headache and waste of time.

Transferred prescriptions to this location for convenience. Wrong move. The pharmacy here is a clown show. Transferred our prescriptions elsewhere after a month. Impolite/incompetent staffing is the best they can do.

Pharmacy is a disaster! Not sure what happened, maybe Bidenomics playing a role, but service has taken a nose dive! Seems like a revolving door with all the turn-over. Management really needs to step-up or get out! Whether you’re calling in, drive thru or walking in, expect to wait a while & expect to deal with ineptitude. Come on people, we have to do & be better! & please stop supporting these terrible Socialist/Marxist policies in gov’t because this is what you can expect more of! Wake up America! let’s get back to taking pride in the quality of work.

I gave you one star because I could not post without a rating. I took my wife for her second Covid19 vaccine on the September 8, 2021, her first one was on August 11, 2021 and the Pharmacist on duty was one of the most unpleasant person I've ever had to deal with, her attitude was the worst, she acted as if she was doing us a favor when in fact we were looking for a little guidance and some assistance. The experience was just as bad for the first vaccine and I thought that she may be having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I work as a sales person and am totally aware of how important customer service is because everyone of your employees are representing Walgreens. While we were there there were some senior citizens also complaining of her attitude and her lack of compassion for someone that may be a bit confused by all the forms that are required to be filled, my wife was able to help a few of them out. One lady even made the comment that she hopes that the nasty pharmacist isn't on duty today. I don't want to see her let go but management needs to speak to her for a serious attitude adjustment. Do please keep in mind that CVS is right down the street and we do live in Tappan and either pharmacy's are equally accessible. Thanks and the best of luck with rectifying this issue.

Pharmacy is great, (though it moves pretty slow), but the store is miserable. Shelves are always bare, never have *anything* in stock.

I can not say enough positive things about this Walgreens. The staff always goes above and beyond to provide the best costumer service. The pharmacy is a dream team, and they always deal with my prescription shenanigans. I'm always on the road and having to reroute prescriptions or get them filled asap and they always have my back.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They close the pharmacy at 5pm plus take an hour off for lunch they never have the medication I need and I wait days! Nasty attitudes miserable staff! HAD ENOUGH!!! Switching to CVS in Nothvale

This Walgreens is garbage. No one know what they’re doing. The photo department is always “broken” out of paper or ink it’s ridiculous! Staff are Unknowledgeable and the managers are clueless. If I could give a zero I would!

If I could give zero stars I would. Most useless Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Attitude from pharmacy employees, ridiculous hours that make it impossible to pick up your script if you work, and misinformation. In all the states I've lived I have never had a Walgreens pharmacy entirely closed on Sunday.

One of the most useless places in the area. I have been here several times and always walked out empty handed. Even today I tried sending a FedEx package and they could not print out the online label sent to me by FedEx. They should not be listed as a FedEx service. And they could not even tell me a location of a nearby FedEx store. Avoid this place...you will likely be wasting time here.
