Sadly this Dollar General is a Safety hazard these Days. There seems to be no staff, the aisles are crowded with merchandise that's not put away..and there is not enough room to move around. They do have bargains, BUT beware of the disheveled areas..too bad because this town really needs a cheaper option!

The cashier was very friendly and the prices were cheap for good quality products. My only complaint is that some aisles were extremely messy. Such as the childrens toy aisle and the home decor aisle. They need to make sure the opened products are removed too. But overall, great service.

I stop at this store after skiing to get the kind of snacks I crave after any exercise - potato chips, Gatorade, cookies.The staff is friendly and good at their jobs.I also look at the prices of items such as tuna, bread, pasta and cereal and I see that someone struggling to make ends meet could stay fed on about $4.00 a day or even less. This store provides a valuable service to the community.

They seem to have everything you'll ever need here. Prices are good, quality is not great but you get what you pay for. Great place to visit with kids to pick up snacks or toys without breaking the bank. The staff is friendly, once you find someone to help you.

Everything was where it belongs,clean and easy to find any item. I was impressed, Steve the manager is doing a great job,, everyone else must be doing well, one man cannot do it all..Good job guys and gals.

I'm only in the Hunter area a few times a year to visit family but have found the need to visit Dollar General on a number of occasions. Have found the store to always have a wide variety of merchandise, well kept, and the staff to be extremely accommodating.

we had a great time shopping at dollar general, I was able to get a pair of croc type shoes, and snacks for the kids. cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable of items in the store.

I believe that they have a very friendly and kind staff and they try their best to get everything done and if you can't find something no help you very easily and overall I think you're a very good store and it's such a pleasure to have a Dollar General in the hunter area this mountain needed you

Great place. Like everything about it. Employees are fantastic and very helpful. No very packed isles. Shopping is stress free. A good place to get almost everything you need in one place.

This store is pretty big. They have a little of everything! Hearing aid batteries, vitamins, toys, games, cards, cleaning supplies, and the staff is very cool.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service, rude employees, empty shelves, no price labels, tripping hazards everywhere, carts of merchandise everywhere just waiting to be put away.

This dollar general is very sloppy and shelves are always a mess. Their toy section sucks! One of the cashiers tried scamming me using my receipt

They have almost everything that a regular Dollar store carries plus they have bags of ice for $1.00 each compared to other local retailers selling the same bag for $5/ each.

Up here for a vacation... Everything is so cheap!! Spent 40 bucks for a week's worth of food!! Dirt cheap!! And everything we bought was a brand name. Thanks Guys!!
