I have been using E&M to butcher my cow for over 6 years now. He is clean, does a great job on all the cuts. All the cuts are vacuum sealed. They have gone out of their way to help me out when I couldn't make the pickup date. Just great people you can trust.

Meat was packaged perfectly. Communication was great. He even opened up for me after he was closed to pick my packages up without any issue. Very talkative and professional. Would do business there again and recommend people going there. Keep up the great work.

Have had pigs & cows done by them for the last 7 years and they do an amazing job! Read a few of the unfair reviews, which amazes me that people will take the time to bad mouth someone just because they don't offer the special orders they want... the owner of E&M Meats has the right to decide what he offers and so if they don't offer what you are wanting, that should not be a negative. Also, his job is to do that, butcher & package. By the end of the day I appreciate KNOWING that I get MY MEAT, NOT someone else's!!! I've toured the facility and know that the animal that we have raised (knowing what goes into them) will be what I will be putting into my freezer. Keep up the good work for our community!

clean enough, decent packaging but a real pain in the @ss to deal with. Does basic cuts that any non skilled butcher can do, doesn't listen to or make a good impression with customers... If you realized that you should be working for your customers and that trying to make people happy is a decent and honorable thing to do you might be a little happier and have a few more local businesses supporting you!

Overall cheap butchering. Great if you are looking for just steaks chops and ground. I've had 7 animals butchered here for myself... and will probably never be back because cuts are always inconsistent. He has poor communication. He won't do organs or do a skin on pig for bbq.
