I used the "pick up" feature for the very first time ever... I cannot stress enough how much this service is appreciated! I know the prices get marked up, but I am recovering from an illness, was stressed from work and cutting time close and what a time saver this is! I pulled in and less than 4 minutes later my groceries were in my truck ❤️ This location is always clean and stocked well, the staff are helpful as well!

October 11, 2023 Combination good and bad service. Once again hardly any black shoppers, I saw two. On October 1, 2023 I order a large one item pizza, twenty wings, and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake for delivery. The total was $54. My food looked and tasted like leftovers. My pizza had one to three spicy cup pepperoni per slice. My food was lukewarm, I asked for utensils and was given only one. I rarely see black people patronizing this store. I definitely was followed every time I shopped. Mostly no customer service. I received normal customer service from two employees. Overall an extremely overpriced store. I will not be shopping here often. I was given $10 off of my order.

Always great quality products. It is a bit pricey but I don't mind paying because quality is much better than other places. Staff are very professional and always willing to help if need be. Store is always neat and clean.

I like the store, but why do the employees always park in the good customer spots? Don’t they have their own parking or shouldn’t they Park far away and walk into work? I’m at the store all the time and literally almost every time I see an employee parking upfront and walking into Work.

I was told by the one of the managers Amanda that I was banned for wearing a M A G A hat. Absolutely crazy. Then security escorted me out of the store. I complied without a argument.

Every month, national brand-named items disappear from Wegmans shelves, replaced by Wegmans label low-bid items which vary widely in quality. Even though the store-brand items sell for less than national-brand goods, the profit margin for the store is higher. So, in the interest of greed, customers are denied a choice. Eventually, Wegmans hopes to dumb down our sense of taste to the point where we will accept any of their store brand offerings. UPDATE-1: For a good selection of national-brand items, I recommend Green Hills Farms and Tops Friendly Markets.

I love Wegmans. The selection, the customer service (second only to Costco), the layout, the cleanliness... Has been one of my favorite groceries for a very long time.

This Wegmans location is one of the absolute best in my opinion!The cafe area has everything you could want or crave, and it is all delicious! Enjoy your food in the clean cafe area, either upstairs or down.Produce is spectacular! The organic section is amazing and overall this store is so big, it has tons of products you wont find in other stores.It's easy to spend a hour here, or a quick in and out (with several self checkout lanes).By far, one of my favorite Wegmans locations!

Great service!!! the night manager was so helpful and polite, explained the 58 cents a pound whole turkey deal they every year. Wish I known how it worked sooner,that's where I'll get the turkey day turkey from now on

Any else noticing the slow decline of the quality of products Wegmans is putting out there? Starting in the produce and right through to their canned goods… Not to mention the more than 100% markup on certain Wegmans brand items. This is one small example of how big business continues to overcharge and under serve their customersPS it’s Peas AND carrots! Not peas and maybe a carrot or two?!

Wegmans is almost always a madhouse. I figure this is a testament to its quality and shouldn't be considered a knock against the place, but just know that the parking lot is often nuts (and some yahoos zip around like it's GTA). But anyway, the store is great -- best grocery-store produce I've found, awesome deli and meat markets, high quality stuff pretty much all around. It's a bit pricey, but I think that comes with the territory.

Terrible place. I don't know why so many people go there, they have no ad and when I looked up prices online, they were different than when I went there. PLUS, we called to find out about ham prices and were told a price but the customer service rep FORGOT to tell us that we needed to purchase $25 worth to get the price. I will never shop here again. The prices are outrageous, no ad, people there don't know what's going on.

The bakery, olive bar, sushi bar, and cheese counter are my favorite departments at this Wegmans. The food is fresh with plenty of variety. I'm not a big fan of Wegmans-branded products, which are minimal in those departments.

Great selection and extremely helpful staff. Only knocked off a start because it's always so busy in there. If you don't like crowds, be forewarned. Otherwise though, awesome place to shop. Update: this is not a negative, but if you're expecting authentic Asian products, they're not here. Was hoping to find some stuff from home while I was back visiting family, but I'll have to check the Asian market for those I think.

Its a great place to get top quality produce and meats. Its a great atmosphere and the staff are always happy and helpful, I've never had a negative experience due to a staff member at wegmans. You will pay a few extra dollars for your groceries but for the most part its well worth it when you consider the quality of everything Wegmans sells.

The store is under a remodel. This makes shopping much more difficult. Seems like every time I learn where everything is in the store, they move things around again.Normally, it has everything you need for a normal grocery shopping trip. Prices are reasonable overall. I find something is cheaper elsewhere, but others are cheaper here. So I find it the best for a 1 store grocery trip.

This Wegmans store made my day ! I've been searching the Syracuse area for bo Sai trees with no luck. We went to Wegmans today for burger buns and found Bonsai trees in their flower section. I was amazed. Thank you gods of Wegmans for carrying bonsai!

Terrible experience with a very snotty associate. I was looking for chopped broccoli for a recipe I have been making for 30 years and always hot at wegmans. The associate informed me that they don't even make chopped broccoli AND never have. Couldn't read her name because hair was covering name tag.
